Ron Paul: Counting on You on Tuesday, Please Vote For Me and My Delegates
The Pennsylvania Republican Primary is coming up on Tuesday, April 24.
So I want to personally ask you to get out and vote for me and my delegates - listed here - in the Pennsylvania Republican Primary.
In fact, I hope you will print out the delegate list linked above and take it with you to share with your friends and family members, as well.
As you know, from the very beginning, my campaign has been focused on securing as many delegates as possible to the Republican National Convention in August.
It’s these delegates who will choose the Republican nominee in Tampa, Florida.
While other candidates have concerned themselves with winning “beauty contests,” my campaign has opted for a grassroots strategy that ultimately depends on the dedication, loyalty, and consistent action of my supporters.
But for this plan to work, I must be able to count on you.
Without you, all my campaign’s best plans are nothing more than words on paper.
So now that I am the only candidate left in the race who can challenge establishment-backed Mitt Romney, it’s absolutely critical you vote for me and my delegates in the Tuesday, April 24 Pennsylvania Primary.
Of course, even besides selecting our Republican nominee, delegates are critical for another reason - it is they who decide GOP rules, craft the Republican platform, and decide what our Party will stand for over the next four years.

Obama officially ineligible

A crushing situation is emerging for, not only Barack Obama, but also for the American people as a landmark statement has been made by the Obama administration that is going to turn the entire 2012 Presidential race and potentially much more on its head.
Lawyers representing the current sitting President of the United States of America have been forced, under penalty of perjury, to admit that the long-form birth certificate presented by the White House in April of 2011 is a total forgery.
In a NJ ballot access eligibility case spawned by Tea Party activists, attorneys representing Obama had to admit the document presented to the American people by Obama himself is actually knowingly faked and was used to fool the American public into believing a complete fabrication.
What could be the most shocking aspect of the situation, however, may be the fact that Obama and his attorneys have crafted an argument that truly boggles the mind.
In a direct assault on everything the citizens of the USA take for granted, in layman’s terms, his attorneys literally made the argument during a hearing on April 10th that because the document was so obviously faked and could not possibly be considered proof of citizenship, the document itself should not be allowed as evidence in the case.
Obama is now basically asserting that only a legitimate document should be allowed as evidence in this case and therefore this one should be thrown out due to the fact that it’s not real. The Judge agreed.
In what may turn out to be one of the biggest scandals in the history of the United States, the Obama administration itself has now virtually admitted to High Crimes and Misdemeanors and to deceiving the public into believing a lie that was ironically intended to distract awareness from the actual issue that truly determines his eligibility, or lack thereof.
Even though now it has become evident that Obama cannot prove he was born in the Unites States after all, even before that admission in court, it was already known that he was not actually eligible to become either Vice President or President, due to the fact that Obama is not a “Natural Born” Citizen.
Although presenting the fake birth certificate to the American people was an attempt to falsely prove his automatic eligibility, even prior to the ‘President’s’ issuance of the fabricated document to the public last spring, attorneys arguing against his eligibility since 2007 proved that Obama was simply ineligible due to the fact that only one of his parents was a US citizen.
Ironically, arguments have been made against this age-old constitutional mandate with regard to Obama’s eligibility by using John McCain’s ’08 eligibility situation as an example, while missing the fact that even McCain’s parents were both born in the USA and therefore was ultimately allowed to run for office, even though he was born on a US military base in Panama.
This simply isn’t the case for Obama, aside from the fact that his administration has now admitted to open criminal activity and blatant ineligibility on multiple fronts.

Ron Paul supporters surged to victory in yesterday’s Minnesota and Iowa district conventions, dominating the process and picking up more delegates to the Republican National Convention. As reported last week, a number of Romney Hawks are now deeply concerned that Ron Paul has already laid the groundwork for similar success in six more caucus states. Yesterday’s results will only increase their influence inside the Romney camp.
Romney advisers are concerned that the rising total of Ron Paul delegates will lead to an unmanageable RNC. Some observers felt that the 1992 convention hurt an incumbent president George H. W. Bush and was a factor in his loss to Bill Clinton.
In most states, victories at the district conventions decide who will move onto the state conventions where most of the delegates to the Republican National Convention in Tampa will be selected.
The rules in Minnesota are slightly different and some of those final delegates were actually selected at scattered district conventions yesterday. Reports from our own Marianne Stebbins in Minnesota show that Ron Paul now has 20 out of the 24 delegates already chosen to represent the state at the Republican National Convention in Tampa and the campaign is poised to do just as good at the upcoming state convention, May 18-19, when the final 13 will be chosen.
In Iowa, Jennifer Jacobs, a reporter for the Des Moines Resister, broke into open what had been our little secret, namely, the takeover of the GOP in Iowa. “A rising tide of Republicans who share Ron Paul’s philosophy of limited government are flooding into GOP party roles in Iowa,” Jennifer wrote, reporting on yesterdays Iowa district conventions.
Actually, it is a phenomenon seen all across the country. It is viewed by many political observers as the biggest transformation of the Republican Party since 1988, when evangelical Christians joined the process and dominated state positions for a whole generation.
While the Iowa Ron Paul campaign is keeping its cards close to the vest, we all got a sneak peak from an the Des Moines Register story which reported that six of the new Iowa GOP state central committee members elected Saturday have publicly expressed support for Ron Paul. Joes Kurtinitis, Kris Thiessen, Dave Cushman, Jeff Shipley, John Kabitzke and Marcus Fedler. “Two more,” Jennifer Jacobs reports, “have close ties.” The new state chairman is also a Ron Paul supporter, who served as a co-chairman for the congressman’s Iowa state organization.
The Iowa state GOP convention is set for Jun 16, 2012.
Meanwhile, the sleepy New York Times has posted for five months and still posts, even today, that the total delegate count for Ron Paul in Iowa is one. They say that the total delegate count for Ron Paul in Minnesota is nine. In fact, Ron Paul supporters will now dominate both state conventions. And the same trend is ongoing in states across the country.

