York Area Regional accepting applications for Citizen's Police Academy
The York Area Regional Police Department is accepting applications for a Citizen's Police Academy scheduled 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesdays from Jan. 25 to March 29, according to a news release.
The academy teaches the operations of the police department such as K-9, forensics, patrol, tours and a firearms simulator.
