Senator Rand Paul has vowed to SHUT DOWN the U.S. Senate until Majority Leader Harry Reid allows a vote to stop all American
taxpayer handouts to Egypt, Libya, and Pakistan.
But with the Senate gearing up for an extended recess this week, this fight will come to a head in the next few days.
So if you haven't yet done so, please take a moment to read Senator Paul's email.
And while you're at it, make sure you sign your petition to Harry Reid and your U.S. Senators DEMANDING a vote on stopping taxpayer funding for these countries.
Until these countries start acting like allies, they shouldn't get another red cent.
So please take a moment to read Senator Paul's email - and don't forget to sign your petition IMMEDIATELY!

If you've seen the images coming out of the Middle East over the past week, then you can feel in the pit of your stomach something is going dreadfully wrong.
In Libya, four Americans were killed, and our U.S. Ambassador's lifeless body was dragged through streets to loud cheers.
Now, violent Anti-American riots have broken out in nearly 20 countries.
As far as I'm concerned, countries who simply look the other way while our embassies are attacked and our citizens are killed shouldn't get a penny more of your tax dollars.
PERIOD.
That's why, just last week, I introduced legislation to stop U.S. taxpayer handouts to Egypt, Libya, and Pakistan.
And I'm prepared to use every procedural trick possible to force a vote - even if it means SHUTTING DOWN the Senate.
I'll explain my strategy in a moment, but first please know that I simply cannot succeed without your help.
So please sign the petition I've made up for you, and agree to your most generous contribution possible to RANDPAC.
Right now, U.S. taxpayers dole out more than $4 BILLION per year to Egypt, Libya, and Pakistan alone.
And what you and I receive in return can hardly be called "friendship."
For example:
** In Egypt, the news reported their government was fully aware of the angry mob descending on our embassy - and even called to alert our officials of the danger - but refused to offer any military or police protection;
** In Libya, the thugs who killed four American citizens - in the worst of the riots - have not yet been brought to justice;
** In Pakistan, government officials have imprisoned and tortured Dr. Shakil Afridi as "punishment" for tipping the U.S. Government off to the location of Osama bin Laden.
This is unacceptable.
Blaine, let me be clear: I oppose most foreign aid.
The old tongue-in-check saying describes American foreign aid as a system that steals from the poor in rich countries to give to the rich in poor countries.
That's because even in the most well-intentioned of cases, dictators just steal our money and use it to enrich themselves.
Even the most spendthrift of my colleagues in Congress should see that our foreign aid system is broken.
Not only that, but we're over $16 TRILLION in debt!
And a whopping 71% of the American people agree we simply cannot afford to continue the madness.
I've proposed cutting all $4 billion in aid to Egypt, Libya, and Pakistan and using that money, instead, for deficit reduction and a veterans job bill to help American troops returning home from overseas.
But will Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid allow a vote?
Will your Senators join with me to end foreign aid in Egypt, Libya, and Pakistan?
Well, the U.S. Senate is likely recessing after this coming weekend, and I'm prepared to filibuster every bill that comes up before the U.S. Senate until Majority Leader Harry Reid allows a vote on stopping all funding for Egypt, Libya, and Pakistan.
But your signed petition today to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and your U.S. Senators can be the difference, so I'm counting on you to please act at once.
In addition to your signed petition, I hope you'll agree to a generous contribution of $500, $250, $100, $50, or $35 to RANDPAC IMMEDIATELY.
Unlike high-powered D.C. establishment PACs, I'm not interested in candidates who will come to Congress and join in with the big-spending status quo.
I'm interested in principled men and women who will take their oaths to uphold the Constitution of the United States seriously - and begin to rollback decades upon decades of Big Government excess.
I don't know about you - especially after the anti-Americanism we've seen over the past week - but ending foreign aid to countries that show us contempt would be a good place to start.
But time is running out.
This week is make-or-break time for this fight.
So please sign your petition IMMEDIATELY and agree to your most generous contribution of $500, $250, $100, $50, or $35 to RANDPAC TODAY!
