The Blue Law

Pastor Morris Lewis

The Bible tells us the spiritual meaning of the colour blue:

Numbers 15:38 Speak unto the children of Israel, and bid them that they make them fringes in the borders of their garments throughout their generations, and that they put upon the fringe of the borders a ribband of blue:15:39 And it shall be unto you for a fringe, that ye may look upon it, and remember all the commandments of the LORD, and do them; and that ye seek not after your own heart and your own eyes, after which ye use to go a whoring:15:40 That ye may remember, and do all my commandments, and be holy unto your God.

In Numbers 15, the context for the blue tassels or ribbands is intentional sinning;

Numbers 15:30 But the soul that doeth [ought] presumptuously, [whether he be] born in the land, or a stranger, the same reproacheth the LORD; and that soul shall be cut off from among his people.

15:31 Because he hath despised the word of the LORD, and hath broken his commandment, that soul shall utterly be cut off; his iniquity [shall be] upon him.

and breaking the Sabbath commandment

Numbers 15:32 And while the children of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man that gathered sticks upon the sabbath day.

15:33 And they that found him gathering sticks brought him unto Moses and Aaron, and unto all the congregation.

15:34 And they put him in ward, because it was not declared what should be done to him.

15:35 And the LORD said unto Moses, The man shall be surely put to death: all the congregation shall stone him with stones without the camp.

15:36 And all the congregation brought him without the camp, and stoned him with stones, and he died; as the LORD commanded Moses.

Note that there is no mention of repentance by the man who was gathering sticks, he was breaking the sabbath intentionally in open defiance of the law. For that he was put to death. This practice of blue in tassels survives today in the Jewish prayer shawl, known as a tallit. The tassel with the ribband of blue on the four corners of the tallit is called a tzitzit, and one is shown above.

MOUNT SINAI

Why blue? It is understood that the tablets of the Ten Commandments were cut from the clear blue sapphire seen on Mount Sinai. When Moses ascended Mount Sinai it was of sapphire stone;

Exodus 24:10 And they saw the God of Israel: and [there was] under his feet as it were a paved work of a sapphire stone, and as it were the body of heaven in [his] clearness.),

…which makes up the very throne of God;

Ezekiel 1:26 And above the firmament that [was] over their heads [was] the likeness of a throne, as the appearance of a sapphire stone: and upon the likeness of the throne [was] the likeness as the appearance of a man above upon it. Ezekiel 10:1 Then I looked, and, behold, in the firmament that was above the head of the cherubims there appeared over them as it were a sapphire stone, as the appearance of the likeness of a throne. Pslams 40:8 I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law [is] within my heart.

So, the Ark of the Covenant in the most holy apartment of the sanctuary, the throne of God’s presence (the Shekinah glory), contained the blue sapphire tablets of the Ten Commandments. Hence why the Ten Commandments are blue.

THE BLUE SKY

Have you wondered why the sky is blue? God has placed objects in nature for our learning. If you walk outside right now and take a look at that sky from horizon to horizon you’ll see that its blue and this refers to the fact that God has provided perfection for every person that has ever lived on this earth.Number 23:21 He hath not beheld iniquity in Jacob, neither hath he seen perverseness in Israel:

If you read Numbers 23:21. When Balaam was going to curse but he opened his mouth and blessed and said, There is no sin in Jacob, there is no iniquity in Israel.

Number 23:21 He hath not beheld iniquity in Jacob, neither hath he seen perverseness in Israel:

There were two and a half million people camped down there in the Jordan Valley. Now God looked down that whole camp of two and a half million people. He said, I saw no iniquity. I saw no sin in Israel. Is that true? No. Why, there were sinners in there’ and they crossed the Jordan and they were still sinners.

Why did God say that? That there was no sin and no iniquity in Israel? Because God had provided a blue coveting of this particular skirt over all the people. Now it’s up to them to find that out, and accept it in their mind, but the, provision had already been made.

CAIAPHAS

Now, Caiaphas, to get a conviction against Christ, asked him if he was the son of God.

Jesus said, You have just so declared.

Caiaphas got so mad, he ripped this robe which was totally blue and it was the perfection that God provided for Israel and all the world. When he tore that garment, he tore the righteousness of Christ off from his life, and as high priest he tore it off from the whole Hebrew nation. And they have not come under that blue garment until this very day as a people. Now they may do so as individuals, but as a nation they have not made that decision.

Mark 14:63 Then the high priest rent his clothes, and saith, What need we any further witnesses?

