Hundreds upon hundreds of duly elected delegates angrily boo’d an amendment to add God back into their party platform.
You see, radical elements in the Democratic Party had made sure that the acknowledgement of God was removed from the platform in committee.
The radicals correctly understood that a belief in God and Biblical morality stand in direct contradiction with their leaders' support of homosexual "marriage."
Party leadership quickly realized that it would be suicide for a major political party to -- in essence -- denounce God!
