Where your candidates stand on the Sanctity of Life

Your immediate action is needed!

The people you elect to the U.S. House and Senate in November will decide whether we continue to build support for a Life at Conception Act to overturn Roe v. Wade . . .

. . . or whether the flow of tax dollars to abortion providers continues to go unchecked.

The radical pro-abortion lobby groups -- along with their Hollywood allies and the pro-abortion national media -- continue to push pro-abortion candidates to promote their tax-funded abortion-on-demand agenda.

That's why your National Pro-Life Alliance has been conducting the Pro-Life Candidate Survey Program to put every candidate for Congress on record on the Sanctity of Life in 2012.

The survey has pointedly asked candidates where they stand on specific pro-life legislation like the Parental Notification and Intervention Act, taxpayer funding for abortion, and our Life at Conception Act reversing Roe v. Wade.

Your regional roster lists the preliminary results from all of your candidates for the United States Senate and United States House of Representatives, and how they responded to each of the ten questions posed on the Pro-Life Candidate Survey.

My friend, we are coming ever closer to passing our Life at Conception Act (H.R. 374 / S. 91).

Thanks to you, we are in a position to have a record number of cosponsors in both the U.S. House and Senate for stopping taxpayer funding of abortion.

That's why I'm writing you today, as well as to other pro-lifers nationwide, to let you know where your candidates for Congress stand on the Sanctity of Life.

The fact of the matter is Congress has the constitutional power to reverse Roe v. Wade.

By declaring the unborn legal "persons" under the 14th Amendment, Congress can bring an end to the reckless and deadly policy of abortion-on-demand that has ravaged our nation for nearly four decades.

But as long as candidates are able to sail into office by spouting lip service to pro-lifers with no intention of real action once elected, the slaughter will continue unabated.

That's why your action at this crucial time is so vital.

So please click here to view your regional roster with your Congressional Candidates' responses to date.

And if any of your candidates have not yet responded, I urge you to contact them at once and insist they take a firm public stand on the Sanctity of Life.

If at all possible, I hope you will send a special contribution -- $200, $100, $75 or even $50 -- to help your National Pro-Life Alliance pay for this mobilization blitz.

But no matter what else you do, it's essential your candidates hear from you TODAY.

Each politician must feel the full weight of an informed electorate right now -- before they are safely in office and while they are out courting votes.

This election marks a crossroads for the pro-life movement. Its implications one way or the other will be felt by millions of unborn babies.

Please do all you can.

Sincerely,

J.D. Harris, Executive Director
National Pro-Life Alliance

P.S. Your candidates for U.S. House and Senate owe it to the 1.6 million innocent unborn babies killed by abortion each year to come clean on the Sanctity of Life on the 2012 Pro-Life Candidate Survey.

Let them know that no candidate who remains silent on these proposals to protect the defenseless unborn is deserving of the support of pro-lifers.

Please do all you can before Tuesday, November 6.