Daniel 8:14 Unto two thousand three hundred days, then shall the sanctuary be cleansed!

Remember also the verse,

Daniel 9:24 And He will bring in everlasting righteousness.

That indicates that the Messiah brought in absolute perfection. What is the result of that? He cleansed the human sanctuary. With the cleansing of the human sanctuary, the last apartment indicates that the priest who was sprinkled with blood who was consecrated with the pouring on of the oil represents your person so the priest will take the people into the holy place and the high priest will take them into the most holy place.

At the time God will have polished your character to make up His jewel.

Exodus 28:29 And Aaron shall bear the names of the children of Israel in the breastplate of judgment upon his heart, when he goeth in unto the holy [place], for a memorial before the LORD continually.

Where does he carry these people in the breastplate? Over his heart, by this golden chain which represents the Ten Commandments.

The fact that Christ has lived a perfect life attached to this breastplate of these twelve stones and carried them over his heart, these twelve stones represent all Israel. The breast plate represents twelve types of character which takes in every person. So when the high priest stands up in the holy place, and your name comes up, you can claim this Priest has your name over His heart, and the Priest will say to the Father, that person whom You have called into the judgement, I am that Person. And God will save you on the righteousness of Christ’s accomplishment and His death on the cross of this red stripe because that priest has your character, and God will judge you by the character of the Priest.

HEALING IN HIS WINGS

Mal 4:2 But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.Malachi 4:2 is a messianic prophecy, it is speaking of Jesus Christ.

So what does healing in his wings mean? The word translated “wings” is H3671:

H3671. kanaph, kaw-nawf’; from H3670; an edge or extremity; spec. (of a bird or army) a wing, (of a garment or bed-clothing) a flap, (of the earth) a quarter, (of a building) a pinnacle:– + bird, border, corner, end, feather [-ed], X flying, + (one an-) other, overspreading, X quarters, skirt, X sort, uttermost part, wing ([-ed]).

Malachi was really saying that the Messiah would have healing in the edge or fringe of His garment. This was what was understood by the people of Israel. How do we know that?

Matthew 14:35 And when the men of that place had knowledge of him [Jesus], they sent out into all that country round about, and brought unto him all that were diseased;

14:36 And besought him that they might only touch the hem of his garment: and as many as touched were made perfectly whole.

Matthew 9:20 And, behold, a woman, which was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years, came behind him, and touched the hem of his garment:

9:21 For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole.

9:22 But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour.

See also Mark 5:25-34 and Luke 8:43-48.

The fringe or tassel of Christ’s garment undoubtedly included the sapphire blue ribband as directed in Numbers 15:38-39 as mentioned above, that symbolized the commandments of God. That is why the woman sought so earnestly to touch that hem or fringe. She knew Malachi’s prophecy, and in faith she made her way through the crowd to claim that healing.”

Va. teen detained in Kuwait sues U.S. over no-fly list

Emily Babay

Washington Examiner

Jan 19, 2011

A Northern Virginia teenager detained in Kuwait is suing the U.S. government, saying officials violated his rights by apparently placing him on the no-fly list without reason.

Gulet Mohamed, 19, claims in the suit that he was detained in Kuwait in December at the request of U.S. authorities. The lawsuit says Mohamed, an Alexandria resident, was beaten, tortured and interrogated by Kuwaiti authorities about his prior travels in Yemen and Somalia.

Mohamed was taken into custody in Kuwait when he tried to renew his visa at the Kuwait International Airport on Dec. 20. He claims in the suit that he was tortured for more than week, then taken to a deportation facility. When Mohamed tried to board a flight to the United States on Sunday, the lawsuit says, he was not allowed onto the plane.

Lawyers with the Council on American-Islamic Relations filed the complaint Tuesday in federal court in Alexandria. The lawsuit names Attorney General Eric Holder, FBI Director Robert Mueller and Terrorist Screening Center Director Timothy Healy as defendants.

Shoppers “Frightened” By Man Using Open Carry Gun Rights

Man Dies After House Fumigated With Same Fluoride Compound Sprayed On Food

Known insecticide toxin was approved for use on fruits, nuts sold to Americans

Steve Watson

Prisonplanet.com

Wednesday, Jan 19th, 2011

A man found dead in a house in San Jose, California, Monday was believed to have been killed by a toxic fluoride compound used to fumigate the residence, the same fluoride compound that has found its way into many foods with government approval.

The 45-year-old man, who remains unnamed, was overcome with toxic fumes after breaking into a house covered with a protective tent.

