Checks are going out now to hundreds of victims of clerical sexual abuse in Western Alaska and four other states in the Northwest. At 163 million dollars the payout is one of the largest in the catholic abuse scandal that’s reached nearly every corner of the nation. Parties on both sides of the case say now it’s time to move on.
