Obama Scrapped Program that Would’ve Provided Early Warning for Earthquakes

According to a March 28, 2011 article in the Executive Intelligence Review, a senior U.S. intelligence official stated that the decision by President Obama to cancel the DESDynI-LIDAR and RADAR satellites was made by the president’s top science advisor, Dr. John P. Holdren. This is contrary to the way that it was originally described by the administration as being cut by the Office of Management and Budget.
DESDynI-LIDAR is an early warning system that would have tracked earthquake and volcanic activity from space. LIDAR has applications in geography, geology, seismology, geomatics, archeology, remote sensing and atmospheric physics. In geophysics and tectonics, a combination of LIDAR and GPS has evolved into an important tool for detecting fault lines and measuring uplift of the earth. It was used most famously to find the location of the Seattle fault in the state of Washington.
It should come as no surprise that a Malthusian/technocrat like Holdren was behind the decision to scrap this potentially life saving system that could have been used in the future to save countless lives before an earthquake hits a populated region.
It should be noted that Holdren co-authored the book Ecoscience, with Paul and Anne Ehrlich in 1977, which called for a world government, or “planetary regime” to ration resources and enforce totalitarian measures to impose population control, including forced abortions, mass sterilization programs conducted via the food and water supply, as well as mandatory bodily implants that would prevent couples from having children. He also wrote an essay in 1995 calling for a “world of zero net physical growth.”
The unnamed intelligence official also stated that, despite growing evidence that the Pacific Coast of the United States is facing major seismic eruptions during the next several years, there is no mobilization of resources and no preparedness. He said that the response is bureaucratic and gradual and that there is certainly not a mobilization, even in California, where there is a higher level of preparedness for seismic activity than anywhere else in the United States.
Many scientists have gone on record as saying that there is a higher probability of seismic activity during a solar maximum than during a solar minimum. The solar maximum is the period of greatest solar activity in the 11 year cycle of the sun. That means increased sunspots, solar flares/storms or coronal mass ejections that directly affect the earth’s electro-magnetic field.
On March 9, 2011, just two days before the devastating earthquake and tsunami hit Japan, an X class solar flare/storm was detected heading directly for earth. An X class solar storm is the most powerful type of flare on the scale that measures solar storms. Solar storms generally take two to three days before they hit earth. Logic dictates that there is a correlation between solar flares and seismic activity. Combine that solar phenomenon along with the lunar perigee-syzygy or ‘supermoon’ of mid-March and no wonder there were news reports mentioning the possibility of earthquakes two weeks before the devastating event happened in Japan.
By making the decision to scrap one of the most advanced early-warning systems that detects earthquakes and cutting almost all of the first responder and evacuation programs of the Pacific coast states, Obama and his science board are acting criminally negligent by willfully putting Americans lives at risk.
They are clearly revealing their Malthusian philosophy and program for everyone to see. It is obvious that they are using the current confluence of events; the breakdown of the financial system, the wars on five fronts (Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan, Yemen and Libya) and the current cycle of earth changes to move forward with their depopulation plan. They plan to usher in a new dark ages for the masses, who they call “useless eaters.” The technocrats are planning on surviving a cataclysmic event, whichever way it will come. They’ve built their underground bunkers, they have their underground bases and citadels. The question is what are you going to do? It’s time to take action for yourselves, for your families and for the Republic.