Employees from the exterminator company found the man’s body when they returned to the residence the following morning.

The man had either ignored or missed signs all around the house that warned of the presence of toxic sulfuryl fluoride (SO2F2), otherwise known as Vikane, a chemical used to completely rid buildings of pests.

Man Dies After House Fumigated With Same Fluoride Compound Sprayed On Food 190111fluoride

The screenshots above, from a KTVU news report, clearly indicate that Vikane is a deadly poison.

Indeed, the chemical compound is a known human toxin that can cause hypotension, nausea, pulmonary edema, cardiac dysrhythmia, metabolic acidosis, and, as the unidentified man in San Jose unfortunately discovered, even death.

However, despite this common fact, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) knowingly approved the same deadly compound to be used to spray various food items, including nuts and dried fruits, in order to ward off pests.

Vikane was only recently banned following a petition filed by a coalition of activists including the Fluoride Action Network.

The EPA agreed with the groups’ position that the insecticide and food fumigant is a significant public health risk because it exposes children to excessive levels of toxic fluoride, and because it is a known toxin, reports Natural News today.

“This step by EPA is not only significant in regard to the particular pesticide tolerances involved,” said Perry Wallace, professor of law at American University, and contributor to the petition efforts. “As a regulatory confirmation of our positions regarding the potential health effects of fluoride, it also has considerable precedential value for future initiatives to address this major area of concern.”

Last week we highlighted the fact that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has recommended reducing levels of fluoride added to tap water by up to 42%, following intense lobbying from grassroots action groups.

For decades, people who raised concerns about fluoride being added to tap water or food were dismissed as crazy,” said Ken Cook, President of the Environmental Working Group (EWG). “All of a sudden we have two federal regulatory actions, announced just days apart, that tell us what was really crazy all those years: a government bureaucracy that ignored strong scientific evidence and clear warning signs of the threats fluoride has posed to public health all along.”

Think about this. The government knowing allowed these toxic poisons, which are commonly used to exterminate unwanted pests, to be added to food and water. There are many many more that are still being added.

Thousands Of Dead Octopuses Wash Up On Portugal Beach

Omnis anima potestatibus sublimioribus subdita sit. Non est enim potestas nisi a Deo; quae autem sunt, a Deo ordinatae sunt. (Romans 13:1)

BBC News reports thousands of dead octopuses have washed up on a beach in northern Portugal, in what is being called an environmental disaster.

They cover a 5-mile stretch of Vila Nova de Gaia beach - no reason has yet been found for their appearance.

The authorities have warned the public not to eat them.

We are facing new challenges all the time.

Birds are falling out of the sky, there are mass deaths among different fish species in the oceans, and we know very little about the ET aliens who are visiting us and watching us.

Last century was a challenge between different Republican ideologies.

But this century will be the century when humanity chooses between Democracy and Republic, between Constitutional Monarchy and Presidency.

The republics of the Western world - France, Germany, Italy, Greece, the U.S., Russia, and Israel - are of course not tyrannies.

But all these great countries could face disaster, because of erroneous political strategies.

Let the government and Prime Minister execute the will of the people's elected Parliament!

If we want to find the solutions to the big challenges we will need democracy, continuity, and transparency.

Everything in our world is presently getting classified, top secret, and protected by copyright laws.

I saw the article that nobody knows where the Roswell bodies and debris are, but a few cleared scientists and military personnel.

Those countries which will be the leaders of tomorrow aim for unity and technological advancement.

I believe Democracy is best managed by Constitutional Monarchy.

Both France and the United States have been lucky to have smart and talented Presidents.

Yet, I still hope I will be able one day to stand among this noble people and shout:

"Vive le Roi! Vive la France!".

"Omnes honorate, fraternitatem diligite, Deum timete, regem honorificate", 1 Peter 2:17.

Trooper describes drug sting that preceded informant's killing

Ronald Simmons Jr. set up Hector Morales for drug agents, according to testimony at Morales' trial in Simmons' killing.
By RICK LEE
Daily Record/Sunday News
York, PA -
The recorded prison phone call cut off before Hector Morales could finish pleading an unidentified woman to post his $100,000 bail on drug charges.

In an often inaudible recording played in York County court Tuesday, Morales worried his "daughter will be in high school before I get out" if he couldn't post bail before his preliminary hearing.

Morales' bail was posted June 29, 2009. On July 17, 2009, the day of his preliminary hearing, Morales, 28, broke into the York home of the man who set him up for drug agents and shot him to death, according to police.

