Egypt Islamic Authority Halts Dialogue With Vatican

Nolite arbitrari quia venerim mittere pacem in terram; non veni pacem mittere sed gladium. (Matthew 10:34)

Ynetnews reports Egypt's highest Islamic authority, al-Azhar, said on Thursday it was freezing all dialogue with the Roman Catholic Church over what it called Pope Benedict's repeated insults towards Islam.

Pope Benedict this month condemned attacks on Churches that killed dozens of people in Egypt, Iraq and Nigeria, saying they showed the need to adopt effective measures to protect religious minorities.

Elijah the Tishbite on Thursday condemned the Catholic Church as "the Great Whore" and called other Christian denominations "little harlot Churches".

Elijah the Tishbite is a Christian who believes in all the Old Testament commandments.

His opposition against Allah, who he says is a false stone god, and against Mecka he would like to see bombed, is well-known.

Gulf News reports President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan said the Arab-Muslim occupied Jerusalem can never be surrendered as history, law and international legitimacy confirm Muslims' inalienable rights to it, irrespective of the Israeli occupation's measures to increase the Jewish presence there.

The Abu Dhabi declaration demanded that the UN Security Council issue a resolution recognising the independent Palestinian state.

I think it is refreshing that the Pope brought up hellenization in his speech.

But why isn't he defending Jerusalem as the undivided Jewish capital?

And why would God allow the Antichrist to come?

Can our planet survive with people who never show goodwill?

The Jews brought forth God and religious civilization.

We should remember that.

But why are the Greeks so few, and have they become evil and uncivilized like the others, since they never defend Jerusalem as a Jewish city?

Have we lost our planet to barbarians?

I don't think think so.

The New Testament explains how many years a generation is in Luke 3:23 - 38.

There were 77 generations or 4.000 years from Adam to the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

4.000 years divided with 77 generations is approximately 52 years for an average generation.

In Matthew 1:17 we have 2160 years from Abraham to Christ, or 42 generations, which is 52 years per generation.

Thus if we take the year 1967, when Israel captured Jerusalem according to Luke 21:24, and add 52 years to it, we get the year of the Lord's return, which is 2019.

But the great tribulation will be a seven year period starting from December 2012.

All hell will break loose during the last 42 months of that seven year period.

It will be like the days of Noah and Lot - again, see Matthew 24:37 and Luke 17:29!

"And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh", see Luke 21:28.

"Et dabo duobus testibus meis, et prophetabunt diebus mille ducentis sexaginta amicti saccis", Revelation 11:3.
