DA: Missed chances to shut Philly clinic abounded

PHILADELPHIA—Regulators ignored report after report of horrific conditions at a squalid abortion clinic, prosecutors said, leaving a trail of missed chances over the years to stop a doctor from performing illegal, late-term abortions that killed at least two patients and hundreds of newborns.

The officials' failure to follow up on complaints against Dr. Kermit Gosnell came amid a "live and let die" political climate that effectively ended inspections of all abortion clinics in Pennsylvania, according to the grand jury that indicted Gosnell.

Gosnell, 69—a family practice physician not certified to perform abortions—was arraigned Thursday on charges of murdering seven babies and one patient. The indictment against

him detailed a gruesome litany of failures and refusals to uphold even the most basic public health guidelines.

Authorities allege that Gosnell and a fleet of undertrained—sometimes untrained—workers ran a ghoulish operation in Philadelphia in which labor was induced in very late-term pregnancies with unsanitary equipment, the viable babies born alive and killed with scissors to the spine, and their body parts left in jars—or clogging plumbing into which unattended women had given birth.

Nearly a decade ago, according to legal documents, a former Gosnell employee gave the state's Board of Medicine a complaint that "laid out the whole scope of his operation: the unclean, unsterile conditions; the unlicensed

workers; the unsupervised sedation; the underage abortion patients; even the over-prescribing of pain pills with high resale value on the street."

Nothing was done.

In its report, the grand jury said failures of the Pennsylvania Department of Health and other agencies—including the Department of State, under which the Board of Medicine falls—allowed the clinic to operate nearly unimpeded since the late '70s. It hadn't been inspected since 1993 and wasn't closed until it was finally raided as part of a drug bust early last year.

"We think the reason no one acted is because the women in question were poor and of color, because the victims were infants without identities and because the subject was the political football of abortion," the grand jury wrote.

A spokeswoman for Republican Gov. Tom Corbett, who was inaugurated this week, said Thursday that Corbett held a morning meeting about the matter with his new nominees for secretaries of health and state.

"He called it horrific, and certainly public safety is one of his major concerns," said administration spokeswoman Janet Kelley. Officials are reviewing the grand jury report and working on a response, she said.

"It's essentially looking at information gathering and certainly changing things for the better," she said.

The Health Department has not commented despite repeated requests from The Associated Press. Lawyer William J. Brennan, who represented Gosnell during the investigation, has declined to comment.

Former Health Department official Janice Staloski personally inspected the clinic in 1992, but "let Gosnell slide on the violations that were already evident then," the grand jury said. A decade later, when she headed the division that was supposed to regulate abortion providers, Staloski failed to order an investigation of the clinic despite having received several complaints about Gosnell, the report said.

Staloski, who retired last year, declined to comment Thursday. Her lawyer, Arthur Donato, said Staloski acknowledged to the grand jury that she made mistakes.

"I think the grand jury report speaks to an institutional and systemic problem, and I think a lot of people were responsible for the fact that these clinics were not surveyed annually," he said. "She did receive some complaints (about Gosnell) and she did not cause a survey or an inspection to occur, and I think she testified truthfully that she should have."

Senate Majority Leader Dominic Pileggi, R-Delaware, called the allegations "monstrous and appalling" and said the Legislature would convene hearings relatively soon to investigate how state agencies mishandled complaints about Gosnell and the clinic.

Complaints about Gosnell to state regulators went nowhere, even though 46 lawsuits—including one over the death of a 22-year-old woman in 2000—had been filed against him.

In its report, the grand jury said the department's chief counsel, Christine Dutton, defended the department's indifference. "People die," she said.

The grand jury's 261-page report several missed or ignored opportunities to close the clinic over the years, including:

— a doctor from Children's Hospital of Philadelphia who complained about patients contracting venereal diseases after Gosnell abortions.

— a medical examiner in suburban Delaware County who told the Health Department that Gosnell had performed an illegal abortion on a 14-year-old girl carrying a 30-week-old fetus. Abortions after 24 weeks, or about six months, are illegal in Pennsylvania.

— the Health Department being told of the November 2009 death of Karnamaya Mongar, a 41-year-old refugee from Nepal who perished at the clinic after being given too much Demerol and other drugs.

