Merry Christmas From Obama, Congress, Legalized Martial Law?

At the writing of this post the MSM reports the White House had signaled it won’t veto the National Defense Authorization Act which is expected to make its way out of Congress Wednesday night over to Obama’s desk by Thursday. A bill which, in the words of Congressman Ron Paul,”We have now institutionalized and codified martial law”. A bill which should be a litmus test for all presidential contenders including the president up for reelection. So far, Barack Obama plans on signing the bill into law on Thursday. Ron Paul is vehemently against the bill. Mitt Romney was caught clueless at a New Hampshire Town Hall while, to date, Newt Gingrich,has kept mum on whether he supports this travesty to civil liberties of American citizens, a bill which would allow the military to detain American citizens on American soil, the new McCarthy Era ushered in by Barack Obama as President.
