A naked man who was spotted in a lawn chair across the street from a burning building pointing and laughing is now the top suspect in the blaze.
No arrests have been made in the Miami fire, but victims knew something wasn't right.
He was "on his porch butt-naked and laughing at the whole thing," one burned-out resident said.