Gosnell earned his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia and is board certified in family practice. He started, but did not finish, a residency in obstetrics-gynecology, authorities said.

The State Health Department first gave the clinic, the Women's Medical Society, a one-year license when it opened in 1979, when a certified ob-gyn and nurses were listed as employees. The state approval expired in 1980, but the next site review did not come until 1989.

By then, Gosnell was the only doctor on site, and the clinic had no nurses and no outside lab work being done, the grand jury report says. Promises were made to improve the failings, and the state renewed its approval.

In 1992, a visit showed there were still no nurses or ob-gyn, and nothing suggests the state inspectors checked any patient files, the report says. Inspectors left blank the sections on who was providing anesthesia and post-operative care. They concluded "no deficiencies."

The final inspection came in April 1993, four years after Gosnell had promised to hire nurses. There were none in the recovery room, according to the report. The state cited Gosnell for expired medications and missing lab work but said the problems had been remedied—though there was no follow-up inspection—three months later.

The state's reluctance to investigate through several administrations may stem partly from the political sensitivity of the abortion debate, Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams said.

The office of former Gov. Ed Rendell, the Democrat who preceded Corbett, said he was traveling and couldn't be reached for comment to The Associated Press. Republican former Gov. Tom Ridge did not respond to a request for comment.

Most doctors won't perform abortions after 20 weeks because of the risks. Authorities say Gosnell's clients paid $325 for first-trimester abortions and $1,600 to $3,000 for abortions up to 30 weeks.

In a typical late-term abortion, the fetus is dismembered in the uterus and then removed in pieces. That is more common than the procedure opponents call "partial-birth abortion," in which the fetus is partially extracted before being destroyed.

The grand jury's report notes that hundreds of babies were probably killed over the years—but elapsed time and destroyed records are preventing a larger prosecution.

The grand jury charged Gosnell with the death of only one patient, Mongar. But its report details the death, years earlier, of a 22-year-old woman whose uterus Gosnell perforated during an abortion, prosecutors said. After she died of sepsis, Gosnell settled a civil suit for nearly $1 million. His insurance company forwarded details to the state Board of Medicine, but "department attorneys dismissed this complaint, too," the report said.

Nine clinic employees are charged besides Gosnell. Four of them are charged with murder, and five others were charged with conspiracy, drug and other crimes. All were arraigned Thursday along with Gosnell.

Pa. abortion doc charged with 8 counts of murder

Associated Press logo smallAssociated Press video buttonPHILADELPHIA - A Philadelphia abortion doctor has been charged with eight counts of murder in the deaths of a woman patient and seven babies who prosecutors say were born alive and then killed with scissors. The charges against Dr. Kermit Gosnell follow a long grand jury investigation.

District Attorney Seth Williams says state regulators ignored complaints and failed to visit the clinic since 1993. Williams says the women were subjected to squalid and barbaric conditions at Gosnell's Women's Medical Society, which was shut down last year. Gosnell has been named in at least 10 malpractice suits, including one over the death of a woman who died of sepsis and a perforated uterus.

A doctor who gave abortions to minorities, immigrants and poor women in a "house of horrors" clinic was charged with eight counts of murder in the deaths of a patient and seven babies who were born alive and then killed with scissors, prosecutors said Wednesday.

Kermit GosnellDr. Kermit Gosnell, 69, made millions of dollars over 30 years, performing as many illegal, late-term abortions as he could, prosecutors said. State regulators ignored complaints about him and failed to inspect his clinic since 1993, but no charges were warranted against them given time limits and existing law, District Attorney Seth Williams said. Nine of Gosnell's employees also were charged.

Gosnell "induced labor, forced the live birth of viable babies in the sixth, seventh, eighth month of pregnancy and then killed those babies by cutting into the back of the neck with scissors and severing their spinal cord," Williams said.

Patients were subjected to squalid and barbaric conditions at Gosnell's Women's Medical Society, where Gosnell performed dozens of abortions a day, prosecutors said. He mostly worked overnight hours after his untrained staff administered drugs to induce labor during the day, they said.

