These are the same people who used hundreds or even thousands of dollars of their prized savings to bet on the stock only to have its value drop to way below its opening price of $38 per share.

MSM: John Brennan, Death Czar?

John Brennan, Obama’s chief counterterrorism advisor was a name that you did not see on the Mainstream media today as they continue to run stories that serve to distract the masses from stories that matter.
Most recently he publicly spoke about the drone program calling it moral and ethical and just.
According to reports from the Associated Press, John Brennan has now seized the lead in choosing who will be targeted for drone attacks and raids after Obama delegated him as the sole authority to designate people for assassination under the United States top-secret assassination program.
Yes, if it such a secret program then why is the Associated Press running a story on it? Because it is only a “top-secret” matter of National Insecurity when the public and organizations such as the ACLU request more details on it than is revealed int the propagandized reports the public is fed through the corporate media.
While this story deserves to have been put before the eyeballs of every U.S. citizens it was merely a side note ran by the Associate Press that didn’t make corporate news headlines anywhere.
According to the AP, under the new plan, Brennan’s staff compiles the potential target list and runs the names past agencies such as the State Department at a weekly White House meeting.
At the same time ACLU lawsuits and requests for information about the decision-making process behind the government’s assassination program repeatedly get denied with the government claiming the programs are so top-secret that they can neither confirm nor deny the programs even exist.

Gingrich: Ron Paul 'Biggest Danger' For Romney in Tampa

By Kenneth T. Walsh

Republican Presidential hopeful Ron Paul speaks during a town hall meeting at the University of Maryland.
Republican Presidential hopeful Ron Paul speaks during a town hall meeting at the University of Maryland.

As Republicans set their sights on their national convention in August, Ron Paul's forces are rattling the GOP establishment now more than ever.
The latest issue is a three-day festival that Paul supporters are planning at the Florida State Fairgrounds August 24-26, ending just before the convention starts. Thousands of Paul supporters would likely attend the festival, and it would be a natural jumping-off point for the convention in Tampa. What the Paulites do there has become the subject of considerable concern among GOP veterans.
[Ken Walsh: Ron Paul Diehards Worry GOP Establishment]
Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, who dropped out of the GOP presidential race three weeks ago, says Paul forces could cause disruptions and spoil what GOP front-runner Mitt Romney hopes will be a display of party unity.
Romney edged closer to winning the Republican nomination Tuesday with two primary victories in Arkansas and Kentucky. But there could be problems ahead for Romney's campaign, Gingrich said on conservative commentator Sean Hannity's radio show.
"I think the biggest danger in the short run is that they not think through how they're going to handle the convention in Tampa and how they're going to handle the Ron Paul forces," Gingrich said.
Gingrich added that Romney should be considering "not how to pander to them" but how to treat them with respect and to recognize their "legitimate rights" as delegates.
[Photo Gallery: Ron Paul on the campaign trail]
As Gingrich pointed out, Paul supporters have gathered an unexpected number of delegates at state Republican conventions recently in Alaska, Colorado, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri and Nevada. Paul's chances of overtaking Romney are remote, but his delegate strength could enable him to make a difference on the party platform and in setting the tone of the convention.

Rand Paul: Political Ammunition

As Senator Jim DeMint and I continue to push for a roll-call vote in the U.S. Senate on the National Right to Work Act (S. 2173) in the next few weeks, the cause of workplace freedom is gaining momentum.

As you may know, in recent weeks conservative candidates have shocked the establishment to win the Republican nominations for the U.S. Senate in Indiana and Nebraska.

Mark Mix tells me that both candidates, Richard Mourdock and Deb Fischer, returned the National Right to Work Committee’s candidate survey in 100 percent support of Right to Work.

That’s especially crucial because their union-label opponents in November have made careers out of kowtowing to the union bosses, even though both Nebraska and Indiana are Right to Work states.

Now the National Right to Work Committee needs your help to turn the heat up on wavering Senators to vote for the National Right to Work Act.

Please click here to watch their new hard-hitting TV ad, and to make contribution to get it on the air in the crucial next few weeks.

the TV ad

You see, it’s vital we secure a roll-call vote on the National Right to Work Act in the Senate as soon as possible.

A public roll-call vote will provide the political ammunition the Committee needs to expose opponents of worker freedom in the months ahead.

