	This Obamacare Report Will Give The White House Headaches
	A new report by the Society of Actuaries could turn into a big headache for the Obama administration at a time when many parts of the country remain skeptical about the Affordable Care Act. According to the group's very conservative analysis, an overwhelming majority of states will see double-digit increases in their individual health insurance markets. 	Ben Carson Responds To Crazy Critics (That's YOU Toure).  Not long after pediatric surgeon Dr. Ben Carson became an overnight star among conservatives for his epic speech at the National Prayer Breakfast, the left began attacking him. 	Crazy Road Rage Caught On Video: Driver Opens Fire On Truck
	Fists were flying and gun shots were ringing out on Sunday afternoon in Newport, North Carolina, as a physical altercation broke out during an intense road-rage clash. The violent incident left police searching for two of the individuals involved — later identified as Bradley and Christy Turner — who fled the scene after video showed them pulling a gun.
