A Cumberland County judge granted Raymond Peake a public defender.His original attorney removed himself from the case after the district attorney announced he was seeking the death penalty.Peake killed Todd Getgen, a former Harrisburg attorney, at a rifle range in June and stole his gun, police said.The trial is scheduled for this spring.Copyright 2011 by WGAL.com.
