Every American To Be Microchipped In 2013 Per Obamacare
In 2010, my book “Are You Ready for the Microchip?” was released, and I asked the question, “Is the microchip implant hidden in the Healthcare Bill? Are newborn children starting in 2013 going to receive a microchip shortly after birth?” Then in the book, I wrote, “ In the massive US HEALTHCARE BILL, which your elected representatives voted for without reading, there is a section titled: Subtitle C-11 Sec. 2521 – National Medical Device Registry which states:Continued below.
“The Secretary shall establish a national medical device registry (in this subsection referred to as the ‘registry’) to facilitate analysis of postmarket safety and outcomes data on each device that—‘‘(A) is or has been used in or on a patient; and ‘‘(B) is a class III device; or ‘‘(ii) a class II device that is implantable.”

House passes Ron Paul's 'Audit the Fed’ bill
Ron Paul (T.J. Kirkpatrick / Getty Images / AFP)
Paul’s ongoing efforts to call for increased transparency in the Federal Reserve have become a hallmark of his tenure in Congress and of his current campaign for the presidency.
Rep. Paul is still vying for the GOP nomination and intends to speak at the Republican National Convention in Florida next month. And although Paul has as recently as this week refused to endorse presumptive party nominee Mitt Romney, the former Massachusetts governor has supported the congressman’s proposal to audit the Fed.
"Ron Paul's 'Audit The Fed' bill is a reminder of his tireless efforts to promote sound money and a more transparent Federal Reserve," Romney writes on his official Twitter page.
During the Wednesday afternoon vote in Washington, D.C., Paul received backing from all House Republicans but one, as well as support from 89 congressional Democrats.
Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio), was among those on the opposing party of Paul’s that still saw reason to support the bill. "The Fed creates trillions of dollars out of nothing and gives it to banks,” Rep. Kucinich said before Wednesday’s vote. “Congress is in the dark. The Fed sets the stage for the subprime meltdown. Congress is in the dark. The Fed takes a dive on LIBOR. Congress is in the dark. The Fed doesn’t tell regulators what is going on. Congress is in the dark.”
"It is time for us to bring the Fed into the sunshine of accountability," the democratic congressman continued.
House Minority Whip Steny Hoyer (D-Md.) was one of those opposed to the bill, saying that passing it “increases the likelihood that the Fed will make decisions based on political rather than economic considerations, and that is not a recipe for sound monetary policy.”
Ben Bernanke, chairman of the US Federal Reserve has said that, although the Fed is “quite transparent and accountable on monetary policy,” there was room for improvement. Speaking to the House Financial Service Committee last week, Bernanke said the agency still “needs to be transparent and it needs to be accountable,” even though he believes that his quarterly projections and press conferences already allow the central bank to be relatively open with Americans.
Although Wednesday’s vote was a success for the congressman’s efforts to bring added transparency to the Fed, his fight for an audit doesn’t end here. Next the bill will be brought to the Senate for a vote, where it is not expected to pass. If it does clear both sides of Congress, however, it will then be sent to the desk of President Barack Obama for him to sign into law.
Posted on Sep 24, 2011 Homeland Security Spoksman On Mall Shooter Drill-Denver Colorado
Denver Terror Drill utilizes mile high sports stadium to 'test processing activities' after catastrophic scenario.
Darrin McBreen and Aaron Dykes are on the ground in Denver, Colorado, covering a massive martial law take-over drill now underway.
More than 100 federal and state agencies are currently involved in Operation Mountain Guardian, billed as a drill to simulate a terrorist attack based on events in Mumbai that killed 164 people in 2008.
Infowars.com will post video reports all day. McBreen and Dykes have filed several reports as of this morning:
A Homeland Security drill in Denver federalizes the response to terrorism, including operation to relocate students under siege by a shooter to a FEMA-led Sports Stadium center for ultimate reunification with parents. Aaron Dykes reports for Infowars Nightly News.
Homeland Security terror drill in Denver revealed the ultimate goal was to relocate children and at risk populations to FEMA sport stadium relocation centers. Denver Police Victim Assistance Unit director Scott Snow admits in this clip.
A massive Terror Drill remarkably ignored by all but local media is now underway in Denver, Colorado.
More than 100 government agencies are taking part in Operation Mountain Guardian, made possible due to a grant from the Department of Homeland Security through FEMA Region VIII and the State of Colorado Governor's Office of Homeland Security, according to KDVR in Denver.
