5-Yr-Old Interrogated About A Cap Gun, Until He Wet His Pants
A five-year-old Maryland boy was interrogated until he wet himself and then suspended for 10 days after school officials caught with playing with a “cowboy-style cap gun.” Read the report from the boy's parents and their lawyer HERE.


As reported by the Concinnati Enquirer, Melowese Richardson of Madisonville, Ohio was accused of eight counts of illegal voting in the 2008, 2011 and 2012 elections. The news paper reported she pleaded no contest to four counts in exchange for prosecutors dropping the remaining charges. A judge immediately convicted Richardson, who now faces up to six years in prison. Police in Miami say they felt so threatened by a 14-year-old boy’s “body language” and “dehumanizing stares” that they had no choice but to put him in a choke hold and arrest him. According to reports,  Tremaine McMillian was “roughhousing” with a friend when Miami-Dade Police officers approached them and ordered them to stop fighting.
