Public Advocate: They want to SHUT US UP and SHUT US DOWN

Public Advocate Banner

For months now I’ve been predicting that the radical homosexual front group -– Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) -- was preparing to sue Public Advocate for standing up for family values and real marriage.

And according to recent news reports, SPLC’s lawsuit against Public Advocate could come any day now.

Of course, their goal is simple, yet clear. . .

To SHUT US UP and SHUT US DOWN!

You see, the SPLC and their allies in the Radical Homosexual Lobby are bankrolled to the tune of tens of millions of dollars by the Hollywood elite.

And they know that Public Advocate doesn’t have the financial resources to go toe-to-toe with them in court.

Since just fighting a legal battle -- win or lose -- will cost Public Advocate hundreds of thousands of dollars in court costs and legal fees, the Homosexual Lobby believes they’ve finally found the back-door tactic to shut Public Advocate down!

The truth is, the Homosexual Lobby is desperately hoping you and I will just give up this fight and go silent.

They’re hoping pro-family, pro-faith and pro-freedom patriots like you will just toss in the towel and let them destroy the moral foundations of our society.

But I’m not backing down.

If the radical homosexuals want a fight -- I’m going to give them one.

The work you and I are doing is simply too important to quit -- especially considering the Homosexual Lobby is more organized, more powerful and better-financed than ever before.

As you know, Public Advocate is currently engaged in fierce battles against the Radical Homosexual Lobby on multiple fronts.

And these fights aren’t cheap.

That’s why I’m counting on pro-family folks like you to stand side-by-side with me in this fight.

So can I count on you to chip in $50, $25 – or even $10 – to help Public Advocate prepare for this looming legal battle?

Any amount you can give will be greatly appreciated and put to immediate use.

As details continue to come forward, I’ll be writing you with more information on the lawsuit in the coming days.

Until then, I ask you to please keep me and my family in your thoughts and prayers.

For the Family,

Eugene Delgaudio
President, Public Advocate of the United States

P.S. According to recent news reports, the Southern Poverty Law Center could file a lawsuit against Public Advocate any day now.

So please consider chipping in with a donation of $10 or more to help Public Advocate prepare to fight this legal battle.

“Obama phone” debunked: actually signed into law by Bush

Obama phoneby Joel McDurmon

The truth about the “Obama phone” has resurfaced, revealing just how confused voters are and just how much committed to welfare and government programs are both parties.
From Examiner.com,

A video has surfaced of a woman at an Obama rally in Cleveland, Ohio who claims she was given a free mobile phone, which she called an “Obama phone.”

The video was originally featured on DrudgeReport.com, a right leaning publication. Naturally republicans nationwide jumped at the chance to use this video as evidence against President Obama’s policies in an attempt to discredit him. It might have worked, except the “Obama phone” does not exist.

This matter is resurfacing now, but it was originally debunked back in 2009 by Factcheck.org. . . .
As it happens the “Obama phone” actually was signed into law by President George W. Bush in 2008. The program is called “SafeLink Wireless.” An article from August 2008 confirms this.

Fox News reveals that the larger program actually goes back to the Reagan administration:

The video is drawing attention to the government program — Lifeline — as a national debate unfolds on entitlements and the growing percentage of Americans who pay no income taxes and get a long menu of government benefits. But even though some beneficiaries may credit President Obama for providing the phones, Lifeline is an extension of a program that has existed since 1985. Still, critics including Rep. Tim Griffin, R-Ark., note the program has swelled from $772 million in 2008 to $1.6 billion.