Early last year, authorities went to investigate drug-related complaints at the clinic and stumbled on what Williams called a "house of horrors." Bags and bottles holding aborted fetuses "were scattered throughout the building," Williams said. "There were jars, lining shelves, with severed feet that he kept for no medical purpose."

The clinic was shut down and Gosnell's medical license was suspended after the raid.

Gosnell and four workers were charged with murder, while five others were charged with controlled drug violations and other crimes. None of the employees had any medical training, and one, a high school student, performed intravenous anesthesia with potentially lethal narcotics, Williams said.

All 10 defendants were taken into custody, authorities said.

West Philadelphia abortuary (Feb. 2010)Two listed numbers for Gosnell in Philadelphia have been disconnected. Defense lawyer William J. Brennan, who represented Gosnell during the investigation, noted that the doctor served patients in a low-income city neighborhood for decades. "Obviously, these allegations are very, very serious," Brennan said.

The grand jury said the woman who died was a patient who came to Gosnell's clinic for an abortion and died of cardiac arrest because she was given too much Demerol. Gosnell wasn't at the clinic at the time, but directed his staff to administer the drug to keep the woman, a healthy 41-year-old woman, sedated until he arrived, prosecutors said.

Gosnell has been named in at least 46 malpractice suits, including one over the death of a 22-year-old mother who died of sepsis and a perforated uterus in 2000. Many others also involve perforated uteruses. Gosnell sometimes sewed up the injury without telling women their uteruses had been perforated, prosecutors said.

Gosnell charged $325 for first-trimester abortions and $1,600 to $3,000 for abortions up to 30 weeks. Abortions are legal up to 24 weeks gestation in Pennsylvania, although most doctors won't perform them after 20 weeks, prosecutors said.

Some women came from across the mid-Atlantic for the illegal late-term abortions, authorities said. White women from the suburbs were ushered into a separate, slightly cleaner area because Gosnell believed they were more likely to file complaints, Williams said.

"People knew near and far that if you needed a late-term abortion you could go see Dr. Gosnell," Williams said.

Few if any of the sedated women knew their babies were born alive and then killed, prosecutors said. Many were first-time mothers who were told they were 24 weeks pregnant, even if they were further along, authorities said.

Gosnell got his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia and is board certified in family practice. He started, but did not finish, a residency in obstetrics-gynecology, authorities said.

"He does not know how to do an abortion. He's not board certified," Assistant District Attorney Joanne Pescatore said. "Once he got them there, he saw dollar signs and did abortions that other people wouldn't do."

Activist: Evidence against abortionist 'overwhelming'
Charlie Butts - OneNewsNow

Kermit GosnellAssociated Press video buttonQuestions are being raised about Pennsylvania abortion clinics after the arrest of an abortionist and nine employees. The abortionist and four of those employees now face murder charges. He was arraigned on Thursday.

Philadelphia abortionist Kermit Gosnell is accused in the death of one adult patient, as well as the deaths of seven viable babies born alive during abortions and stabbed to death with scissors. National Right to Life executive director Dr. David O'Steen calls the reports surrounding the case a reminder that the purpose of each abortion -- no matter how it is performed -- is to "deliberately and brutally take at least one innocent human life."
"The victims are helpless little members of the human family," he continues, "and this is equally true whether the killing is completed inside or outside of the womb." He is calling for Gosnell to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law if the reports prove true.

Diane GramleyDiane Gramley, who heads the American Family Association of Pennsylvania, has little doubt police did "the right thing" in arresting Gosnell. "...Because the evidence is overwhelming when the brother of one of the adult victims said that the -- quote, unquote -- 'clinic' was filthy and bloody," she laments.

Gramley says one particularly appalling aspect of the case is that the state had not investigated the clinic since 1993, despite numerous complaints being lodged. "There needs to be review of the regulations," she remarks. "And if they need to be tightened, that's definitely something that should be addressed in light of this case -- and that should be addressed in the new legislature."

When investigators finally checked the facilities at Gosnell's Women's Medical Society early last year, they found numerous containers with the preserved remains of aborted babies. None of Gosnell's employees had medical training yet were apparently administering drugs to patients. The indictments also allege a high school student administered intravenous anesthesia with drugs that could have been lethal.

