Video: 'Birther' gets visit from Secret Service

Men in suits ask him about family, weapons, searching his home

by Drew Zahn

A Texas man and skeptic of Barack Obama’s eligibility to serve as president has posted a video on YouTube revealing two investigators, reportedly from the Secret Service, questioning him at his home.
Rudy Davis, known also as “LoneStar1776″ on YouTube.com, posted video of the inquiry the day after he had uploaded another video in which he suggested Obama, after being convicted of treason for usurping the highest office the land, be executed for his crime.
When two men in dark suits showed up at his door the next day, Davis told them, “I think I know why you guys are here.”
Video of the exchange shows Davis explaining his belief that Obama is ineligible to be president and clarifying that he only wished the judicial system to execute Obama “once he has been convicted in a court of law.”
“OK,” the first investigator replied, “but you don’t mean to assassinate him?”
“No, sir,” Davis replied. “I don’t want to hurt anybody. I just want truth and justice in America.”
Show members of Congress how many others demand “truth and justice” in America in the name of constitutional integrity.
The investigators then began a series of “pertinent” questions they explained were required because, “We do have a job to do,” including the following:
  • “Have you ever been in the military?”
  • “Any handgun training, martial arts?”
  • “Do you belong to any groups or associations?”
  • “Have you ever traveled out to see the president?”
  • “Do you have any criminal history?”
  • “Do you own any weapons? All your weapons are registered?”
  • “Have you ever been hospitalized for mental [illness]? Family history of mental illness?”
  • “A possible search of your home – are you OK with that?”
  • “In the past year, how many places have you traveled to?”
  • “Do you have any siblings? Would you mind telling me who they are? What about parents? Can we talk to them?”
  • “Where do you work?”
Multiple times the investigator also asked, “Do you understand that threatening to harm someone is a crime as well?”
“I understand that,” Davis said, “but I have not threatened to harm [anyone].”
In Davis’ previous video, which presumably prompted the investigation, Davis had cited the example of England’s Oliver Cromwell beheading King Charles I as an example of what should be done to Obama.
“Once [Obama] is convicted in a court of law,” Davis said, “we don’t need to send him off to prison, we don’t need to send him out of the country, we need to behead him publicly.”
Why publicly?
“To show everybody that’s what happens to you when you come in to America and you lie and you forge and you fraud and you take over commander in chief when you know you’re not eligible,” Davis explained. “America doesn’t put up with that.
The first video, in which Davis advocated beheading, can be seen below:

At one point, one of the investigators said, “We’d prefer if you didn’t film us,” but Davis asserted it was his property and his right to do so.
Still, in yet a third, follow-up video, Davis discounted the idea that the agents were attempting to be “intimidating.”
“They were very nice and cordial, and they were doing their job,” Davis said.
Davis also concluded, “Promoting the truth is a patriotic thing, even if it brings the Secret Service to your door.”

China condemns U.S. gun ownership as human rights violation

A report issued by the State Council Information Office of the People's Republic of China has included U.S. gun ownership among a list of  human rights violations, Law Enforcement Examiner Jim Kouri reported yesterday.  "The Human Rights Record of the United States in 2011" was published last Friday on the PRC’s Consulate General in New York website.

“The United States prioritizes the right to keep and bear arms over the protection of citizens' lives and personal security and exercises lax firearm possession control, causing rampant gun ownership,” the report claims. “The U.S. people hold between 35 percent and 50 percent of the world' s civilian-owned guns, with every 100 people having 90 guns [and] 47 percent of American adults reported that they had a gun.”

The conclusion that gun bans will result in enhanced protection of lives and personal security flies in the face of both the American and Chinese experience. Predictably, the report presents many of the same cherry-picked arguments used by “leading” U.S. and international “gun control” organizations that totally ignore the protective benefits of arms in private hands.  And, as typical with advocates of a centralized monopoly of violence, Chinese-style genocide, which resulted in government-caused deaths of unknown tens of millions of defenseless human beings in the 20th Century, and the current brutal occupation and tyrannical suppression of Tibetan sovereignty, is left unacknowledged. Left unsaid is the inconvenient truth that rendering captive populations unable to resist makes such monstrous crimes against humanity not only possible, but inevitable.

Also left unquestioned: What is the motivation and agenda of any American who advocates Chicom-style citizen disarmament, knowing full-well its blood-drenched historic record?

Where Is The Authentic Church?

by Sherry Peel Jackson

As most of you know, I am a hard line Christian. I have been for 25 years. But even now, the church is morphing into something that makes even the casual churchgoer get the heebie-jeebies.

As I look across the country and see mega-churches and televangelists of all races and ethnicities transgressing the word of God on a regular basis and on so many different levels, I have to ask myself, “How did this happen?” My answer took me back to 1954 when Congress granted the “privilege” of being a “legal” charity to churches via incorporation and the 501)(3).