Morales' capital murder trial continues this week in the York County Judicial Center.

Pennsylvania State Police Trooper Shawn Wolfe testified Tuesday he and other officers busted Ronald "Country" Simmons Jr., 42, on June 23, 2009, in a drug sting. Using a confidential informant supplied with $130 in recorded bills, officers bought 10 bags of heroin from Simmons.

Wolfe said the informant entered Simmons's North Tremont Street home, Simmons left in his car, returned 15 minutes later with the heroin and was taken into custody.

Facing arrest, Simmons immediately offered to set up "True," the man he bought the heroin from to supply the informant.

Wolfe said, at his direction, Simmons ordered another five bags of heroin from "True."

With drug agents watching, Simmons went to a Route 30 motel. In the parking lot, a man got into Simmons' car and agents moved in. They found Luis Noel Mendez and more than 170 bags of heroin, Wolfe said.

Simmons informed the agents Mendez was not "True," and agents, armed with a description, entered the motel looking for the man. Wolfe said he spotted "True" from a window and agents stopped him as he tried to drive out of the parking lot.

Wolfe said "True," identified as Morales, had the recorded drug money, the original $130 given to Simmons by the informant, in his pockets and wallet.

On cross-examination, Wolfe said he never arrested Simmons on drug charges because "he was found to be deceased prior to me having the opportunity to file charges."

Also Tuesday, state police Lt. Kevin Deskiewicz, a fingerprint analysis supervisor, testified that Morales' right palm print was taken from Simmons' broken back door after the murder.

Chief Deputy Prosecutor Karen Comery said she expects to rest her case Wednesday.

Student tracking finds limited learning in college

Student tracking finds limited learning in college

By ERIC GORSKI AP Education Writer
A new study provides disturbing answers to questions about how much students actually learn in college—for many, not much—and has inflamed a debate about the value of an American higher education.

The research of more than 2,300 undergraduates found 45 percent of students show no significant improvement in the key measures of critical thinking, complex reasoning and writing by the end of their sophomore years.

One problem is that students just aren't asked to do much, according to findings in a new book, "Academically Adrift: Limited Learning on College Campuses." Half of students did not take a single course requiring 20 pages of writing during their prior semester, and one-third did not take a single course requiring even 40 pages of reading per week.

That kind of light load sounded familiar to University of Missouri freshman Julia Rheinecker, who said her first semester of college largely duplicated the work she completed back home in southern Illinois.

"I'm not going to lie," she said. "Most of what I learned this year I already had in high school. It was almost easier my first semester (in college)."

Three of the five classes she took at Missouri were in massive lecture halls with several hundred students. And Rheinecker said she was required to complete at least 20 pages of writing in only one of those classes.

"I love the environment, don't get me wrong," she said. "I just haven't found myself pushing as much as I expected."

The study, an unusually large-scale effort to track student learning over time, comes as the federal government, reformers and others argue that the U.S. must produce more college graduates to remain competitive globally. But if students aren't learning much that calls into question whether boosting graduation rates will provide that edge.

"It's not the case that giving out more credentials is going to make the U.S. more economically competitive," Richard Arum of New York University, who co-authored the book with Josipa Roksa of the University of Virginia, said in an interview. "It requires academic rigor ... You can't just get it through osmosis at these institutions."

The book is based on information from 24 schools, meant to be a representative sample, which provided Collegiate Learning Assessment data on students who took the standardized test in their first semester in fall 2005 and at the end of their sophomore years in spring 2007. The schools took part on the condition that their institutions not be identified.

The Collegiate Learning Assessment has its share of critics who say it doesn't capture learning in specialized majors or isn't a reliable measure of college performance because so many factors are beyond their control.

The research found an average-scoring student in fall 2005 scored seven percentage points higher in spring of 2007 on the assessment. In other words, those who entered college in the 50th percentile would rise to the equivalent of the 57th after their sophomore years.

Among the findings outlined in the book and report, which tracked students through four years of college:

—Overall, the picture doesn't brighten much over four years. After four years, 36 percent of students did not demonstrate significant improvement, compared to 45 percent after two.

—Students who studied alone, read and wrote more, attended more selective schools and majored in traditional arts and sciences majors posted greater learning gains.

—Social engagement generally does not help student performance. Students who spent more time studying with peers showed diminishing growth and students who spent more time in the Greek system had decreased rates of learning, while activities such as working off campus, participating in campus clubs and volunteering did not impact learning.