Newport News Man Sentenced for Attempted Travel to Engage in Illicit Sexual Conduct with a Minor Child

NEWPORT NEWS, VA—Shawn Michael Brown, 20, of Newport News, Va., was sentenced today to eight years in prison, followed by a lifetime of supervised release, for attempting to travel in interstate commerce to engage in illicit sexual conduct.

Neil H. MacBride, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, and John P. Torres, Special Agent in Charge, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) in Washington, D.C made the announcement after sentencing by United States District Judge Rebecca Beach Smith. Brown pled guilty on October 13, 2010.

This prison sentence sends a clear message that individuals who sexually exploit innocent children will be held accountable for their horrific actions,” said John P. Torres, special agent in charge for ICE-HSI in Washington, D.C. “HSI will utilize its vast resources in conjunction with our law enforcement partners to target those who seek to victimize children for sexual exploitation.”

According to court documents, Brown participated in an online forum which allows individuals interested in young boys to chat and share stories relating to their interests in young boys. In April, 2009, the defendant signed up with the forum using his actual name. Brown began communicating with a person, an undercover agent with Immigration and Customs Enforcement, about the undercover’s 7-year-old nephew. In early July, 2010, plans were made for Brown to travel to Florida, where the undercover represented he lived, to engage in sexual acts with the undercover’s nephew. On July 28, 2010, Brown was observed by ICE agents boarding the Greyhound bus that had been previously identified as being destined for Tampa, Florida. An ICE agent also boarded the bus. When the bus made one of its scheduled stops in Williamsburg, Brown was approached by the ICE agent, removed from the bus and arrested. Following his arrest, Brown admitted he was traveling to Florida to meet the person operating undercover along with his 7-year-old nephew for the purpose of engaging in illicit sexual conduct with the young boy.

This case was investigated by ICE-HSI in Washington, D.C., the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Williamsburg Police Department, and Newport News Police Department. Assistant United States Attorney Lisa R. McKeel prosecuted the case on behalf of the United States.

Alleged Terrorist Charged with Conspiracy to Kill Americans in Iraq

Defendant Charged with Being Member of Network Responsible for the Deaths of Five American Soldiers

Faruq Khalil Muhammad ‘Isa, also known as “Faruk Khalil Muhammad ‘Isa,” “Sayfildin Tahir Sharif,” and “Tahir Sharif Sayfildin,” was arrested in Canada today pursuant to a U.S. provisional arrest warrant, based on a complaint in the United States charging him with conspiring to kill Americans abroad and with providing material support to that terrorist conspiracy to kill Americans abroad. The United States government will seek the defendant’s extradition to face the charges.

The charges were announced by Loretta E. Lynch, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York; David Kris, Assistant Attorney General for National Security; and Janice K. Fedarcyk, Assistant Director-in-Charge of the New York Field Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The government’s investigation is being conducted by the FBI New York Joint Terrorism Task Force, with assistance provided by the Department of Defense, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, and the government of Tunisia.

The defendant is charged in connection with his support for a multinational terrorist network that conducted multiple suicide bombings in Iraq and that is responsible for the deaths of five American soldiers. According to the complaint, filed on January 14, 2011, in the Eastern District of New York, the five American soldiers were killed on April 10, 2009, when a Tunisian jihadist, whose travel to and activities in Iraq were facilitated by the terrorist network, drove a truck laden with explosives to the gate of the United States Military’s Forward Operating Base Marez in Mosul, Iraq.* The jihadist exchanged fire with Iraqi police officers and then the American convoy that was exiting the base. The truck detonated approximately 50 yards from the gate, alongside the last vehicle in the U.S. convoy, leaving a 60-foot crater in the ground. Five American soldiers were killed in the blast. They are Staff Sergeant Gary L. Woods, 24, of Lebanon Junction, Kentucky; Sergeant First Class Bryan E. Hall, 32, of Elk Grove, California; Sergeant Edward W. Forrest Jr., 25, of St. Louis, Missouri; Corporal Jason G. Pautsch, 20, of Davenport, Iowa; and Army Private First Class Bryce E. Gaultier, 22, from Cyprus, California.

