Dem Congresswoman Mocks Pro-Gun Senior At Meeting
On Tuesday, during a public forum on national gun control legislation hosted by the Denver Post editorial board, U.S. Rep. Diana DeGette (D-Colo.) mocked a concerned pro-gun senior citizen when he expressed his fears regarding how gun control will affect his ability to defend himself. Rep. Chaffetz Reports More Outrageous Border Incidents
Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) continued his tour of the U.S.-Mexico border, posting a new round of tweets on Wednesday that further display the need for enhanced border security. The “worst thing” he reported seeing was 60 unaccompanied elementary age children leaving school and crossing the border to go home to Mexico. A supervisor reportedly told Chaffetz that this happens daily. Ratcheting up pressure for Congress to limit access to guns, on Wednesday, President Barack Obama said that recent steps made by Colorado to tighten its gun laws show “there doesn’t have to be a conflict” between keeping citizens safe and protecting Second Amendment rights to gun ownership. The President dismissed gun owners’ concerns that gun control legislation could be a stepping stone to gun confiscation in the U.S., saying “I am constrained by a system our founders put in place.” Watch President Obama's addresas HERE.

Tuesday night, during a Trenton, NJ city council meeting, Councilwoman-at-Large Kathy McBride set herself up for considerable embarrassment when she demanded to know what the local government was doing to combat the outbreak of an STD known as “Blue Waffle Disease.” (Graphic content warning — do not Google that term unless you are prepared for shocking and very graphic images.) HERE




An unidentified U.S. Marine sergeant from Camp Pendleton was caught on camera screaming profanities and making violent threats during a fit of rage that was sparked by a minor traffic accident. Watch the incident (Warning! Very strong language) HERE.

In a video posted on the Field & Stream website by blogger Tim Romano, an unnamed man spots two keeper-size largemouth bass in the lake. So, what’s weird about this story?