—Students from families with different levels of parental education enter college with different learning levels but learn at about the same rates while attending college. The racial gap between black and white students going in, however, widens: Black students improve their assessment scores at lower levels than whites.

Arum and Roksa spread the blame, pointing to students who don't study much and seek easy courses and a culture at colleges and universities that values research over good teaching.

Yahya Fahimuddin, a sixth-year computer science student at the University of California, Los Angeles, endorsed the latter finding, saying professors do seem more concerned with research. He said he can't remember the last time he wrote a paper longer than three pages, double-spaced. He feels little connection to his professors and gets the sense that mastering material is not as important as the drudge work of meeting goals and getting through material on schedule.

"Honestly, you can get by with Wikipedia and pass just about anything," he said.

Phil Hampton, a UCLA spokesman, said the university offers a rigorous and well-rounded curriculum led by faculty committed to student learning, and pointed to a study that showed high student satisfaction with their experience.

So what to do? The report warns that federally mandated fixes similar to "No Child Left Behind" in K-12 education would be "counterproductive," in part because researchers are still learning how to measure learning. But it does make clear that accountability should be emphasized more at the institutional level, starting with college presidents.

Some colleges and universities are taking steps. The University of Charleston, in West Virginia, has beefed up writing assignments in disciplines such as nursing and biology to improve learning. President Edwin Welch is among more than 70 college and university presidents pledging to take steps to improve student learning, use evidence to improve instruction and publicize results.

"I think we do need more transparency," Welch said. "I think a student at a private institution who might go into debt for $40,000 or $50,000 has the right to know what he can learn at the institution."

Lindsay McCluskey, president of the United States Student Association, said the findings speak to a larger problem in U.S. higher education: universities being run more like corporations than educational institutions, with students viewed as consumers who come for a degree and move on.

"There is less personal attention in the classroom, fewer tenure-track positions, and more classes are being taught by teaching assistants and in some cases undergraduate students," said McCluskey, a recent graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst. "Obviously, that has an impact on our learning and the experience we get in college."

Homeless man's 'burn' brings hazmat to Herndon

By ROB WHEARY
The News-Item, Shamokin
HERNDON -- A 27-year-old transient suffering from an apparent chemical burn to his stomach was flown to Lehigh Valley Hospital Monday morning, but not before contaminating two ambulance workers and bringing hazardous-materials teams, DEP, police and a host of emergency responders to the south end of this small borough.

The man told firefighters he had been riding a railroad tanker car into Herndon Sunday night, where he apparently came in contact with the chemical, and slept at a pavilion at a playground near the railroad tracks before seeking medical assistance Monday morning for his worsening condition.

A number of questions remained Monday about the bizarre incident -- including what the chemical was that caused the illness, and the man's name. According to a police report obtained around 10:15 p.m. Monday evening, his name would not be released unless charges were filed. His story was being questioned, too.

"Based on information we received from Norfolk Southern, the train theory may or may not be correct," Paul Froutz, Northumberland County director of public safety, said Monday afternoon. "Police have other leads they are checking on."

No matter the veracity of his story, the man -- who reportedly had blistering on his stomach -- walked through a mobile decontamination shower set up in a large parking lot between the Herndon Senior Action Center and Eagle Ridge Contracting along Route 147 at about 11 a.m. Monday, when the temperature was about 28 degrees. Then -- with only a white towel wrapped around his midsection, he walked into an Americus Ambulance and was transported about a quarter-mile to the south side of Inch Memorial Field, where he was wheeled on a stretcher to an awaiting Life Flight helicopter that had landed on the ballfield.

The subject was on his way for help, but questions about what had happened -- and a police investigation -- were just beginning.

Asking for help

The incident caused quit a stir in the borough throughout the day. According to firefighters and others who were interviewed, this is what transpired.

The transient, still at the playground pavilion, across Pennsylvania Avenue from the railroad tracks, encountered an Amish man who was headed from the Herndon Reload lumber plant just north of the playground to nearby Herndon National Bank at about 8:15 a.m.

The Amish man later told Brian Lenker, owner of the Herndon House, that the transient wanted to know the location of the closest Wal-Mart. He showed the man blistering on his stomach, and the Amish man suggested he seek medical assistance. The man said he'd be alright.

The man then apparently went to Zerby Motors garage, up over a hill from the pavilion and next to the Herndon House, and asked for a first aid kit, Lenker was told. He sat in the shop for a short while, but did not tend to his wound while there.

Having been told about the Sunoco convenience store at the Routes 147-225 intersection a couple miles south of Herndon, he decided to walk there. He said after he got something to eat, he might seek help.