Leading up to the vote, the National Right to Work Committee must be fully prepared to launch a full-scale lobbying program which includes mail, e-mail, phones, hard-hitting internet, newspaper, radio and even TV ads like the one you can watch by clicking here.

Meanwhile, the Committee is working to find out where every candidate for Congress stands with their 2012 Candidate Survey Program.

Those who vote against worker freedom or refuse to go on the record for Right to Work will do so at their own peril.

As a cosponsor of the National Right to Work Act, I’m doing my part.

Will you chip in with a contribution of $10 or more today to help fund the Committee’s programs?

And right now, your first donation to the Committee will be matched by a generous donor, dollar for dollar, to double your impact!

These are important steps forward in building momentum for this crucial legislation.

I hope I can count on your action today.

Sincerely,

Rand Paul, M.D.
U.S. Senator

P.S. The National Right to Work Committee relies entirely on generous voluntary donations from its supporters. Please click here to chip in with a donation now.

Fukushima disaster is 'nuclear war without a war'

by: Ethan A. Huff

Fukushima(NaturalNews) It has been more than a year now since the massive 9.0-plus magnitude earthquake and corresponding tsunami devastated the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant on the eastern coast of Japan, sending untold amounts of nuclear radiation into the environment. And to this day, the threat of nuclear fallout is ever-present all around the world in what some have described as a "nuclear war without a war."

Though governments and many media outlets have downplayed the disaster, its aftermath continues to threaten the health and wellbeing of plants, animals and humans not only in Japan, but all around the world. Far worse than Chernobyl, the Fukushima catastrophe truly is a nuclear holocaust event with gradual, long-term consequences that we are only just now beginning to recognize and grasp.

Though the devastation was not delivered in one fell swoop via an atomic bomb, radioactive elements from Fukushima continue to be quietly delivered through air and ocean currents to soils, drinking water supplies, farms, lawns, children's playgrounds, airplanes and countless other sources. Products made with elements and materials that have been contaminated with radiation, particularly in Japan, are also exposing untold thousands, if not millions, of people to dangerous levels of nuclear radiation.

"Hazardous radioactive elements being released in the sea and air around Fukushima accumulate at each step of various food chains (for example, into algae, crustaceans, small fish, bigger fish, then humans; or soil, grass, cow's meat and milk, then humans)," writes Helen Caldicott in her piece, Fukushima: Nuclear Apologists Play Shoot the Messenger on Radiation, in The Age.

"Entering the body, these elements -- called internal emitters -- migrate to specific organs such as the thyroid, liver, bone, and brain, continuously irradiating small volumes of cells with high doses of alpha, beta and/or gamma radiation, and over many years often induce cancer."

Nuclear war, whether intentional or unintentional, has already been waged

Regardless of whether or not the Fukushima disaster was a natural event or a man-made terrorist conspiracy (http://www.naturalnews.com/032692_Fukushima_earthquake.html), the trigger has been pulled, and the quiet nuclear war has been set in motion. Fukushima's thousands of exposed fuel rods continue to remain in a precarious plight. Reactor 4 is on the verge of collapse, and radiation from existing leaks and damage continues to spread.

Politically, the entire nation of Japan is the biggest casualty of this nuclear war so far, as the country's economy is in dire straits, and on the verge of collapse. Tokyo is reportedly now suffering its first trade deficit since the 1980s, and the rest of the country's manufacturing base is quickly dwindling as the world grows increasingly leery of importing goods from Japan that may be contaminated with Fukushima radiation.

Because no efforts are being made to contain Fukushima, as was done with Chernobyl, the facility itself is essentially a grounded nuclear weapon that every second of every day is waging war against Planet Earth. And as far as the human race is concerned, thousands have already died as a result, with millions more to follow in the years and decades to come as the unrelenting spew of radiation settles in every crevice of the global ecology, spurring rapid increases in cancer and other deadly conditions.

Emanuela Orlandi 'was kidnapped for sex parties for Vatican police'

A teenage girl whose disappearance in Rome has remained a mystery for 30 years was kidnapped for sex parties by a gang involving Vatican police and foreign diplomats, the Roman Catholic Church's leading exorcist has claimed.

