Mitt Romney is going to be invalidated as nominee of the Republican party!

Rule number 11 ( which can be found on page 13 here http://www.gop.com/images/legal/2008_RULES_Adopted.pdf )\
States:

"(a)
The Republican National Committee shall
not, without the prior written and filed approval of all
members of the Republican National Committee from
the state involved, contribute money or in-kind aid to
any candidate for any public or party office except the
nominee of the Republican Party or a candidate who is
unopposed in the Republican primary after the filing
deadline for that office."

But what everyone seems to be overlooking and is the most important part of the law is under part (b).

"(b)
... No person nominated in violation of
this rule shall be recognized by the Republican National
Committee as the nominee of the Republican Party
from that state."

Meaning any state where Romney and the RNC have worked together, without the written and filed prior approval of ALL GOP State Committee members of that state, IS INVALID. He cannot be recognized by the RNC as the nominee of those states.

===============================================

After reading over this again several times I am certain that the final sentence includes the entire Rule, not just clause (b) meaning it's the punishment for the violation of the entire rule. to Summarize.

The RNC can't

contribute money or in-kind aid to any
candidate for any public or party office

Unless it has-

prior written and filed approval of all members of the
Republican National Committee from the state involved

Exceptions include:

the nominee of the Republican Party,

(NOT ROMNEY)

a candidate who is unopposed in the Republican primary,

(NOT ROMNEY)

Also,

"The RNC will not recognize any state GOP bylaws that allow,

persons who have participated or are participating in
the selection of any nominee of a party
other than the Republican Party

RESOLVED:

No person nominated in violation of this rule shall be recognized
by the Republican National Committee as the nominee
of the Republican Party from that state."

Mitt Romney's Cousins Are Hitting The Campaign Trail — To Support Ron Paul (PHOTOS)

Updates below.
The Ron Paul campaign took a playful jab at its best frenemy Mitt Romney today, touting endorsements from five of Romney's distant cousins.
In a press release this afternoon, Paul campaign spokesman Gary Howard announced that the Romney relatives — "indeed those related to fellow Presidential candidate Mitt Romney" — will all stump for Paul at Idaho caucuses on Super Tuesday.
According to the release, the endorsements are part of the Paul campaign's efforts to rally support in the Mormon community. The Romney family is prominent in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and Mormon voters are expected to give Romney a winning boost in Idaho tomorrow. (The release also notes an earlier Paul endorsement from Rick Santorum's nephew John Garver.
Although the Paul campaign has made several public overtures to LDS voters, polls indicate that the former Massachusetts Governor has a lock on the Mormon vote. It seems unlikely that Paul's new surrogates will do much to change those numbers, even if they are Romney relatives.
Still, today's release is another amusing campaign stunt from Paul, the new Merry Prankster of the 2012 Republican presidential circus.
(Read the full release after the jump.)
UPDATE 1:
The Paul campaign just sent out another release about its new Romney relative surrogates, this time announcing that Chad Romney, a construction project manager from Kuna, Idaho, is phone banking for Ron Paul in the campaign's Boise headquarters.
According to the Paul campaign, Chad Romney shares "common ancestry" with the former Massachusetts Governor.
Here's a picture of Chad Romney phonebanking for Paul, courtesy of the Ron Paul 2012 campaign.

UPDATE 2:
Ty Romney, one of the five Romney relatives supporting Ron Paul, emailed Business Insider this afternoon to clarify the relationship between all of the Romneys.
In the email, Ty Romney said that he and the other four Romneys supporting Ron Paul — Chad, Jared, Travis, and Troy — are brothers.
"Mitt's five boys obviously back their dad..but we five Romney boys have always backed Ron Paul," Ty Romney emails. "In my opinion we are at least the better looking Romney side."
He explains that his great-great-grandfather, Miles Park Romney, is Mitt Romney's great-grandfather, although the two branches of the family do not share a maternal ancestor. (Miles Park Romney was a Mormon polygamist and the two Romney families are descended from different wives.)
Ty also emailed pictures. Check out the Other Romneys below:

