Mexico's drug smugglers have something to cheer about
Haven't these appeals court judges ever watched "Cops"?
Their affirmation of a Border Patrol agent's 24-month felony
sentence for forcing a Mexican drug smuggler to the ground during an
arrest leaves the lawman only one last chance for justice.
Considering where he has to put his hope now, he probably shouldn't hold his breath ...
If members of the Mafia did this, they'd be doing hard time in prison.
If government bureaucrats did it, bullied taxpayers would still have to pay their salaries and fund their pensions.
Is the shakedown about to end?