The tomb of a mafia don buried in a basilica in Rome is to be opened in an attempt to solve a mystery that has dogged the Vatican for three decades.
Emanuela Orlandi, who was 15 at the time of her disappearance, was the daughter of a Vatican employee Photo: Rex

Father Gabriele Amorth, who was appointed by the late John Paul II as the Vatican's chief exorcist and claims to have performed thousands of exorcisms, said Emanuela Orlandi was later murdered and her body disposed of.
In the latest twist in one of the Holy See's most enduring mysteries, he said the 15-year-old schoolgirl was snatched from the streets of central Rome in the summer of 1983 and forced to take part in sex parties.
"This was a crime with a sexual motive. Parties were organised, with a Vatican gendarme acting as the 'recruiter' of the girls.
"The network involved diplomatic personnel from a foreign embassy to the Holy See. I believe Emanuela ended up a victim of this circle," Father Amorth, the honorary president of the International Association of Exorcists, told La Stampa newspaper.
The debate over who kidnapped Emanuela and what became of her has raged in Italy for three decades.
It has been suggested that she was taken by the leader of a notorious gang of criminals, who wanted to put pressure on Vatican officials to recover money that he had allegedly lent them.
Another theory is that she was abducted to be used as a bargaining chip for the release from prison of Mehmet Ali Agca, the Turkish gunman who tried to kill John Paul II in St Peter's Square in 1981, reportedly on the orders of the KGB.
But Father Amorth, 85, dismissed the "international dimension", saying that a Vatican archivist had also come to the conclusion that Emanuela was abducted for sexual exploitation.
A controversial and outspoken priest, Father Amorth has claimed that yoga is Satanic because it leads to a worship of Hinduism and that the Harry Potter books are dangerous because they encourage children to believe in black magic and wizardry.
Earlier this month investigators opened the tomb of Enrico "Renatino" De Pedis, the gang leader, in order to check long-standing claims that the remains of the teenager were buried alongside him.
They found his remains inside the tomb in the Sant' Apollinare basilica in Rome and also, intriguingly, other bones in a crypt nearby.
Investigators said the unidentified bones probably dated from the early 19th century, but they are being analysed by forensic experts to see if any of them might belong to Emanuela.
In 2005, an anonymous caller to a crime programme on Italian TV claimed that the key to the schoolgirl's kidnap lay in the tomb of the mobster, who was gunned down by rival gangsters in 1990.

"When God sends a Ron Paul, I cannot vote for a Mitt Romney." ... a Mormon writes on TheReaganWing.com

http://thereaganwing.wordpress.com/2012/05/22/the-2012-gop-c...
I read today:
"It amazes me how many profess faith in God, but can’t accept that God will assist us if we only make the choice to act to restore godly principles to this nation.
When I stand before my maker, I believe I will be held to a standard something like this, “If every person (action) as you (or to the same degree as you), would the world have been a better (more godly) or a worse (more evil) place. Among the missing (action) words or phrases may be: “treated others,” “voted ,” “sought truth,” “fudged on principle,” “compromised good for evil,” etc.
When God sends a Ron Paul, I cannot vote for a Mitt Romney. I am a Mormon, and it does not bother me that Mitt Romney has the ear of some persons in the (former) Freeman Institute, or in any other group. Ron Paul has proved that he does not compromise on Principle, and Mitt Romney has proved over and over that he does. My vote for Romney would violate my integrity. It would prove to others around me that I have no faith.
Our Founders recognized the hand of God in nearly every occurrence along the path toward freedom. If we are truly paying attention to the Ron Paul/Freedom movement, and not just paying lip service, how can we not recognize the hand of God in this fight. That does not mean that Ron Paul will be president, maybe he will, maybe he wont, but we have come a very long way in very little time. We will continue to progress if we keep working. The fight for freedom must become a lifetime passion. Even recovered freedoms will quickly slip away if we become comfortable.
That said, can anyone tell me why a Ron Paul slate for the WA State Convention should not include a choice for Permanent Chairperson? When I brought up the question at the 6th Dist Ron Paul meeting, I was told that Kirby Wilber would probably start as the Temporary Chair and that Wilbur “has never done anything egregious enough” for us to want to replace him. Personally, I believe this is a good start of a recipe for failure. I am going to be very disappointed if the Paul Campaign does not have someone to nominate for Chairperson for this convention. I want the opportunity to vote for a better man than Kirby Wilbur, and I think we would have a chance, if we could go into the Convention knowing who to nominate/vote for that position.
Chuck Fuchser"
Well stated Chuck!
