Sheriff Joe's posse: 'Probable cause' Obama certificate a fraud

Asking Arpaio to elevate to criminal probe, person of interest ID'd

PHOENIX – An investigative “Cold Case Posse” launched six months ago by “America’s toughest sheriff” – Joe Arpaio of Arizona’s Maricopa County – has concluded there is probable cause that the document released by the White House last year as President Obama’s birth certificate is a computer-generated forgery.
The investigative team has asked Arpaio, who is at a news conference in Phoenix live-streamed by WND TV that began at 3 p.m. Eastern time, to elevate the investigation to a criminal probe that will make available the resources of his Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office.

The posse says it has identified at least one person of interest in the alleged forgery of Obama’s birth certificate.
Arapaio, known for his strict enforcement of immigration laws, commissioned the investigative team after local citizens presented him with a petition expressing concern that Obama might not be eligible for Arizona’s presidential ballot.
In addition to the live-streaming, WND is making available to the public a report distributed to media today by Arpaio’s investigators.

The posse, comprised of former law enforcement officers and lawyers with law enforcement experience, has interviewed dozens of witnesses and examined hundreds of documents. It also has taken numerous sworn statements from witnesses around the world.

Mike Zullo, Arpaio’s lead investigator, said his team believes the Hawaii Department of Health has engaged in a systematic effort to hide from public inspection any original 1961 birth records it may have in its possession.
“Officers of the Hawaii Department of Health and various elected Hawaiian public officials may have intentionally obscured 1961 birth records and procedures to avoid having to release to public inspection and to the examination of court-authorized forensic examiners any original Obama 1961 birth records the Hawaii Department of Health may or may not have,” Zullo said.
The investigators say the evidence contained in the computer-generated PDF file released by the White House as well as important deficiencies in the Hawaii process of certifying the long-form birth certificate establish probable cause that a forgery has been committed.
The investigation was launched after 250 members of the Surprise, Ariz., Tea Party, presented a signed petition to Arpaio in August 2011 asking him to undertake the investigation.
The Tea Party members petitioned under the premise that if a forged birth certificate was used to place Barack Obama on the 2012 Arizona presidential ballot, their rights as Maricopa County voters could be compromised.
Arpaio believes a congressional investigation might be warranted and has asked that any information relevant to the investigation held by other law enforcement agencies be forwarded to his office.
The Cold Case Posse advised Arpaio that they believe forgers committed two crimes. First, they say it appears the White House fraudulently created a forgery that it characterized as an officially produced governmental birth record. Second, the White House fraudulently presented to the residents of Maricopa County and to the American public at large a forgery represented as “proof positive” of President Obama’s authentic 1961 Hawaii long-form birth certificate.
“A continuing investigation is needed to identify the identity of the person or persons involved in creating the alleged birth certificate forgery and to determine who, if anyone, in the White House or the state of Hawaii may have authorized the forgery,” Arpaio said.
Among the evidence released at the press conference are five videos – which can be seen at the end of this article – to demonstrate why the Obama long-form birth certificate is suspected to be a computer-generated forgery.
The videos consist of step-by-step computer demonstrations using a control document. They display the testing used by the investigators to examine various claims made by supporters of the April 27 document.
The investigators contend the videos illustrate their conclusion that the features and anomalies observed on the Obama long-form birth certificate were inconsistent with features produced when a paper document is scanned, even if the scan is enhanced by Optical Character Recognition, OCR, and optimized.
Additionally, the posse says, the videos demonstrate that the Hawaii Department of Health Registrar’s name stamp and the registrar’s date stamp were computer-generated images imported into an electronic document, as opposed to rubber stamp imprints inked by hand or machine onto a paper document.
“That we were able to cast reasonable suspicions on the authenticity of the registrar stamps was especially disturbing, since these stamp imprints are designed to provide government authentication to the document itself,” Zullo said, emphasizing that if the registrar stamps are forgeries, the document itself is likely a forgery.
The investigators also chronicled a series of allegedly inconsistent and misleading representations that various Hawaii government officials have made over the past five years regarding any original birth records held by the Hawaii Department of Health.
“As I said at the beginning of the investigation, the president can put all this to rest quite easily,” Arpaio said. “All he has to do is demand the Hawaii Department of Health release to the American public and to a panel of certified court-authorized forensic examiners all original 1961 paper, microfilm and computer birth records the Hawaii Department of Health has in its possession.”
Arpaio emphasized that the Hawaii Department of Health needs to provide, as part of the full disclosure, evidence regarding the chain of custody of all Obama birth records, including paper, microfilm and electronic records to eliminate the possibility that a forger or forgers may have tampered with the birth records.
The sheriff said the president should also authorize Honolulu’s Kapi’olani Hospital, the birth hospital listed on the Obama long-form birth certificate, to release any  hospital patient records for Stanley Ann Dunham Obama, his mother, and for the newly born Barack Obama, to provide corroboration for the records held in the Hawaii Department of Health vault.
“Absent the authentic Hawaii Department of Health 1961 birth records for Barack Obama, there is no other credible proof supporting the idea or belief that President Barack Obama was born in Hawaii, as he and the White House have consistently asserted,” Zullo said.
“In fact, absent the authentication of Hawaii Department of Health 1961 birth records for Barack Obama, there is no other proof he was born anywhere within the United States.”
In addition, investigators say they have developed credible evidence that President Obama’s Selective Service card was a forgery, based on an examination of the postal date stamp on the document. Also, records of Immigration and Naturalization Service cards filled out by passengers arriving on international flights originating outside the United States in the month of August 1961, examined at the National Archives in Washington, D.C., are missing records for the week of President Obama’s birth.

