"Hope for Change" Why President Obama should be fired

by MICHAEL SMELTZER

Barack Obama campaigned on the slogan "Hope & Change," and like a growing number of Americans, I am now hoping for a change of the family in the White House. We cannot forget that Barack Obama works for us, the citizens of the United States, and must be held accountable for his performance. Obama should be fired for the following reasons:
When Barack Obama took office in January 2009 there were 142,187,000 people employed in America. In June 2012 there were 142,415,000 people employed. A net gain of only 228,000 jobs in 31/2 years! (Source: U.S. Department of Labor)
The National Debt has increased nearly $5 trillion since Barack Obama took office. That means that every man, woman and child in America has an additional $15,927 in debt. (Source: CBS News)
The President and Congress failed to produce a budget for FY2011, FY 2012 or FY2013. This means that President Obama and Congress continue to spend with total disregard to what we can afford. Imagine running your household this way.
In 2008, there were 27.8 million people receiving food stamps in America. Today that number has increased to more than 46 million or nearly one in seven Americans receiving food stamps.
President Obama, as a candidate, discussed his vision of bringing America together and reforming the way Washington works. After 31/2 years of class warfare, business as usual in Washington, and poor leadership under Barack Obama; the people of America deserve better.
We should all now adopt this slogan, "Hope for Change."
