A MAN who exposed his genitals in a pub told police he shouldn't be charged because "he only had a small appendage".
Toowoomba man Timothy Scott Clark dropped his pants in view of patrons of the Southern Hotel on the night of September 9. Several people took photographs, Toowoomba Magistrates was told on Tuesday.
But when police arrived to arrest him he told them he didn’t think he would be charged in the circumstances “as he only had a small appendage”, police prosecutor Sergeant Greg Lewis told the court, according to reports.
Regardless, Clark was charged with drunk and disordely behaviour and, perhaps fearing his evidence wouldn't stand up in court, he failed to appear yesterday.

Ginormous Traffic-Swallowing Straddling Bus Coming to U.S.
Ginormous Traffic-Swallowing Straddling Bus Coming to U.S.
Overhead power lines, bridges and box trucks beware: The giant, lane-straddling bus Chinese engineers hope will someday conquer that country’s legendary traffic by swallowing it whole is one step closer to cruising over rush hours from Los Angeles to Boston.
The Straddling Bus is one part monorail, one part monster truck. As the incredibly awesome illustration above shows, the extra-wide, extra-tall bus straddles two lanes of traffic, allowing passenger cars and small trucks to pass underneath.
It’s the brainchild of Song Youzhou of Shenzhen, who announced yesterday the formation of a U.S. company that will develop business links stateside. U.S. Elevated High-Speed Bus (Group) is looking for manufacturers to build the vehicle and representatives to sell it.
“The word ‘revolutionary’ is so overused, but this new bus actually is revolutionary,” said company spokesman Mark Shieh. “Relative to the cost of a subway line or other rail transit, our bus delivers extraordinary value. Aside from the low cost, the time for construction is about one third that for a subway.”
The company plans to start work in China as soon as 2011. According to Song, the buses carry “hundreds” of passengers and will be powered by electricity with a little help from roof-mounted solar panels. Buses ride eight feet above traffic on rails or painted yellow lines outside of car-traffic lanes. They travel over traffic at speeds ranging from 25 to 50 mph and are sure to scare the bejeezus out of old ladies in Sebring convertibles.
“An ideal partner for us would be a RV, motor home, aircraft, train or bus manufacturer with production facilities in the U.S. who is looking to diversify,” said Shieh. “We hope to leverage not only their manufacturing capabilities, but also their domestic and export sales channels. In return, we’ll deliver the design and fully developed concept.”
Our first suggestion to the leadership team: Change the name. “Straddling” might be one of the last words we want to associate with public transportation. Our second suggestion: Pay for translation instead of suggesting that we view the Straddling Bus website with Google Translate, as it currently extols the virtues of the vehicle’s “Stereoscopic fast Palestinian” drivetrain.

Signs of Destroyed Dark Matter Found in Milky Way’s Core
Signs of Destroyed Dark Matter Found in Milky Way’s Core
Cosmologists say they’ve found the most compelling evidence of dark matter particles to date, deep inside the Milky Way’s core.
There, the thinking goes, the mysterious stuff is colliding to create gamma rays more frequently than anywhere else in the celestial neighborhood.
Similar studies have peppered scientific journals in recent years, but establishing the source definitively has been troublesome. That’s not the case in this study, posted Oct. 13 on the preprint server arXiv.org, says Dan Hooper, its lead author and a cosmologist at both Fermilab in Illinois and the University of Chicago.
“We’ve considered every astronomical source and nothing we know of, except dark matter, can account for the observations,” Hooper said. “No other explanation comes anywhere close.”
The claim has yet to meet the full scrutiny of other scientists, but those who have read it said they’ll be following discussions about the work closely.
“This is the first study I know of that pulls together a few threads of evidence for dark matter together with one simple particle model,” said Craig Hogan, an astrophysicist at Fermilab who wasn’t involved in the research. “It’s not proven, but it’s very exciting and deserves follow-up.”
Dark matter got its start 13.7 billion years ago in a colossal expansion of energy called the Big Bang. That energy cooled down to form normal matter, dark matter and dark energy, which now make up 4 percent, 23 percent and 73 percent of the cosmos, respectively.