Lenker said the man told the two people he encountered that he was either from Alaska or had come from Alaska. Others at the scene of his decontamination reported he was from New Hampshire.

Lenker said he saw what he believed to be the man's sleeping gear -- at least a blanket -- removed from the pavilion later Monday by authorities. Police tape surrounded the pavilion by early Monday afternoon.

Froutz did say that items belonging to the man were removed from the pavilion for testing.

The transient told the Amish man he had slept on top of a picnic table under the pavilion, perhaps choosing the wooden structure over the concrete floor despite temperatures that were forecast to drop into the low teens Sunday night.

Lenker said both men he spoke to about the incident said the transient didn't appear to be a typical "hobo." He was told that he was limping when he left the garage, and that he had told people something to the effect that he was being burned up inside.

Knocking on doors

As the transient got to an area about a mile north of the convenience store, at a stretch of several mobile homes, across Route 147 in the area of Shaffer's Venison store, he apparently knocked on one or more doors. Those who answered did not let the stranger inside, but they did summon help, according to Ron Hinkley, assistant fire chief for Herndon.

The man waited on a porch until a Dalmatia Ambulance crew arrived and began transporting the man, apparently to Sunbury Community Hospital.

About one mile into the trip, however, ambulance staff members Eric Shrawder and Ed Carl Sr. began to be overcome by fumes coming from the man's clothing, and were suffering respiratory problems. They pulled over in the parking lot near the senior action center, and a call for further emergency response was placed at 9:45 a.m., Hinkley said.

He was told by another EMS worker that the transient said he was riding a tanker car, and that his clothes had an unknown chemical on them and he was "suffering from burns to his mid-section."

Fire crews from Dalmatia and Herndon, ambulance crews from Sunbury and Trevorton and Shamokin Rescue 62 and its hazardous materials team were also dispatched. The hazmat team set up the decontamination shower.

"Anyone who had any contact with the individual, whether it be the ambulance workers or the members of the hazmat team, went through the decontamination shower," Hinkley said.

The transient, Shrawder and Carl were scrubbed down inside the tarped shower to protect their privacy, while the hazmat team members went under a shower in their suits to clean off.

While the transient was flown to Lehigh Valley (without his name, a condition could not be sought), Shrawder and Carl were taken by ambulance to Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. They were treated and released, a nursing supervisor said later Monday.

Hinkley said his didn't get a good enough look at the transient or his clothing to see if there were any signs that he had jumped from a moving train. He was told the only evident injury was the chemical burn.

Among the rumors circulating Monday was that the man's burn was older than what he was claiming.

Albert Shutt, Herndon emergency management coordinator, said Monday night he had been briefed by Shrawder -- who is his assistant -- and that it was considered an isolated situation with no reason for public concern.

Cleanup lasts all day

Froutz said various officials were conducting on-site testing until approximately 4:30 p.m. Monday.

"We tested for about two to three hours, but could not determine on scene what the substance was, so DEP will be taking the evidence back to the lab for further testing," he said.

Hinkley said a hazardous material clean-up crew was on scene Monday evening, cleaning the ambulance inside and out as it remained in the parking lot.

Railroad response

An SUV that said Norfolk Southern Police Officer was parked at the decontamination site, joining emergency responders, state police and DEP officials.

The company's director of public relations, contacted later at the Norfolk Southern Corp. in Plymouth Meeting, suggested the company wasn't buying the transient's story.

"The report from the individual was that he had gotten on the train in Philadelphia and gotten off in Herndon," said Rudy Husband, working with information that he had been provided from the scene. "Norfolk Southern does not operate any trains between Philadelphia and Herndon."

Husband did say the company operate trains through Herndon on what's called the Buffalo Line, but he said he wouldn't address further questions -- including details on recent chemical transportation -- pending completion of the state police investigation.

He said trains traveling in Herndon operate at a maximum track speed of 50 mph.

DEP officials could not be contacted off-site because of the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday. They were also not expected to comment further today because of the gubernatorial inauguration activities in Harrisburg.

What a joke this country is.  The guy is a three-fer:  illegal alien, Muslim, taking photos of sensitive areas of the Miami International Airport. I suppose he “liked the architecture,” just like people read Playboy “for the articles.” But why is he still here? How and why did he get a work visa? What work could he do that the many unemployed Americans cannot? Do we really have a shortage of American workers who can operate cameras and video equipment? And why wasn’t he immediately rounded up and deported when his work visa ran out and he began overstaying the visa in violation of the law? How is it that the TV station reporters immediately found this illegal alien’s residence, but Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) authorities couldn’t be bothered? Ask Man-et Napolitano.