Mock terror drills will be staged at a mall, an elementary school, a community college, a hospital, and transportation hubs, including the Denver airport.
The exercise is scheduled to begin at 5 a.m. and end by 4:30 p.m., according to ABC 7 News in Denver.
KDVR reports that the media will be allowed to report on the events, but a news advisory PDF released by officialdom states media coverage will be restricted to "outside areas."
Terror drills are of particular concern due to the fact that several were staged on September 11, 2001, and July 7, 2005, during attacks attributed to Muslim cave dwellers and associated patsies.
On the morning of September 11, 2001, the CIA was conducting a terror exercise and several days earlier, on September 6, NORAD simulated two hijackings as part of Vigilant Guardian. According to the government's 9/11 report, one military scenario included terrorists hijacking a London to New York flight and blowing it up with explosives over New York.

Bloomberg: Police Shouldn’t Protect Americans Until There Is More Gun Control
“Well I would take it one step further. I don’t understand why the police officers of this country don’t stand up collectively and say, ‘We’re gonna go on strike. We’re not going to protect you unless you, the public, through your legislature do what’s required to keep us safe (ie. more gun control). After all police officers want to go home to their families.”This comment came in response to Morgans question, “Why do so many Americans not feel angry enough to demand further gun control?”
Bloomberg went on to say,
“We’re doing everything we can to make their job more difficult, but more importantly more dangerous by leaving guns in the hands of people who shouldn’t have them and letting people who have those guns buy things like armor piercing bullets. The only reason to have armor piercing bullets is to go through bullet resistant vests. The only people who wear bullet resistant vest are our police officers and that’s true across this whole country. So, we should at some point, we have to understand that this is our children or grandchildren or us, but for the police officers it’s much more immediate because when you and I hear shots we run away. They run towards it.”When I heard this I turned to my wife and asked rhetorically, “How do morons like Mr. Bloomberg get in office? Let’s deal with his argument here.
First he says that the police should go on strike and not protect citizens till they enact more gun laws. OK fine, police go on strike, they stop getting paid. We pay them to perform a job and honestly it isn’t really protection they provide. Plenty of police officers were right there at the theater in Aurora, Colorado and did they protect anyone? Nope, not one person. Police officers are to enforce the law and that is why they are referred to as law enforcement officers. If they don’t want to do their jobs, then let them step aside and find another line of work.
Gun control laws will not protect police officers and they will not protect citizens. I demonstrated that on Monday A piece of paper protects from a speeding bullet about as well as those police officers did in Aurora. I’m not taking a shot at police officers here. What I’m doing is pointing out Bloomberg’s fallacies.
Officers want to go home to their families like we all do. Police officers also have a weapon they carry with them too. Why then should law-abiding citizens not be allowed to keep and bear their arms all day so that they might return home to their families Mr. Bloomberg?
We are not doing anything to make police officers’ jobs more difficult or dangerous. If you have people who have shown themselves to be a threat deal with that, but leave the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding citizens alone.
Bloomberg goes of on a ridiculous notion about armor piercing bullets. OK, let’s get this out in the open. I wrote about this very topic as New Jersey was putting in place a law to ban ammunition. Most law enforcement wear Level II-A protective vests that stop 9mm and .40 bullets. So that means that if strictly taken for armor piercing all other ammunition would be banned. This means you would be unable to get ammo for your AR-15, many hunting rifles and even some handguns, such as your trusty .45.
Also some citizens can purchase these items to protect themselves. So Mayor Bloomberg is just not being honest here. The police officers are not the only ones wearing such protection and you don’t need “armor piercing” bullets to penetrate the vests most police officers wear.
He is right about one thing though. It is about us, our children and grand children. It’s about whether or not we are going to live in a land where a corrupt government and criminals are the only ones with guns and we are at the mercy of both, neither or which are able to protect us in a time of crisis.

Government agencies threaten legal action against Public Advocate of the U.S.
** CONFIDENTIAL ** To Public Advocate supporters only:
Government agencies threaten legal action against Public Advocate of the U.S. over correspondence Mr. Delgaudio has sent to you.
Mr. Delgaudio has told me that he cannot give up communication to you, that every Public Advocate member is vital to his efforts in Congress.
That’s why he has hired me to evaluate the legal threat posed by these agencies and the bureaucrats that run them.
I am convinced Mr. Delgaudio has done nothing wrong.