Like normal matter, dark matter has gravitational pull, helping to glue billions of stars together into galaxies. But it’s called dark for a reason: The stuff hardly interacts with normal matter, making it invisible. Neutrinos are the only type of dark matter particles that have been detected in the laboratory, but they have almost zero mass and make up only a tiny fraction of dark matter’s energy-of-the-universe slice.
The huge remaining portion, astrophysicists believe, is made up of weakly interactive massive particles, or WIMPs, some 10 to 1,000 times fatter in energy than a proton. If any two particles collide, the theory goes, they destroy one another and produce gamma rays.
Hooper and his team found such high-energy death knells in more than two years of data beamed back by the Fermi space telescope, NASA’s gamma ray observatory that scans the Milky Way for high-energy action. What they found signaled the existence of colliding dark matter particles about eight to nine times heavier than protons — just outside the expected range.
“It’s lighter than many of us would have guessed, but only by a little bit,” Hooper said. “So far, we don’t have any problems with that. The range is mostly sociological and not written in stone.”
The team found the signals in data from a 100-light-year-wide zone of the core. They looked there, Hooper explained, because it’s one of dark matter’s favorite hangout spots and, in the Milky Way’s case, the stuff is 100,000 times more concentrated than at the galaxy’s outskirts. In short, the galaxy’s core is a demolition derby for dark matter.
As tantalizing as the evidence may be, however, other scientists want to see Carl Sagan’s bill of “extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence” fulfilled before they climb on board. In simple terms, that means definitive evidence both in nature and in the laboratory.
“No one has produced Sagan-class evidence,” said Michael Turner, a cosmologist at the University of Chicago who wasn’t involved with the study. “The hardest part to accepting this is that you have to exclude astrophysical explanations, and nature is very, very clever. It could be something we just haven’t thought of yet.”
The good news, says Turner, is that several promising dark-matter detection experiments are underway. In particular, deep-underground detectors like CoGeNT, which may have seen signs of WIMPs in recent years, could lend Hooper a hand.
“This decade is the decade of dark matter. The problem is ripe to solve,” Turner said. “We’ve gotten to this point where all of these detectors are looking in the right places.”
Hooper agrees on both counts, but says no astrophysicist he spoke with could explain the phenomenon. As for verifying dark matter’s existence in the laboratory, he suspects it’s only a matter of weeks before his findings are backed up or trounced.
“I haven’t been this excited about being a cosmologist ever before,” Hooper said.

Sarkozy Gets Cozy with the Pope
Prophetic Intelligence Briefings
Sarkozy Gets Cozy with the Pope · October 26, 2010
French President Nicolas Sarkozy visited Pope Benedict XVI on October 8, to “confirm constructive collaboration with the Catholic Church, after differences that have arisen in recent months.” A communiqué from the Vatican affirmed their “joint desire to maintain permanent dialogue at various institutional levels, and to continue constructive collaboration on matters of mutual interest.”
But this nice sounding statement is really typical Vatican-speak that obscures what really happened.
The French President, a Roman Catholic himself, and an honorary member of the clergy, met with the Pope for 30 minutes and then as usual for state visits to the Vatican, he met with the Papal Secretary of State, Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone and other diplomatic leaders.
Sarkozy requested the meeting because, apparently, enough French Catholics who voted for him in 2007 were alienated from his party because of the expulsion of gypsies from France. The bishops had been outspoken on the matter. And on August 22, the Pope exhorted French Catholics gathered at Castel Gandolfo to “accept legitimate human differences.” In other words, he was saying that the French people should be accepting of the gypsies.
The pope slapped Sarkozy’s hand. He used the expulsion of the gypsies to the advantage of the Vatican by exhorting French Catholics to oppose the French government’s actions. This made Sarkozy realize that he needed to make amends and seek a high-profile political visit to the pope in the interest of cooperation with the Vatican – and perhaps reconciliation.
During the meeting the two men discussed “the importance of the ethical and social dimension of economic problems, in light of the encyclical ‘Caritas in Veritate,” the papal encyclical published last year.
In other words, they discussed (or perhaps Sarkozy was lectured on) proper social policy as defined by the Vatican in Caritas in Veritate. The pope used the occasion to instruct Sarkozy on the moral principles of Rome in dealing with social problems such as the gypsies.
