York, PA - Northern York County Regional Police have released surveillance photos of people they believe were involved in a burglary and theft earlier this month in Manchester Township.On Nov. 13, a vehicle was broken into at a business in the 2300 block of North George Street, and a purse was taken, police said.
Over the next several days, the victim's credit cards were used at several stores around York County. The surveillance photos are from two of those stores, police said.
