Halliburton Identifies Hydraulic Fracturing Chemicals

Website Lists Some Of Commonly Used Chemicals

Energy giant Halliburton says it is beginning to identify the chemicals in fluids it is pumping into Pennsylvania to extract natural gas.

The Halliburton Co. said Monday that it set up a website that provides information on the chemicals it says are in its three most commonly used solutions in Pennsylvania.

It says it plans to make similar disclosures for other states where chemicals are being used in the drilling practice called hydraulic fracturing, or fracking.

State and federal regulators are increasingly seeking disclosure of the chemicals, particularly in the northeastern United States, where concerns are being expressed over the potential for water pollution.

Pennsylvania state regulations to require disclosure could be finalized later this year.

Brother Marco’s Infographic: How Rome Runs the Wicked Federal Reserve Bank

Federal Reserve Bank, New York City

Here is yet another masterpiece by Brother Marco Ponce.  Indeed, the Federal Reserve Banking System is modeled after the Jesuit Roman Papacy.  Not only its inner workings but its very architecture is designed after a Roman model.

No, the Jews never founded the Fed; rather, it was the Order’s Papal Knight of the Order of Saints Maurice and Lazarus, J. P. Morgan.  Yes, it was Morgan, the Order’s great agent in creating that “Creature from Jekyll Island” who died in Rome in a hotel that cost him $50o a day!  Indeed, the Fed is the Pope’s bank, established to finance—via credit out of thin air—all the wars of the Order’s “Holy Roman” Fourteenth Amendment American Empire for the last 100 years.  Why?  To restore the White Pope’s Temporal Power around the world in preparation for the coming risen Papal Caesar, the Antichrist/Man-Beast!

Enjoy Marco’s Infographic below.

Spiritual Refinement

Spiritual Refinement

“I will bring the one-third through the fire, will refine them as silver is refined, and test them as gold is tested. They will call on My name, and I will answer them. I will say, ‘This is My people’; And each one will say, ‘The LORD is my God.’” Zechariah 13:9

The refinement process is a lifetime in the making. For each of us it is different and this is a good thing as it shows that God does not want meaningless worship from a bunch of know-nothings. It shows God cares for us so much that He created our uniqueness and that we have the choice to worship. Or not.. As such our journey’s in life are also radically unique. The refinement process may be lite for some while others must go through the fire so to speak.

“He will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver; he will purify the Levites and refine them like gold and silver. Then the LORD will have men who will bring offerings in righteousness.” Malachi 3:3

That’s not to say that everything good or bad that happens to you is of God. There are those who blame God for all of the grief & pain in the world but as Christians we can look and see that it is sin (and yes satan is sin) which causes the problems. We actually live in this world, that’s a true statement whether you acknowledge it or not and so it is the world that is going to bring about the majority of our experiences. If a trial or joy is because of God you will know it is and will not second-guess.

“That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ.” I Peter 3:7

And if that makes absolutely no sense to you what-so-ever you have got to turn off you blinders. It’s hard to realize you are blinded and in need of a Saviour when you cannot see (your sin) and are not aware you are living in sin. We are sinner’s. You & I are in need of saving. Click Here

“Behold, I have refined you, but not as silver; I have tested you in the furnace of affliction.” Isaiah 48:10

Are we trying to reach a certain level ? Obviously if you turn from sin by accepting Salvation through our Saviour then your life is going to be radically different then if you had not. When we look at the multiple stories about the follower’s of our Saviour within the bible it’s radically different from what surrounds us today, you can read more about the prosperity gospel if you like, but we can see that as they progressed through they’re life it became less and less about themselves and more about doing the will of our Father. This means that we must overcome sin, serpent and the world and the more we do this the more God will do His will through us. But to think that our works in whatever fashion will get us to a certain level is ______.

With our daily prayers and reading of the bible our Father will take our life events and everything around us and put it into a way that He can do His will through us. We seek our Father through prayer and studying of the scripture and through it we get to know Him. This is the refinement I seek, that I can be used for our Father’s sake because righteousness can never be wrong. And my sin is not righteous nor anyone else’s for that matter. We can look around us and see the result of sin and it always comes the same just re-packaged is all. So then the answer is clear: Seek to do the will of our Father and He will hear you and He will work through you.

Praise God!

Iranian Pastor Accused of ‘Thought Crimes’ to Die by Hanging
By Michael Ireland
Chief Correspondent, ASSIST News Service

TEHRAN, IRAN

(ANS) -- An Iranian court has passed down a death sentence on a Christian pastor, who was found guilty of so-called “thought crimes.”