Oh, and those other photos on his camera–the ones from other public Miami-Dade County Buildings? Yup, you guessed it: he liked the post-modernism blah of the architecture there, too. To think anything else using the “guise” of national security is to be a bigot and one of the people bringing America down with your negativism. You should know better, you fascists.

On Jan. 11, Miami-Dade Police officers stopped Oluwole Aboyade in the Dolphin parking garage at MIA after he reportedly began taking pictures of sensitive areas at the airport.

According to a Miami-Dade Police report, an officer said he became alarmed when he saw Aboyade taking pictures of buildings, surveillance cameras, airport runways and restricted areas. When the police approached the Nigerian national, he said he would remain silent. The police report read, “Mr. Aboyade was observed walking through the terminal and parking garages taking pictures … upon making contact … he became very evasive.”

“He was approached by several of our uniformed officers who were very alert in seeing what was going on in order to question him and find out exactly why he was there. While questioning him, a lot of things he refused to answer. He was very evasive. He did not want to give any answers whatsoever,” Miami-Dade Police Detective Bobby Williams said. “A detective was summoned from that airport bureau there, responded and subsequently, Mr. Aboyade was arrested, because he could not dispel the detective’s fear for the safety of people or property.”

Police said, Aboyade was in the US illegally. The police report read, “Upon arrival at the station, it was learned that Mr. Aboyade had overstayed his work visa and was wanted by ICE.”

Miami-Dade Police turned Aboyade over into the custody of Immigrations and Customs Enforcement. ICE will now handle the case. “Once he was there at the facility, it was found that he had some sort of a federal warrant, or they wanted him. He was un-arrested from us and given over to them for their federal charges,” said Williams.

Authorities want to know why Aboyade was at the airport. Williams said, “‘Why are you taking these pictures here? Why are you in these sensitive areas taking pictures?’ Which he could not give us any answers to.”

Police also raised concerns about other photos that were found on Aboyade’s camera: pictures of other buildings throughout Miami-Dade County.

Geez, what are those fascistic police and immigration authorities thinking? This is just a nice man developing his photography skills and learning about the dynamics of publicly-funded plaster, steel, cameras, and security checkpoints for his future career as a “post-modernist mid-day structure deconstructor,” (can’t say terrorist or homicide bomber, cuz–ya know–that would be bigoted, too).

York councilwoman calls for ban of guns at meetings

JOHN WALK The York Dispatch

The recent Arizona shooting that critically wounded Rep. Gabrielle Giffords and killed six others prompted York City Councilwoman Toni Smith to recommend a change at city council meetings.

Smith on Tuesday suggested people shouldn't be allowed to carry firearms into council chambers.

Unlike federal, state and county buildings, anyone who is licensed to carry a gun is permitted to have it in their possession during council meetings, she said.

City solicitor Don Hoyt noted that firearms are restricted in the York County Courthouse.

However, there's no law that prohibits individuals from taking a gun to a city council meeting, Hoyt said.

A city police officer attends all council meetings, per Smith's request. But that doesn't mean city residents feel safe at the meetings, she said, because one city resident regularly brings a holstered handgun to the meetings.

Smith said she intends to speak with state Rep. Eugene DePasquale, D-York City, to discuss a new law to prevent firearms in council chambers.

Police: Fake cop pulled over driver in W. Manheim Twp.

Police: Fake cop pulled over driver in W. Manheim Twp.

West Manheim Township Police are warning people about a man who pretended to be a police officer and pulled over a vehicle in the township on Sunday.

Police said about 8:40 p.m., a township resident was stopped along Pumping Station Road just off Baltimore Pike by a man driving a dark-colored car similar to an unmarked police cruiser. The vehicle had a flashing blue light on the dashboard, but no visible police markings or exterior lights, police said.

The police impersonator approached the man's car, told him he was speeding and said the man's vehicle matched the description of a stolen car, according to police.

The driver gave his license and registration to the fake cop, who returned to his car with them for about 10 minutes, police said. The fake cop then gave the identification back to the man and told him he could leave, police said.

Description: The fake cop is white with a tan complexion, about 6 feet tall, about 180 pounds, with a thin mustache, police said. He was wearing a khaki shirt and pants, a jacket with gold stripes on the sleeves, a campaign-style police hat -- similar to the hats worn by state police -- and a belt with small pouches on it, police said. He displayed no badge, no patches and no firearms.

