I seem to get sick at least twice per year(I am right now), and I'm tired of relying on antibiotics to cure me. I was wondering how much D3 you would recommend I take per day (I bought 5000 UI capsules). I am 16 years old. I'm about 5 feet 11 inches tall, and I weigh roughly 145 pounds.
