Scouts abandon morality
The Boy Scouts of America's current leadership has decided to throw over a century of moral tradition out the window.
On May 23rd, the Boy Scouts of America’s (BSA) National Council decided to end their legacy of moral standards for membership.
What happened to America? Even Boy Scout meetings are no longer free from talks of sexuality and homosexuality now!
Who in their right mind would imagine these were appropiate topics for children or scouting?
Of course, the Homosexual Lobby’s immediate reaction was to demand even more from the once moral organization.
Radical homosexual activists have already called for the inclusion of homosexual adults as leaders.
Public Advocate supporters did everything they could to defend these young scouts.
Almost 45,000 petitions were collected asking the National Council to honor the BSA’s legacy of over a century of moral membership.
But in the end the BSA leadership ignored our cries, and those from their own ranks.
This decision clearly did not reflect the opinion of the Scout’s membership.
News reports are already surfacing of a major schism.
A new group, OnMyHonor.org, is holding a meeting next month for leaders, parents and former scouts to discuss a “new character development organization for boys.”
And many Christian churches and other religious institutions are talking about canceling their sponsorships -- representing more than 70,000 troops.
Of course, the liberal media is condemning anyone who leaves the BSA, claiming the desire for a moral sanctuary for boys as “offensive.”
It saddens me greatly that this institution is abandoning its moral legacy, but you and I have to gather ourselves for the next fight.
The Homosexual Lobby is not about to stop now.