The Pope remarked about his affection for France by remembering his visit there in 2008 for the 1500 year anniversy of the baptism of Clovis, the first Catholic king of the Franks, in 508. So in spite of secular legal nature of the French government, Benedict invoked the Catholic soul of France in his remarks seeking to re-affirm the papal supremacy over French social life.
The president and his delegation later prayed in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel, before the altar of Our Lady of Perpetual Help and at the altar of the Confession, and the tomb of St. Peter. This may be surprising for the leader of a nation that prides itself in a secular government to do this. But students of Prophecy will recognize this behavior as part of the fulfillment of long-established prophetic principles.
Sarkozy, the head of a secular government, revealed his political preference for Catholicism by this official state visit to the Vatican. It is evident that being caught in a political bind has led Sarkozy to wonder “after the beast” (See Revelation 13:3).
At a luncheon later in the day, the president publically stated that he seeks to promote relations with the Church and to defend its positions. Sarkozy is not hiding his desire to take France back to its Roman Catholic roots and heal the deadly wound inflicted by Napoleon Bonaparte in 1798.
“France does not forget that it has a common history of 2,000 years with the Church and that today it shares with her an inestimable treasure of moral values, of culture, of civilization, which have been inscribed in its identity,” said Sarkozy.
Sarkozy doesn’t remember his history very well. French history with the church does not go back 2000 years. It has only been 1502 years. Nevertheless Sarkozy’s remark affirms Rome’s claim to be the cultural and religious center of French social and political life.
France is one of the most powerful and influential countries in the European Union, and as she is being brought more and more under Vatican control, she will have a strong influence on other nations as they follow the beast. Rome is working to resurrect the Holy Roman Empire in Europe and subtly uses politial events to manipulate the nations into her orbit.
Sarkozy needs the Catholic vote to stay in power. His insecurity in light of their lack of support and even defection from his party, is revealing. There is great danger when national leaders think they have to court Rome in order to retain the Catholic vote.
“Rome is aiming to re-establish her power, to recover her lost supremacy. Let history testify of her artful and persistent efforts to insinuate herself into the affairs of nations; and having gained a foothold, to further her own aims, even at the ruin of princes and people. Romanism openly puts forth the claim that the pope“can pronounce sentences and judgments in contradiction to the right of nations, to the law of God and man.” [THE “DECRETALIA.”] Great Controversy, p. 580.

Military Victory for the Pope
Military Victory for the Pope
4-16-08 was celebrated as a military victory for the Pope over the USA. Notice the Knights of Malta side by side with the US Army. They are one and the same. Actually, the Knights are the commanders of the regular Army and ALL US Military Services.
This video doesn't show it, but, notice the crawl at the bottom. It says 21 gun solute (salute) and both National Anthems. 21 gun solutes honor military victors. The Pope is the military victor of this country.
I'll continue to look for footage of the 21 gun solute (salute).
The entire non-Catholic population TOTALLY missed the real significance behind all that occurred on the White House lawn that day. But the Catholic hierarchy understood it, and so does most of the Catholic population but they are purposely quiet about it so as not to awaken the slumbering Ecumaniacal Evanjellybellies. Otherwise, another Protestant Reformation would result and this nation might just have a fighting chance. Now you know why I am jammed on amateur radio. I'm shouting it from the rooftops and they'll have to kill me to shut me up.
The whole day literally dripped with Military Victory significance for the Pope and nobody talks about it.
Also, 4 days later, on Adolph Hitler's birthday, the Pope paid honor to him on US soil by having the first outdoor Mass at Yankee (very "significant") Stadium. In Protestant England and In Colonial times, Catholics were forbidden to conduct Mass in public. Those days are over! Hitler's birthday is significant because of the Bush's financial link to the rise of Hitler and the Pope's Nazi Party in Germany and the deaths of millions of "heretics", "liberals", and "Jews". Yes, WWII was a RELIGIOUS WAR and the Pope WON. Now they intend to repeat it right here in "HERETIC" USA. And the same people are fomenting it, and the same people will be annihilated. It's Déjà vu all over again. Same stuff, different continent.