Here's the original release from the Paul campaign. (Emphasis mine.)
BOISE, Idaho – 2012 Republican Presidential candidate Ron Paul was endorsed today by several members of the Romney family, indeed those related to fellow Presidential candidate Mitt Romney.
Ty Romney is an attorney handling property and liability claims for State Farm Mutual in Great Falls, Montana and received his Bachelors of Arts Degree from the University of Utah and his Juris Doctorate Degree from Seattle University School of Law.  He is an active member of the Idaho State Bar Association.
Ty said, "Ron Paul is honest.  It's time to take a stand for honesty.  It doesn't matter whether the truth is popular or not, I know that Ron Paul will always maintain a true principle and I endorse that degree of integrity."
Travis Romney is a chiropractor based in Spokane, Washington, and will be speaking at the Greyhound Park caucus location in Kootenai County.  With his dad a second cousin to Mitt Romney, Travis is a second cousin once removed.
“I support Ron Paul because he defends the Constitution, loves America and understands what it means to be an American, including the right to live your life any way you want as long as you respect others,” said Travis. He continued, “I love his foreign policy of maintaining peace and trade while making a strong national defense a top priority, and that you only go to war legally through a declaration by the people through their elected representatives.”
Also sharing common ancestry, Chad Romney resides in the Boise area and will be speaking at the Glenns Ferry caucus location in Elmore County.
Jared Romney, out of Salt Lake City, said his grandfather is a first cousin with former Michigan Governor George Romney, the father of Mitt Romney, and stated, “It really comes down to Ron Paul championing the ideas of the Constitution, in how he lives it, understanding we must return to and follow its guiding principles.  He also understands we must reign in the Federal Reserve System which is destroying our economy.”
Troy Romney also lives in Salt Lake City and is a University of Utah student, and will be speaking at the Montpelier caucus location in Bear Lake County.  Troy’s grandfather and George Romney are cousins as well.  Troy said he supports Ron Paul because “he stands for the values and principles America was founded upon.”
These family member endorsements are preceded by an announcement of support for Ron Paul by Rick Santorum’s nephew, John Garver.
Concerning the active “Latter-day Saints for Ron Paul” coalition, this announcement follows the high-profile endorsements of Overstock.com President Jonathan Johnson, prominent author and chair of the Utah Tenth Amendment Center Connor Boyack, and that of Utah Republican Liberty Caucus Chair Darcy Van Orden.
All such announcements help present Ron Paul as the conservative alternative to Mitt Romney and demonstrate that no presidential candidate has a monopoly on this crucial western states voter segment or even, for that matter, the Romney family.
As a function of this announcement, the above-mentioned persons now are members of the “Latter-day Saints for Ron Paul” nationwide coalition.
As a first basic step, those wanting to join the active “Latter-day Saints for Ron Paul” nationwide coalition should complete the Idaho state coalition sign-up form visit the official national coalition web page by clicking here.

The Picture that Saves Babies Lives

National Pro-Life Alliance

They say a picture is worth a thousand words.

Sonogram of baby

And studies show that between seventy and ninety percent of women who see a sonogram of their unborn baby choose life and reject abortion.

What's more, abortionists know it.

That's why abortionists typically refuse to show ultrasound images to women, although they virtually always use it themselves to perform abortions.

The fact is sonograms show an incredibly powerful image and can mean instant "conversion."

That's what happened to Planned Parenthood Director Abby Johnson who, when asked to assist with an ultrasound-guided abortion, looked on in absolute horror, watching the 13 week baby fight, but ultimately lose its life.

Abby was so appalled that she resigned her position as a Planned Parenthood abortion clinic director and became a pro-life activist and author.

That's why National Pro-Life Alliance members and other pro-lifers have and will continue to push for laws requiring abortionists to show women an ultrasound image of their unborn baby before performing an abortion.

The good news is that fifteen states have now passed such laws and a federal law has been introduced to do the same thing nationally.

The bad news is that thirty-five states have yet to pass similar laws, and although we are pushing for it, we have yet to get roll call votes on the national legislation.

That's why the National Pro-life Alliance and its members are so committed this election year to keep the heat on the politicians and mobilize pro-lifers across the country to hold these politicians accountable.

And why at the same time, National Pro-Life Alliance members are urged to pressure their state level politicians to join in passing state laws like those in Florida, Texas and Arizona.

Already ultrasound images and sounds of heartbeats at crisis pregnancy centers have saved thousands of lives.

And new state laws -- or better yet a national law -- would save tens of thousands more and protect an untold number of pregnant women from a lifetime of guilt for having been swayed to abort their child.

That's why continued pressure from National Pro-Life Alliance members on all fronts is so important.

I urge you to pressure your Members of Congress and politicians on your state level to join in passing laws requiring sonograms.

For Life,
Martin Fox