Churches have always been non-taxable and their contributions from members (tithes and offerings) have always been deductible to taxpayers. However, tax and legal “professionals” were used to make churches think that incorporating and obtaining the 501(c)(3) was an advantage to them. Now there are millions of dollars being made by lawyers and accountants as they lure unsuspecting churches into placing the State over God. If you don’t believe that incorporation and obtaining 501(c)(3) status are a real issue, here is an excerpt from a court case for your review:

A corporation is a creature of the state“. It is presumed to be incorporated for the benefit of the public. It receives certain special privileges and franchises and holds them subject to the laws of the state and the limitation of its charter. Its powers are limited by law. It can make no contract not authorized by its charter. Its rights to act as a corporation are only preserved to it so long as it obeys the laws of its creation. There is a reserved right in the legislature to investigate its contracts and ascertain if it has exceeded its powers” (Hale v. Henkel, 201 U.S. 43)

There have been numerous court cases that have subjugated the rights of the church to the rights of the State. You can review additional information at http://hushmoney.org.

As a result of the State’s “rights” over these churches many pastors are afraid to speak “thus saith the Lord”. They are relegated to political correctness and appeasing the powers that be. Many of these pastors have become little more than motivational speakers; telling of God’s blessing without calling out sin or telling the people that they have the responsibility to obey God. These are the churches that are overflowing with people every Saturday and Sunday.

rights of the churchOne of my pastor’s favorite quotes is from Martin Luther, and it is on point for today’s ministers. “If I profess with the loudest voice and clearest exposition every part of the truth of God except precisely that little point which the world and the devil are at the moment attacking, then I am not confessing Christ, however boldly I may be professing Him. Where the battle rages, there the loyalty of the soldier is proved; and to be steady on all battlefields besides is merely flight and disgrace if he flinches at that point.”

Speaking out against the state“For a 501c3 church to openly speak out, or organize in opposition to, anything that the government declares “legal”, even if it is immoral (e.g. abortion, homosexuality, etc.), that church will jeopardize its tax exempt status.” Peter Kershaw http://hushmoney.org.

So as the truth of God’s word is being watered down people are operating in cheap grace, acting holy on Sunday and hellish the rest of the week. In addition, scandals in the church abound and non-believers scoff and mock Christianity. I find myself constantly explaining to people that just because this pastor or that reverend did this or that, it does not mean that the word of God is of no value, that every pastor is wicked or that Jesus is not real.

Red CoatImagine someone stealing your bright red coat from your home, the only coat of its kind, and committing a robbery and murder in your coat. When the police knock at your door to arrest you, you will want them to understand that someone stole your coat. You will plead with them to understand that it was not you that committed the crime, but an imposter that broke into your house and stole your unique coat! Will they listen? Will they understand?

Jesus’ person and character have been hijacked. His name has been stolen and used to commit massive atrocities all over the world, from raping little choir boys to stealing millions of dollars from parishioners. He is not the criminal. Take a step back and look at the real thieves – the ones that use his name (coat) to do evil. Have compassion and eliminate Him as a suspect.

Now, find the REAL churches. The ones that value “OTHERS”. The ones that give to the poor, the widows and orphans. The ones that teach the uncompromised word of God. The ones that advocate constant prayer and fasting. The ones that stand up against tyranny. Cleave to these. These make up the authentic church, the true Body of Christ.

Bilderberg Violates The Logan Act (18 U.S.C.A. § 953 [1948])

The Logan Act (18 U.S.C.A. § 953 [1948]) is a single federal statute making it a crime for a citizen to confer with foreign governments against the interests of the United States. Specifically, it prohibits citizens from negotiating with other nations on behalf of the United States without authorization.
Congress established the Logan Act in 1799, less than one year after passage of the Alien and Sedition Acts, which authorized the arrest and deportation of Aliens and prohibited written communication defamatory to the U.S. government. The 1799 act was named after Dr. George Logan. A prominent Republican and Quaker from Pennsylvania, Logan did not draft or introduce the legislation that bears his name, but was involved in the political climate that precipitated it.
In the late 1790s, a French trade embargo and jailing of U.S. seamen created animosity and unstable conditions between the United States and France. Logan sailed to France in the hope of presenting options to its government to improve relations with the United States and quell the growing anti-French sentiment in the United States. France responded by lifting the embargo and releasing the captives. Logan's return to the United States was marked by Republican praise and Federalist scorn. To prevent U.S. citizens from interfering with negotiations between the United States and foreign governments in the future, the Adams administration
quickly introduced the bill that would become the Logan Act.
The Logan Act has remained almost unchanged and unused since its passage. The act is short and reads as follows:
Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
This section shall not abridge the right of a citizen to apply, himself or his agent, to any foreign government or the agents thereof for redress of any injury which he may have sustained from such government or any of its agents or subjects.
The language of the act appears to encompass almost every communication between a U.S. citizen and a foreign government considered an attempt to influence negotiations between their two countries. Because the language is so broad in scope, legal scholars and judges have suggested that the Logan Act is unconstitutional. Historically, the act has been used more as a threat to those engaged in various political activities than as a weapon for prosecution. In fact, Logan Act violations have been discussed in almost every administration without any serious attempt at enforcement, and to date there have been no convictions and only one recorded indictment.
One example of the act's use as a threat of prosecution involved the Reverend jesse jackson. In 1984 Jackson took well-publicized trips to Cuba and Nicaragua and returned with several Cuban political prisoners seeking Asylum in the United States. President ronald reagan stated that Jackson's activities may have violated the law, but Jackson was not pursued beyond a threat.
The only Logan Act indictment occurred in 1803. It involved a Kentucky newspaper article that argued for the formation in the western United States of a separate nation allied to France. No prosecution followed.