Pastor Youcef
According to www.presenttruthmn.com, the official verdict has now been delivered in writing to Pastor Youcef Nadarkhani, stating that he is to be hung for the crime of apostasy.

Spokesman Jason DeMars of Present Truth Ministries, says: “There are 20 days to appeal the verdict, and Youcef’s attorney is now beginning the process of the appeal.”

The prayer burdens surrounding this development are many, DeMars said in an e-mail to ASSIST News Service.
“Please pray for Youcef, that God would grant him peace and strength in this hour, that God would move on his behalf, and that he would be delivered! Pray also for his wife and children; this is extremely difficult for them.

“We are trusting our great Lord to give her the peace that comes only from the True Comforter. Pray that the church in Iran would stand strong, that their faith would not be shaken, but that their eyes would remain fixed on Christ. Pray also for the local officials in charge of this case in Iran, that their hearts would be changed, and that they would experience salvation in Jesus Christ,” he said.

DeMars concluded: “Brothers and Sisters, it is critical that we intercede constantly on behalf of our brother Youcef. I trust that, as the Lord leads each one individually, Youcef will be lifted before the Lord continually with prayer and fasting. 'The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much,' (James 5:16).”

DeMars, in calling Christians around the world to pray for Pastor Youcef, also cited William Branham, who said: “Prayer changes things. Prayer is the most powerful weapon that was ever put in the control of human beings. There's no atomic bomb, or no hydrogen bomb as powerful as prayer.”

In Rare Public Debate, Justices Scalia, Breyer Clash Over Constitutional Questions

In Rare Public Debate, Justices Scalia, Breyer Clash Over Constitutional Questions

Betsy Blaney

The Associated Press

One of the most conservative justices on the U.S. Supreme Court and one of the most liberal ones sparred Friday over capital punishment, the direct election of senators and various other constitutional questions during a rare public debate that highlighted their philosophical differences.

Antonin Scalia, 74, the longest-serving current justice, appointed by Republican President Ronald Reagan, and Stephen Breyer, 72, appointed by Democrat Bill Clinton, shared the stage in front of a crowd of thousands during a West Texas event organized by Texas Tech University Law School.

They particularly clashed on the question of capital punishment.

Scalia argued that while there's room for debate about whether the death penalty is a "good idea or a bad idea," it is not cruel and unusual punishment.

"There's not an ounceworth of room for debate as to whether it constitutes cruel and unusual punishment because, at the time the Eighth Amendment was adopted -- the cruel and unusual punishments clause -- it was the only punishment for a felony. It was the definition of a felony. It's why we have Western movies because horse thieving was a felony."

Breyer said 200 years ago, people thought flogging at a whipping post was not cruel and unusual.

"And indeed there were whipping posts where people were flogged virtually to death up until the middle of the 19th century," he said. "If we had a case like that today I'd like to see how you'd vote."

The two bandied about other issues, including Brown v. The Board of Education, the landmark high court decision in the 1950s that outlawed school segregation case, cable television rulings, and how they view cases that come before them.

Later, Scalia returned to the issue of flogging, saying it's "stupid" but "not unconstitutional, which is stupid. There's a lot of stuff that's stupid that's not constitutional."

Scalia said he has no interest in what legislators intended when making a particular law. Breyer countered, saying judges need to go back and find out the purpose legislators had when crafting a bill.

"I don't at all look to what I think the legislature thought," Scalia said. "I frankly don't care what the legislature thought."

Breyer responded quickly, saying, "That's the problem," which brought thunderous laughter from the crowd.

"You've got to go back to the purpose of the legislation, find out what's there," Breyer said. "That's the democratic way, cause you can then hold that legislature responsible, rather than us, who you can't control."

At the end, the two were asked what they would change about the Constitution.

"Not much," Breyer said. "It's a miracle and we see that through" our work.

Scalia called the writing of the Constitution "providential," and the birth of political science.

"There's very little that I would change," he said. "I would change it back to what they wrote, in some respects. The 17th Amendment has changed things enormously."

That amendment allowed for U.S. Senators to be elected by the people, rather than by individual state legislatures.

"We changed that in a burst of progressivism in 1913, and you can trace the decline of so-called states' rights throughout the rest of the 20th century. So, don't mess with the Constitution."

Breyer countered that change has sometimes been needed.

"There have been lots of ups and downs in the enforcement of this Constitution, and one of the things that's been quite ugly -- didn't save us from the Civil War -- is that there is a system of changing the Constitution through amendment. It's possible to do but not too easy."