As alleged in the complaint, the day after the attack, the defendant had a conversation with one of the Iraq based members of the terrorist network during which the defendant asked, “Did you hear about the huge incident yesterday? Is it known?” When the network member replied that he had, the defendant said, “He was one of the Tunisian brothers.” The network member responded, “Praise God, may God acknowledge him” and the defendant said, “Amen.” This conversation, along with the others referenced in the complaint, was recovered pursuant to Canadian court-authorized wiretaps and search warrants.

The defendant’s network is allegedly also responsible for a suicide bombing attack on an Iraqi police station on March 31, 2009, in which at least seven Iraqis were killed. That attack was committed by two other Tunisian jihadists who were recruited by the defendant’s network and who traveled to Iraq with the bomber responsible for the April 10 attack. A day or two after the bombing, the brother of one of the bombers received an anonymous phone call in which the caller repeated three times that the bomber had “been martyred two days ago in combat with the Americans in Mosul.” The caller went on to say, “May God witness what I say. God is great.”

According to the complaint, the network unsuccessfully tried to send a second group of Tunisian jihadists to Iraq in March 2009. In online conversations with one of those jihadists as the jihadist was preparing to leave Tunisia, the defendant advised him not to leave a will, and to “try to delete everything. . . . off your computer. Don’t leave one character of information or anything behind. . . . Don’t leave any trace. . . . Do not forget to keep reading Qur’an and repeat the famous prayers on the way until you meet with God.” That jihadist was arrested by Tunisian authorities as he attempted to leave the country in April 2009.

According to the complaint, the defendant has continued, since the March and April 2009 attacks, to seek to further the network’s attacks against Americans in Iraq, and to state his motive for doing so. In January 2010, he told another person, “There is no more pressing duty after the declaration of faith than fighting the enemy. Fighting comes before the other four pillars of faith.” In July 2010, he stated, “Islam came for the good of humanity. So if someone doesn’t like good, we fight them, like those dog Americans.” The defendant also instructed a family member in Iraq to “Go learn about weapons and go attack the police and Americans. Let it be that you die.” According to the complaint, the defendant used the code “farming” to refer to jihadist attacks because, as he put it, jihadists “plant metal and harvest metal and flesh.”

The defendant allegedly also sought to conduct attacks himself and become a suicide bomber for the terrorist network. He informed his mother in November 2009, that his greatest wish was to die a martyr and be greeted by 70 virgins in paradise. In a conversation with an Iraq-based leader of the terrorist network in January 2010, the defendant volunteered to travel to Iraq, take up arms against the Americans, and subsequently conduct a suicide mission. The defendant asked that his dedication to the network be explained to those in charge as follows: “He [i.e., the defendant] is not just 100% but 1,000,000% with you. He is with you on the doctrine, the loyalty and the enmity and everything one million percent.” He added, “Even if I can’t work over there, I can work here.”

“There is no safe harbor for terrorists, including those who endeavor to spread violence from halfway across the world,” stated United States Attorney Lynch. “The five American servicemen who lost their lives in Iraq as a result of the actions of this terrorist network made the ultimate sacrifice for our nation. Today’s arrest demonstrates that we have not forgotten that sacrifice and will continue to use every available means to bring to justice all those who are responsible.” Ms. Lynch also expressed her grateful appreciation to the New York City Police Department, the Canadian government, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, and the government of Tunisia for their assistance and cooperation in the investigation.

“These changes underscore the global nature of the terrorist threat we face and the importance of international cooperation in addressing this threat. I applaud the many agents, analysts, and prosecutors who worked to bring about this case and thank our foreign counterparts for their substantial assistance,” said Assistant Attorney General Kris.

“The terrorist threat may be decentralized, but it is undeniably international,” said FBI Assistant Director in Charge Fedarcyk. “In a real sense, the safety and security of people anywhere depends on the ability and commitment of counterterrorism entities everywhere to work together. If national borders don’t deter terrorists, we can’t allow boundaries to impede the global effort to prevent a global threat.”

If convicted, the defendant faces a maximum sentence of life imprisonment.

The government’s case is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorneys Zainab Ahmad, Berit W. Berger, and Carter H. Burwell, with assistance provided by Mary Futcher of the Counterterrorism Section in the Department of Justice’s National Security Division. The Criminal Division’s Office of International Affairs also provided assistance in this matter.

