	Mayor Proposes Disarming Citizens Who Are 'Unruly'  A proposed city ordinance in Guntersville, Alabama would allow police officers to disarm citizens during times of crisis if they deem it necessary. 	After learning that the stars of the hit show “Duck Dynasty” would be appearing on ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” indie artist Morrissey promptly cancelled his performance.