Three Prince George’s County Police Officers and Six Other Defendants Charged in Two Federal Indictments

Charges Include Corruption, Drug Trafficking, and Firearms Violations; Forfeiture Sought for $3.5 Million, 25 Properties, 13 Vehicles, and 84 Bank Accounts

GREENBELT, MD—In two indictments unsealed today, a federal grand jury has indicted a total of nine defendants, including three Prince George’s County Police officers. Seven defendants, including two of the officers, are charged in the first indictment with conspiring to commit extortion under color of official right in a scheme involving the transport and distribution of untaxed cigarettes and alcohol. The second indictment charges the third officer and another man with a drug and gun conspiracy. The indictments were returned on October 14, 2010 and unsealed following the arrests of the defendants and execution of search warrants today, in a coordinated operation that involved approximately 150 law enforcement officers.

The indictments were announced by United States Attorney for the District of Maryland Rod J. Rosenstein; Special Agent in Charge Richard A. McFeely of the Federal Bureau of Investigation; and Special Agent in Charge Rebecca Sparkman of the Internal Revenue Service - Criminal Investigation, Washington, D.C. Field Office.

“Police officers are given badges and guns to prevent crimes, but these police officers allegedly used them to commit crimes,” said U.S. Attorney Rod J. Rosenstein. “The indictment charges that they crossed a bright line from catching criminals to conspiring with criminals.”

Special Agent in Charge Richard A. McFeely of the Federal Bureau of Investigation stated, “This investigation demonstrates that no one is above the law. The FBI, along with our law enforcement partners, is committed to seeking out all forms of corruption, especially among those that serve the public.”

“Public officials must comply with the same laws as the citizens they serve,” said IRS-Criminal Investigation Special Agent in Charge Rebecca Sparkman, Washington, D.C. Field Office. “The IRS-Criminal Investigation is helping to ensure that all Americans, including public officials, are held to the same standard.”

First Indictment: Conspiracy to Commit Extortion

The first indictment charges seven defendants with conspiracy to interfere with commerce by extortion under color of official right:

  • Prince George’s County Police Sergeant Richard Delabrer, age 45, of Laurel, Maryland;

  • Prince George’s Police Corporal Chong Chin Kim, age 42, of Beltsville, Maryland;

  • Amrik Singh Melhi, age 51, of Clarksville, Maryland, owner of numerous Maryland liquor stores;

  • Ravinder Kaur Melhi, age 49, of Clarkesville, co-owner of liquor stores and wife of Amrik Singh Melhi;

  • Amir Milijkovic, age 39, of Bowie, Maryland, owner of an auto glass store in College Park, Maryland;

  • Chun Chen, aka Eddy Chen, age 34, of Bowie; and

  • Jose Moreno, age 49, of Alexandria, Virginia.

Specifically, the indictment charges that the defendants agreed that Amrik Singh Melhi and others would pay police officers in exchange for them using their official authority to ensure the safe transport and distribution of untaxed cigarettes and alcohol in Maryland and Virginia.

The indictment also seeks the forfeiture of $3.5 million, 25 properties, 13 vehicles and 84 bank accounts that allegedly are proceeds of crimes or were used to facilitate crimes.

The defendants in the extortion conspiracy case face a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. The defendants are expected to have their initial appearances in U.S. District Court in Greenbelt today beginning at 1:30 p.m. and continuing through the afternoon.

Second Indictment: Conspiracy to Distribute Cocaine

In the second indictment, two defendants are charged with conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute cocaine and use of firearms in furtherance of drug trafficking:

  • Prince George’s County Police Officer Sinisa Simic, age 25, of Woodbridge, Virginia; and

  • Mirza Kujundzic, age 30, of Woodbridge, Virginia.

Simic and Kujundzic face a minimum of five years in prison and a maximum sentence of life in prison for the drug conspiracy charge and a mandatory five years in prison, consecutive to any other sentence, for possession of firearms in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime. The defendants are expected to have their initial appearances in U.S. District Court in Greenbelt today beginning at 1:30 p.m. and continuing through the afternoon.

An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceedings.

United States Attorney Rod J. Rosenstein praised the FBI and IRS for their work in these investigations. Mr. Rosenstein thanked Assistant United States Attorneys James A. Crowell IV, A. David Copperthite and Sujit Raman, who are prosecuting the cases.

Mr. Rosenstein, Mr. McFeely and Ms. Sparkman expressed their appreciation to Prince George's County Chief of Police Roberto L. Hylton for the assistance that he and his department provided.
