School claims right to censor speech OUTSIDE of class
How
is abortion -- not mentioned in the Constitution -- considered a
constitutional right, but criticism of abortion -- grounded in the First
Amendment's protection of speech and religion -- something that can be
banned?
This school administrator says he's on solid legal ground
censoring students' speech outside of class and he claims he can do it
without violating anyone's free-speech rights.
So, is he a legal genius or a viewpoint bully?