How to Remove Your Google Search History Before Google's New Privacy Policy Takes Effect

[UPDATE 2/22/2012] It is important to note that disabling Web History in your Google account will not prevent Google from gathering and storing this information and using it for internal purposes. More information at the end of this post.

On March 1st, Google will implement its new, unified privacy policy, which will affect data Google has collected on you prior to March 1st as well as data it collects on you in the future. Until now, your Google Web History (your Google searches and sites visited) was cordoned off from Google's other products. This protection was especially important because search data can reveal particularly sensitive information about you, including facts about your location, interests, age, sexual orientation, religion, health concerns, and more. If you want to keep Google from combining your Web History with the data they have gathered about you in their other products, such as YouTube or Google Plus, you may want to remove all items from your Web History and stop your Web History from being recorded in the future.
Here's how you can do that:
1. Sign into your Google account.

2. Go to https://www.google.com/history

3. Click "remove all Web History."

4. Click "ok."

Note that removing your Web History also pauses it. Web History will remain off until you enable it again.
[UPDATE 2/22/2012]: Note that disabling Web History in your Google account will not prevent Google from gathering and storing this information and using it for internal purposes. It also does not change the fact that any information gathered and stored by Google could be sought by law enforcement.
With Web History enabled, Google will keep these records indefinitely; with it disabled, they will be partially anonymized after 18 months, and certain kinds of uses, including sending you customized search results, will be prevented. If you want to do more to reduce the records Google keeps, the advice in EFF's Six Tips to Protect Your Search Privacy white paper remains relevant.
If you have several Google accounts, you will need to do this for each of them.

Major victory for Public Advocate

My friend, you know as well as I that the Family is moving through a very dark period.

Homosexual “marriage” is on the rise in every corner of our country.

Last year, I was forced to stand against the establishment by handing out flyers at the door warning of the homosexual influence.

Moral leaders stood by my side and boycotted it en masse -- only 2% of the pro-Family organizations in the country attended.

The enemy countered with a slew of Family-bashing speakers who trashed and condemned the Family Movement for protesting.

But we stood firm.

We fought them... and change happened.

CPAC rejected the authority of the Radical Homosexual Lobby.

This year I was allowed to meet inside the event with pro-Family leaders in order to coordinate our efforts.

Pro-Family participants accounted for 19% of the total attendance.

And pro-Family speakers like Sarah Palin were given the chance to speak up for traditional values and real marriage.

Pro-Family groups were manning over 100 booths and directly greeted more than 10,000 people.

My friend, this is a major victory for Public Advocate.

We showed the Homosexual Lobby that we do have the strength to oppose them!

I am so very proud to lead this group.

Senate May Vote on Blunt’s Religious Conscience Protection Amendment This Week

The battle over the Obama administration’s contraceptive mandate is far from over. In fact, this week, the situation may actually intensify as the Senate is planning a key vote that could have major implications for religious freedom in America.

On Feb. 15, you may recall that Glenn Beck announced the “We Are All Catholics Now” effort to encourage citizens of all faiths to join together to protect religious liberty. To kick off the initiative, Beck asked Americans to reach out to their Senators to urge them to support the Blunt amendment — legislation that would protect religious institutions’ conscience rights.
Historian David Barton appeared on Beck’s radio show earlier this month, where he said that listeners had made a profound impact on the debate by urging leaders to support the measure. But Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, using some legislative tricks, was able to delay a vote on the transportation bill that this particular measure was a part of.

As The Blaze’s Tiffany Gabbay reported,and as Barton highlighted, Reid jammed the transportation bill with so many amendments that the Blunt provision didn’t “fit” in the end. That being said, the bill is likely to come up for a vote this week, which essentially provides citizens with another opportunity to make their voices heard on the matter.

The Senate is currently considering S.1813, the Highway bill, and it is expected to be on the Senate floor for the remainder of the week. Senate Democratic leader Harry Reid, who supports abortion, and Republican Leader Mitch McConnell, who is pro-life, continue to work on a list of potential amendments to the bill and the Blunt Amendment is expected to be included.
Roy Blunt, a pro-life Republican senator from Missouri, is behind the amendment and he told the University of Missouri student newspaper why he thinks it is important.
“It’s still clear that President Obama does not understand this isn’t about cost, it’s about who controls the religious views of faith-based institutions,” Blunt said. “President Obama believes that he should have that control. Our Constitution states otherwise.”

