Last week, the Supreme Court took up the issue of real marriage.
On Tuesday and Wednesday they welcomed oral arguments regarding the constitutionality of the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) and state laws such as California's Proposition 8.
After two days of debate, I fear they will side with the Homosexual Lobby.
Fortunately if the Supreme Court decides to take up the case, we will have until June before any ruling is finalized regarding DOMA and Proposition 8.
Public Advocate is already taking action.
As of now, we have nearly 100,000 signatures to our amicus brief cover letter from everyday Americans that urge the Supreme Court to stand with real marriage.
I hope you'll stand with us as well.
God Bless,
Eugene Delgaudio
President, Public Advocate of the United States
