Chick-fil-A executive dies, liberals celebrate with hateful messages

Liberals celebrate death of Chick-fil-A executive with hateful messages.
Don Perry, the vice president of public relations for Chick-fil-A, died Friday of a heart attack, the Los Angeles Times reported.
Perry, originally from Valdosta, Georgia, joined the company in 1983, and helped launch the public relations arm of the company.
The Daily Caller reported that Chick-fil-A spokeswoman Erica M. Martinez confirmed the news Friday afternoon in a statement.
“We are saddened to report the news to you that our dear friend Don Perry, vice president of public relations, passed away suddenly this morning,” she said. “Don was a member of our Chick-fil-A family for nearly 29 years.”
Already, some on the left are celebrating his death with hateful comments left at various articles.
"The phony Christians' God passed His/Her judgement, (sic)" wrote one commenter at CBS.
"That should teack (sic) the chicken bible pusher to keep a lid on it...ha ha," wrote another.
"LOL, must have been the HAND O' DA LORD that reached down and smitted him for his bigotry! The timing is WAY too much of a coincidence!! (sic)" exclaimed one commenter.
"Guess its Gods will. (sic) Huckabee and Santorum next on Aug. 1st. Yay!" commenter "jonnyhern" wrote at the Los Angeles Times, referencing a "Chick-fil-A Appreciation Day" that was set up by Huckabee.
"Am I the only one that thinks the irony of this is hilarious," one person wrote at ABC News.
"Tim" called it "Kharma," and asked: "Maybe Dan Cathy will go next?" He followed that message with a "smiley" expressing happiness.
"Jenny" asked: "Is their god trying to send a message?"
"Thank you God for taking that biggot from this world before his words can hurt any of your other children, (sic)" another person wrote at ABC.
"This is too funny. Satan has called his boy home," wrote "Don."
The Huffington Post reported the news "sparked an onslaught of Twitter responses, with many linking the official's passing to the fast food company's recent controversies."
"The lord works in mysterious ways: Chick-fil-A’s public relations director dead of heart attack," tweeted one user.
"Chick-Fil-A's head of PR died of a heart attack. I'm sorry, but that's hilarious. We did it guys! We actually killed a dude," tweeted one person.
"[C]onspiracy theory: chick-fil-a killed their vp to garner sympathy amidst the backlash over their exposure as homophobes," another wrote.
Several messages on Twitter blamed the death on the stress brought about by the controversy.
"Well, I hope you guys are happy. You've killed Chick-fil-A's head of PR," one person tweeted.
"Chick-Fil-A PR guy of 29 years died of sudden Heart Attack Today... The left basically killed him," another wrote.
The Times reported that "Perry helmed the company’s official response to the controversy that erupted after Chick-fil-A President Dan Cathy spoke out against gay marriage."
It was his statement that said the company plans “to leave the policy debate over same-sex marriage to the government and political arena.”
Chick-fil-A said that Perry "was a well-respected and well-liked media executive in the Atlanta and University of Georgia communities, and we will all miss him."
"Our thoughts and prayers are with his family."

Democrats Introduce Bill to Seal Obama’s Presidential Records

According to Judicial Watch, Rep. Edolphous Towns (D-NY) has introduced the Presidential Records Act Amendments of 2011. That bill would do with Obama’s presidential records what Obama has already done to his personal and collegiate records: Seal them up.
In an obvious effort to protect President Barack Obama, a group of congressional Democrats has introduced legislation to create an official process that will allow the commander-in-chief to keep presidential records secret after he leaves office.
Ironically, Obama revoked a similar George W. Bush order in one of his first official acts as president. In 2001 Bush penned an executive order severely limiting public access to his presidential records. Shortly after swearing in, Obama killed it as part of his much-ballyhooed commitment to government transparency. At the time, the new president claimed that he was giving the American people greater access to “historic documents.”

DHS Puts Out Urgent Order For Riot Gear OtanMarcha1 04 523x349The Department of Homeland Security has put out an urgent solicitation for hundreds of items of “riot gear,” in preparation for expected unrest at the upcoming Republican National Convention, Democratic National Convention and next year’s presidential inauguration.
The DHS solicitation issued on Wednesday gave potential suppliers just one day to submit their proposals, with the equipment to be delivered to Alexandria, VA within a 15-day period after the award is made.
The riot gear will be worn by Federal Protective Service agents who are tasked with protecting property, grounds and buildings owned by the federal government.
Authorities in Tampa are expecting massive numbers of demonstrators to travel to the RNC next month, with “free speech zones” readied to prevent protesters from leaving designated areas.
Government Security News features a list of riot gear the DHS is looking to obtain.
- 147 riot helmets – which must have an “adjustable tactical face shield with liquid seal” and be able to fit the “3M Full Face Respirator FR-M40B masks.”
- 147 sets of upper body and shoulder protection – which will “effectively protect the torso and shoulders from blunt force trauma” and “safely absorb blows delivered from blunt objects…”
- 152 sets of thigh and groin protection – which “protects the thigh area and has an adjustable and removable groin protector.”
- 147 hard shell shin guards – which can provide “substantial protection from flying debris, non-ballistic weapons, and blows to the leg” and should have an “optimized protective design for severe riot control or tactical situations.”
- 156 forearm protectors – which should shield the “entire forearm from the wrist to the elbow” and weigh approximately six ounces.
- 147 pairs of tactical gloves – which should ensure that the “Kevlar on back of hands is flame/flash retardant as well as cut protective” and that they utilize a “rolled finger tip design for excellent trigger sensitivity and fit.”
This is by no means the only indication that the Department of Homeland Security is gearing up for civil unrest inside the United States.
Back in March, the DHS awarded defense contractor ATK a deal to provide the DHS with 450 million rounds of bullets over a five year period.
The DHS has also recently purchased a number of bullet-proof checkpoint booths that include ‘stop and go’ lights.
Earlier this year, the federal agency also hired hundreds of new security guards to protect government buildings
In January, residents were stunned to see FPS agents armed with semiautomatic guns stationed outside a Social Security office in Florida checking ID’s as part of an exercise.
The Federal Protective Service has also been used by the DHS to track the political activities of peaceful advocacy groups.