Look out! U.N. now invading your home
Warning says this is coming even over owner's objections

Brian Sussman, author of “Eco-Tyranny: How the Left’s Green Agenda will Dismantle America,” is warning that the federal government and the United Nations are teaming up to control energy usage in American homes.
Sussman, who also wrote the blockbuster “Climategate,” says the move could lead to citizens losing the freedom even to run their appliances as they wish.
The first step in the plan is the installation of “smart meters,” which are being introduced by power utilities nationwide. Unlike traditional spinning wheel electric meters, smart meters allow the power utilities to measure energy usage minute by minute.
The Federal Energy Act of 2005, signed by George W. Bush, mandated that power utilities offer “each of its customer classes … a time-based rate schedule under which the rate charged by the electric utility varies during different time periods.”
However, power utilities have begun pushing the installation of smart meters even without a customer’s request. As Sussman documents in “Climategate,” the energy company PG&E pushed the new meters on customers by saying that it would allow the company to collect data “without setting foot on your property and interrupting your schedule.”
The utility did not mention that the innovation would potentially lead to increased prices during peak hours and detailed tracking of each home’s energy usage, “Climategate” reveals.
More importantly, some utilities have begun installing the smart meters over the objections of customers, leading to several legal battles.
While some state courts have ruled that customers should be allowed to opt-out, others have allowed utilities to force consumers to accept the more invasive smart meters.Nor does the new technology end with increased prices. Sussman reports that the Energy Act of 2005 also permitted the construction of the SmartGrid, “a national interest transmission corridor designated by the [Energy] Secretary.”
As documented in “Climategate” with a memo from the Congressional Research Service, the purpose of the SmartGrid is to track “information from a customer’s meter in two directions: both inside the house to thermostats and appliances and other devices, and back to the utility.”
As mentioned in the congressional brief, the SmartGrid will also include the Programmable Communication Thermostat and the Home Area Network. The two technologies will allow utility companies to shut off appliances remotely.
The “improvements” were generally not implemented because of cost considerations, but the federal government stepped in to “solve” the problem, Sussman argues.
In the 2009 stimulus bill, the federal government authorized $16.8 billion in direct spending by the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Energy Efficiency, an additional $4.5 billion to upgrade to the nation’s grid and at least $2.8 billion for installing broadband.
The 2009 American Clean Energy and Security Act also contained federally mandated energy-efficient building regulations that supersede all local and state codes. The law will be enforced by federal regulators funded by energy taxes and $25 million from the Department of Energy “to provide necessary enforcement of a national efficiency building code.”
All of this is being done at the behest of the United Nations and its Agenda 21.
As Sussman documents in “Eco-Tyranny,” Agenda 21 is a global effort by international elites to deliberately raise energy prices and change consumption patterns.
It
states, “Achieving the goals of environmental quality and sustainable
development will require… changes in consumption patterns. Governments
themselves [can] also play a role in [determining] consumption… and can
have a considerable influence on both corporate decisions and public
perceptions.”As part of the effort to “determine consumption,” Agenda 21 mandated “Demand Response Technology,” or the SmartGrid.
Sussman explained in an exclusive interview with WND , “This is critically important because one of the main objectives of Agenda 21 is to lessen the ‘carbon footprint’ of individual consumers. By tying in a federally mandated SmartGrid that can track every person’s energy usage to a global agenda of reduced consumption, Americans will have even lost the right even watch the television or do the laundry when they want.”
In an appearance on Lou Dobbs Tonight Thursday, Sussman restated that “Eco-Tyranny” “is about control, not about the environment.”