The language of the amendment reflects that of Blunt’s “Respect for Rights of Conscience Act” (a separate legislative measure with identical goals). The purpose for the the Blunt amendment reads, “To amend the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act to protect rights of conscience with regard to requirements for coverage of specific items and services” (it can be read in its entirety here).

The Hill explored the partisan division that exists over the proposal, as Democrats claim it will lead to massive deficiencies in terms of what’s available to women and Republicans praising it as the key to freedom:

Senate Democrats said Tuesday that up to 20 million women could lose access to healthcare services [more on that here] under an amendment from Sen. Roy Blunt (R-Mo.), but Republicans argue that the proposal would change very little about the healthcare system.
Blunt’s amendment, which could see a vote in the Senate this week, would let employers opt out of federal benefit mandates that violate their religious or moral beliefs.

Now that the vote is likely coming back up (you can read more about the debate), we’ll share the directions Beck gave earlier this month for those who wish to push for religious freedom by supporting the Blunt amendment:

Call the switchboard, ask to be connected to a Senator from your specific state (it will take two calls, one for each Senator).
Whoever answers:

1. Tell them that you want to tell the Senator to vote for the Blunt conscience protection amendment.
2. Ask them if they know how the Senator will vote on that amendment
3. Tell them you want to be contacted back about how he voted (be sure to ask for accountability — they hate it, but it makes them call you back).
4. When you call, be sure to tell them “We are all Catholics now”. This key phrase will let them know you are part of a larger, organized movement working in support of religious freedom.

Considering the very political — and personal — nature of the issues associated with the mandate and religious consciences, it’s not likely that this issue will simmer regardless of how the vote on the transportation bill concludes. The GLOBAL Pedophile Priest Pandemic should convince even an insane mind. And don't seek refuge in any Ecu-Maniacal Evanjellybelly church either. That's like trying to walk down the up escalator. All Roads Lead to Rome. Get a Bible and learn about your Savior and get to know Him. I think you'll find Him, His Heavenly Kingdom, and His salvation VASTLY superior to His pathetic, earthy, and particularly gaudy counterfeit.

Good grief, XXXXXXX.....how could you, a seemingly intelligent man, refer to a mere sinful fallen flesh no different than you or me as, "Holy Father?" How could any sane man bow down to a mere man much less pray to or "through" an image of stone or wood or metal.....made by the hand of sinful fallen man, all of which you do? Surely you understand what an insult it was to the Creator when His people bowed down and worshiped a golden calf. Why can't you comprehend that your Cult is just the latter day archetype of that original prophetic type? When you read in the Bible about God's wrath against the Jews for worshiping the "Queen of Heaven," how is it that you can't see the same blasphemous abomination committed by command in your Cult? How is it that someone of your intellect can twist his own mind to believe in the hocus pocus of the mass? How is it that wicked men have perverted your mind to believe that the Lamb of Almighty God should be sacrificed perpetually as though His one time, all sufficient sacrifice was not the only propitiation that God would accept to redeem you? And if His sacrifice did redeem you, pray tell what efficacy can you place in a half baked, albeit very impressive, ritual? What satisfaction or justification do you derive from writing me once again to nit pick about trivial things when there's an elephant standing on your neck?

Look up into God's vast Creation some clear starlit night and see His handiwork. And then comprehend the inconceivable glory and power that Created it. Then look at your feeble old pedophile in Rome and ask yourself.....would the Righteous Creator of all Heaven and Earth leave this filth to be His representative to men? That's the elephant that is standing on your neck, XXXXXXX, and you want to nit pick about the Index? You're far too intelligent for that. Do you think that I'm only trying to flatter you? Look to what depravity and confusion your Cult has brought you! Strip the vestments off those priests and see them for the blasphemous, pompous pigs they are. You're far more dignified than they, but you are reduced to groveling at their feet as though they were God's representatives on earth. Don't you think the Creator of all Heaven and Earth can represent Himself to you? After all, He made you! Didn't He?

What pleasure do you think the Glorious Creator of all Heaven and Earth has in your monotonous repetitive prayers as though He's too stupid to know the content of your heart before you ever open your mouth, much less need to hear them repeated as though He were as deaf as the images through which you worship Him? Do you comprehend that your monotonous repetitive prayers would insult the intelligence of any mere man, no matter how base his intellect? And yet you are taught that God demands and delights in such prayers from you even when you yourself would be insulted and offended if I spoke to you in such monotonous repetitiveness. God is not a witch that He can be charmed by incantations. Stop consulting the Witch at Rome and seek God's face, XXXXXXX! Christ came to deliver His people from the "religious" human oppressor, XXXXXXX. In the Name of the Christ the Redeemer, claim your liberty in Christ and worship Him in Spirit and in Truth and stop insulting Him by putting sinful, wicked men and images and idols and "religion" in His rightful place.

There is real peace and rest and liberty in Jesus, XXXXXXX. Seek Him while He may yet be found.