Police Chief Tim Hippensteel said traditionally, police cruisers in this state are equipped with red and blue lights, and usually more than just one on the dashboard.

What to do: Drivers who are signaled to stop by an unmarked vehicle that appears suspicious can keep driving slowly to a well-lighted area, such as a business or parking lot where other people are present, the chief said.

Keep your doors locked and open the window just enough to communicate until you can determine it's really a police officer, Hippensteel said.

State law requires officers in unmarked vehicles to show official identification if asked to do so, as long as the request is reasonable and the officer's safety isn't at risk, Hippensteel said.

Anyone with information about the fake cop is asked to call township police at 632-7059.

Meet The New Boss: China Owns The United States redflag

The flags along Constitution Avenue tell you everything you need to know – America has been sold out and our new Chinese slavemasters are now leading the sheep to slaughter. Even as Barack Obama bows and fawns to President Hu Jintao, the globalists for whom he fronts are sharpening the knives and preparing to unleash the bloodletting as the dying carcass of America is dragged into line to facilitate the global management of the planet.

Not satisfied with a hemorrhaging trade deficit with China that continues to bleed American jobs at a rate of millions, a crumbling manufacturing base being replaced by the endless import of cheap slave goods from the Communist state, and a stunted economy being rapidly outpaced by the Red Dragon, the Obama administration wanted to further drill it in to Americans who the new boss is yesterday, by placing Chinese flags throughout Washington DC before Obama’s fawning meeting with unelected President Hu Jintao.

Everyone is painfully aware of the fact that China now owns the United States economically, with the Chinese central bank being the largest debt holder at approaching $1 trillion dollars. The average American family with two children collectively owes around $12,000 dollars to China. The Communist state’s ownership of long term U.S. Treasury Securities means the United States pays upwards of $100 million dollars a day to China in terms of interest alone.

China’s huge accumulation of US dollars gives it the sway to lead the United States by the nose like a sheep to slaughter, holding in its hands the power to decide the economic destiny of the now collapsing American empire. The culmination of this process moved a step closer this week when Hu Jintao made it clear that China was preparing to sharpen the knife for the bloodletting to begin, by deriding the dollar as a “product of the past” and signaling its replacement with a new global monetary system based around the Chinese yuan.

This transition is only becoming more obvious with the continuing fire sale of crucial infrastructure to the Red Dragon. Alex Jones’ first documentary film America: Destroyed By Design, made in 1997, warned Americans that the sell-out to the Chinese was the first step on the road to the sacking of the American economy and pulling the plug on key US infrastructure in the move towards global management of the planet.

The figures don’t lie – after a 20 year process of gradual sellout overseen by Clinton, Bush and now Obama – China owns America.

However, to have that notion aggressively reinforced by the plethora of Chinese flags that invaded DC this week goes beyond mere pomp and ceremony. This is meant to send a message to Americans that the United States is being hollowed out and swallowed up by the globalists, and that the center of the new world order empire will be transferred to Communist China in a bloodless coup.

And at the center of it all is a fawning, obedient, bowing Barack Obama, who ironically in the same week as Martin Luther King was remembered, played his role diligently as the house slave for his globalist masters, lavishing Jintao with a private dinner in a stunt that the Associated Press admits was designed to “soften the American public’s suspicions about China,” a nation that detains and tortures individuals for exercising their rights to freedom of association, freedom of religion and freedom of expression, while abducting, beating and performing forced abortions on women who refuse to submit to the country’s brutal one child policy.

The sickening worship and fealty displayed towards Jintao and China this week is all about training Americans to recognize who their new slavemasters are – the globalists who have exalted the Communist state as a model country for the new world order – a world in which antiquated ideas about freedom of the individual, prosperity, self-determination, family and happiness will be abolished.

Taiwanese animators got it right with the following cartoon, with depicts Obama’s subservience to America’s new boss, unelected dictator Hu Jintao.

One of the more extraordinary trends in internet use has been the rapid rise of video chat services such as Chatroulette. These services randomly link the webcams of people who visit the site.

But Chatroulette has a problem. The site is dominated by flashers who expose their genitals.

Some 6.3 million visitors used Chatroulette in July 2010, perhaps because of the sexual nature of its content.

But this poses a significant threat to minors. There is no easy way to police the age of people who visit websites and minors can gain access easily. According to Xinyu Xing at the University of Colorado at Boulder and a few pals, a significant number of Chatroulette users appear to be minors.