Unfortunately, right and wrong do not always matter to government bureaucrats. That’s why I have informed Mr. Delgaudio that if he chooses to stand up to these threats, the consequences could be severe.
The legal costs alone could be enormous.
Public Advocate could even be forced to close its doors before a court rules in its favor (which I think is very likely).
Unless members like you are 100% committed to supporting Public Advocate this year, I believe that Eugene Delgaudio has no choice but to shut down Public Advocate’s battle to stop the Homosexual Lobby.
If, on the other hand, every Public Advocate member is truly committed to support Mr. Delgaudio’s efforts, I believe the battle can be won.
Mr. Delgaudio needs to hear back from you today so he can decide what to do next. Please read his email here and let him know.
Sincerely,
Barry Caron, Esquire
P.S. Public Advocate is facing a serious legal threat.
Mr. Delgaudio desperately needs to hear from you today.

Mayor Bloomberg Says Cops Should Go On Strike Until Americans Give Up Their Guns
New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg told CNN's Piers Morgan last night that he doesn't "understand why police officers across this country don’t stand up collectively and say we’re going to go on strike, we’re not going to protect you unless you, the public, through your legislature, do what’s required to keep us safe."
We've been hearing a lot of that recently. Earlier this year, The New York Times reprinted a Department of Justice press release and slapped this lede on top of it: “As violent crime has decreased across the country, a disturbing trend has emerged: Rising numbers of police officers are being killed.”
Bloomberg and The New York Times are both wrong:
- In 2008, ten times more civilians regular people were killed by cops than cops were killed by perps.
- In 2011, 72 cops were shot and killed in the entire U.S.; in L.A. County alone, cops shot and killed 54 suspects the same year--22 percent of those people were unarmed.
- As Scott Reeder reported at Reason this morning, "Farmers, ranchers, commercial fishermen, loggers, garbage collectors, truck drivers, construction workers, pilots, steel workers, roofers, and others are far more likely to face death on the jobs than police or firefighters, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics."
- And as Choire Sicha wrote earlier this year, "2008 was the ten-year low for police officers being killed, and 2012 is, so far, year-to-date, down 49% from last year."
The statistics say that the jobs of police officers are getting increasingly safer. After all, even the smallest departments now have access to battle-tested body armor, weaponry, vehicles, and unmanned drones; SWAT and raid training courtesy of outfits like Academi (the company formerly known as Blackwater now trains officers "who conduct warrant service, fugitive apprehension, SWAT operations and drug search warrants who are in need of sound tactics and techniques"); asset forfeiture funds from the Department of Justice; and a neutered-and-spayed 4th Amendment, courtesy of the United States Supreme Court.
Thanks to all of that, cops are more likely than ever to return safely to their families every night.
But what about the rest of us? What about Kelly Thomas, who screamed for his father while five cops beat him to death? Or Patricia Cook, shot to death by a deranged alcoholic with a badge? Or Andrew Scott, killed during a wrong-door raid? Or Nick Christie, gagged and pepper-sprayed to death by prison guards? Or Seth Adams, shot four times by a cop behind his family business, then left to die? Or Wendell Allen, who was unarmed when a New Orleans cop shot and killed him during a raid? Or Ramarley Graham, the 18-year-old New Yorker shot and killed by plainclothes cops for trying to flush a small bag of marijuana down the toilet? Or Kyle Miller, killed by Colorado police for waving a BB gun in the air? Or Todd Blair, killed by Utah police for raising a golf club above his head?
That's a smattering of names from the last year or so. A complete list is impossible, though you could spend months culling names from local media outlets. It would be significantly longer if we included people who were shot, but didn't die; or people who were just shot at by cops. It would be exponentially longer if we included people who were beaten, intimidated, wrongly arrested/incarcerated, or otherwise abused by police officers.
Didn't these folks want to go home to their families? Didn't they want to be safe when they were in their homes with their families?
They didn't get memorials. Their hometowns didn't shut down traffic for their funerals. The mayor didn't speak at their prayer vigil, if they had a prayer vigil. Their congressmen did not speechify about them on C-SPAN. No one proposed laws in their honor. No city or state official called for a national conversation about anything.
In most cases, here's what happened, and often happens: Cops who kill get a paid vacation, and the local district attorney, or state attorney determines that protocol was followed. The cop comes back with a tan and a mandate. A big ugly shrug is standard operating procedure.
Maybe Bloomberg is right; maybe America's cops should go on strike.