The Defendant:

FARUQ KHALIL MUHAMMAD ‘ISA

Age: 38

*The charges in the complaint are merely allegations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.

Guess Hu's Coming To Dinner?

Hu's on first? Hu Jintao is in the House! The White House, no less!

Well, Hu got a State Dinner with all the pomp and ceremony. It was sort of reminiscent of Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's dinner in November 2009. But, wait, Nicholas Sarkozy of France, was here recently and didn't get all this attention? Why? Well, because Hu's special; (We're beginning to look a lot like China). As I heard it mentioned on a radio program: Hu's President Obama's counterpart. Maybe, Obama can get a few pointers on how to control the ignorant cannon fodder? China probably wrote the book on requiring the proletariat to "tone down the rhetoric".
.
Here's the implied message: Protests encouraged in developing nations - Muslim countries, African States; But, civility in the People's Democratic Republic of China, and the (USSR) aka United States of America.
.
Business as usual is all that matters. Money talks, everyone else shut up!

Back to the epicurean attractions (distractions): What did they have for Dinner?

On the menu: d'anjou pear salad with farmstead goat cheese, poached Maine lobster, orange glazed carrots and black trumpet mushrooms, dry aged rib eye with buttermilk crisp onions, double-stuffed potatoes and creamed spinach. Dessert was to be old-fashioned apple pie with vanilla ice cream.

.

Oh, no carrot sticks? No greens or fruits?
What a double-standard? Or, is it a double-entendre?
.

Arsenio.

Sheila Jackson Lee: Repealing ObamaCare is unconstitutional

Amplify’d from endrtimes.blogspot.com

Sheila Jackson Lee: Repealing ObamaCare is unconstitutional

Via Philip Klein, I can’t decide whether she’s serious or whether this is part of the Democrats’ new kitchen-sink approach to “messaging” about ObamaCare. She might be calculating that even an argument as inane as this one is worth making in order to counter the GOP’s claims that O-Care is unconstitutional. If you’re battling over public opinion, why not frame the other side’s actions as being as illegitimate as your own? So on the one hand, maybe she doesn’t really buy this and is simply engaged in a shrewd bit of PR. On the other hand — dude.

“The Fifth Amendment speaks specifically to denying someone their life and liberty without due process,” she said in a speech on the House floor moments ago. “That is what H.R. 2 does and I rise in opposition to it. And I rise in opposition because it is important that we preserve lives and we recognize that 40 million-plus are uninsured.

She continued, “Can you tell me what’s more unconstitutional than taking away from the people of America their Fifth Amendment rights, their Fourteenth Amendment rights, and the right to equal protection under the law?”

Jackson Lee mentioned the names of several people who she said would be helped by the national health care law, including a schizophrenic, a dialysis patient, and somebody whose mother cannot otherwise get dental care. “I know they would question why we are taking away their rights,” she said.

Thus do nine-month-old legislatively-granted entitlements, some of which haven’t even taken effect yet, become “rights.” If you take this idea seriously, then meaningful reform of Social Security and Medicare (which Lee presumably would describe as property for Due Process purposes) would require constitutional amendments, which in turn would utterly paralyze a process that’s already close to total paralysis. Or have I misunderstood? If she’s suggesting that some lesser process is due than a full Article V amendment, then, er, shouldn’t a repeal bill duly enacted by Congress suffice? Or is the argument here that people with preexisting conditions, say, have always had a right to coverage under the Constitution and only lately have we “progressed” to the point where we’re willing to recognize that right? In that case, why’d they have to pass a bill last year? Patients should have simply sued and let the courts “find” a right to coverage in the “penumbras” of the Commerce Clause or whatever.

Lee’s floor speech comes at 1:34:35 of the clip; click the image to watch. Exit question: Is this really the silliest meme in the left’s ObamaCare arsenal? Even liberals as normally sane as KP are still relying on the idea that O-Care is somehow going to reduce the deficit, even though the CBO numbers being used to justify that claim have been famously gamed by Democrats since the beginning. Between lame but earnest legal arguments and deliberately misleading stats, I’ll take the former.

