List of Senators who voted in favor of Andrew Hurwitz's nomination

Just want to give you a quick update and my heartfelt thanks.

With only two days notice to mount our opposition, I wrote an emergency email asking your help in opposing the nomination of Andrew Hurwitz as a judge to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Thanks to NPLA Members like you, we were able to flood the Senate switchboard in support of Senator Rand Paul's filibuster of the nomination.

The good news is we came within one vote of winning.

The bad news is we lost.

As you recall, Andrew Hurwitz is famous for his boast that as a law clerk in the early 1970's, he was the brains behind the logic that became the basis of the Roe v. Wade decision in 1973 -- a decision that has resulted in the deaths of more than 56 million unborn babies.

Below is the list of Senators who voted in favor of Andrew Hurwitz's nomination -- all of whom need to be held accountable.