Another “Moderate” Muslim: Canadian Muslim Helped Murder 5 US Soldiers

Amplify’d from www.debbieschlussel.com

The FBI New York’s Joint Terrorism Task Force just sent out the press release, below, about yet another of our “moderate” Muslim neighbors in our midst, this one in Canada.  He was indicted as part of an Islamic terrorist network that murdered five American soldiers.  Religion of Peace, baby.  Also, notable is the FBI/NYPD Joint Terrorism Task Force’s emblem, below.  Is it just me . . . or did the uber-politically correct FBI go overboard in avoiding showing us a Muslim and, instead, using a caricature of a 1940′s Mafioso crossed with a Protocols of the Elders of Zion stereotype of a Jewish nose as a terrorist?  Jews and Italians should band together and sue for defamation.  THEY. ARE. MUSLIMS . . . just as in this latest press release using the logo. Quick question: how many Jews and Italians blew up buildings with planes on 9/11? How many of ‘em tried to blow up planes with their underwear or Times Square with car bombs?

Absurd: FBI/NYPD’s Joint Terrorism Task Force Italo-Jewish “Terrorist”

Faruq Khalil Muhammad ‘Isa, also known as “Faruk Khalil Muhammad ‘Isa,” “Sayfildin Tahir Sharif,” and “Tahir Sharif Sayfildin,” was arrested in Canada today pursuant to a U.S. provisional arrest warrant, based on a complaint in the United States charging him with conspiring to kill Americans abroad and with providing material support to that terrorist conspiracy to kill Americans abroad. The United States government will seek the defendant’s extradition to face the charges. . ..

Yup, another “moderate Muslim” populating North America and murdering Americans. How is he different from any other Muslim here?

I can’t tell the difference. Can you?

The only thing I can tell the difference between is an actual Islamic terrorist and the absurd picture of Guy Caballero in a zoot suit in the FBI/NYPD Joint Terrorism Task Force logo.

Secret Societies are in existence now. William Schaw was claimed to be an important figure in the development of Freemasonry. He was an informant as a follower of Esme Stewart or the 1st Duke of Lennox. He made the Schaw Statues about Masonry. He died in 1602. This was nearly 2 years before King James formal, physical accession to the throne. He was a Roman Catholic. This history is covered up apparently to not allow people to know about the Bible of the Reformation called the Geneva Bible. Also, this time in the 1600's, the elite allowed the crypto-Catholic Church (or the Anglican Church) to have a monopoly on ecclesiastical issues. This Anglican elite also use tactics to suppress efforts of anti-Jesuitism and destroy much of UK sovereignty. Many of these Anglicans back then persecuted Reformers and Baptists in England. That is why the Reformers and Baptists fled the UK into America to possess religious liberty. The Anglican Royals allied with the Papacy to support the Jesuit-influenced European Union too. Today, the Anglican Royals from the UK marry into the Catholics and have meetings with each other. This Ecumenical tie refutes the disinformation that there is no Masonic & Jesuit links of collaboration in history. Troy was right to expose this stuff. I don't totally agree with him on King James though. King James wasn't perfect, but he expelled the Order in 1604, he burned the works of the Jesuit Francisco Suarez justifying regicide, and he explicitly condemned witchcraft. Troy is right to give a special respect for the Geneva Bible for without the Geneva Bible and the Tyndale Bible, the King James Bible wouldn't exist. I do believe that the King James Bible is a very accurate translation from the Textus Receptus line. So, I believe that the Geneva Bible and the KJV are apart of the Word of God. The KJV wasn't a product of inspiration, but preservation of the Scriptures.

I don't agree with Troy on the KJV totally, but his research was interesting. Since, I'm a smart man, I've did something. Here's the link where you can find some of Troy's research on this issue (even though I don't agree totally with Troy on this issue. It's a good thing I had the instincts to perserve a lot of information. I believe that both the Geneva Bible and the KJV are accurate). Troy is right to expose the Jesuits and the Freemasons. I don't believe that Troy is some shill for a real shill wouldn't allow debate and omit information. He has views and allows differing views to exist in his framework. These links shows a debate and both sides on this issue:
