Confirmed: Freedom-Loving Americans Headed to FEMA Camps

Unquestionably, Americans, who dare to speak out against the emerging military dictatorship within our country, will soon be taking up a new residence at your neighborhood FEMA camp.

Through the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), CONgress, complete with their 9% public approval rating, has declared war upon the American people.

Previously, I wrote an article in response to the intention of Congress to permit the military to indefinitely detain, without due process protections, American citizens for any reason, or for no reason whatsoever. In the previous article, I referenced the leaked memo from KBR manager, Bob Siefert, which was informing subcontractors to be prepared within 72 hours of notification to provide essential services to FEMA camps such as the installation of barbwire, blockades, personnel, food, water and sanitation services. Subsequently, one of my readers, Richard Firth, bravely took the initiative to write to Siefert and asked him to explain his stated intentions in the leaked memo. Below is the exchange between Wirth and Siefert along with my analysis.

Dear Mr. Firth,

Thank you for asking about the truth concerning our search for subcontractors. First, KBR is not a subsidiary of Halliburton, and hasn’t been since April of 2007. KBR intends to respond to an upcoming Request for Proposal. FEMA is looking for companies that can set up temporary camps to house First Responders to natural disasters such as hurricanes, earthquakes, tornados, floods, etc. The services included in the KBR request for information are ones we cannot provide ourselves and will need companies who can react quickly enough to meet the FEMA goal of having a place for their responders to stay within 72 hours of a call up. The camps will be temporary in nature, and nothing is being “activated”. FEMA is trying to be proactive in preparing for timely responses if emergency responses are required. I hope this answers your question.

To summarize, KBR’s Siefert asserts that (1) the camps are temporary; (2) the camps are only being constructed for first responders who will be used in anticipated future natural disasters; and (3) the existing FEMA camps are not being activated.

Often in life, there is the stated reason for performing some action and then there is the real reason. Below are some key provisions which are part of the impetus for activating the FEMA camps which are contained in the Siefert KBR memo (http://static.infowars.com/2011/12/i/general/kbr-doc.pdf ).

“The Continental US will be broken up into five regions as indicated in the map below Services” will be required in each State within each region.” (Author’s note) Interestingly, the South was also broken up into five military districts during the military occupation of the South during the Reconstruction Era following the Civil War.

“(Contractors will) Establish services listed below within 72 hours for initial set-up and respond within 24 hours for incremental services. This is a CONTINGENCY PROJECT and it should be stressed that lead times will be short with critical requirements due to the nature of emergency responses. Subcontractors must be flexible and able to handle multiple, shifting priorities in an emergency environment.”

Additionally, the Siefert memo disturbingly calls for the installation of fencing and wire used for large scale detention of prisoners.

“Subcontractors will mobilize, transport, erect, install and demobilize temporary fencing, barricades, and associated equipment according to federal, state and local laws, codes and manufacturer installation instructions. The Subcontractor shall be able to mobilize and deploy key personnel(s) within four (4) hours of NTP to meet with KBR Site Manager at the Responder Support Camp (RSC) site in order to finalize the site design plan and acquire site specific design requirements and layout. Number of linear footage:

“Approximately 2,300LF for a 301 person camp after 36 hours of NTP”

“Approximately 3,600LF for 1,000 person camp after 72 hours of NTP”

This sounds like FEMA camp activation to me.

When a reasonable person compares Siefert’s original memo to his response to Mr. Firth’s inquiry, the latter is clearly a poorly and hastily orchestrated version of damage control because his original leaked memo was never meant to see the light of day. The KBR memo called for barricades, barbwire, food, water, sanitation, guards, etc. This is the material that prisons are made of, not temporary housing for first responders as Seifert alleges. Hastily staffed FEMA camp personnel would also fit the definition of first responders in the advent of widespread civil insurrection. Google the term “FEMA camps”, look the photos, and ask yourself why first responders would be housed behind barbwire encampments where the wire is facing inward which is indicative of keeping people inside of an installation. Common sense dictates that first responders would not reside in prisons with armed guards and barbwire. Instead, they would be housed in tents as are forest fire fighters. It is clear that the FEMA camps are being activated and very soon they will be staffed by 100,000 new intern specialists currently being recruited by the Army (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dkkbsy5QHEg and http://therealnewsjournal.com/?p=9426 )

It is an easy task to determine that KBR’s Bob Siefert and the truth are strangers on this issue. However, this Globalist-serving minion should not be the focal point of our attention. He is merely a useful idiot. Every freedom-loving American is now at risk for kidnapping, torture and execution thanks to the NDAA. The police are being federalized, FEMA camps are being activated, the Constitution is on the verge of extinction and Obama is poised to begin WWWIII as a pretext to usher in martial law and cement his control over us as our military dictator.

Many people think that their actions will not draw the watchful eye of our increasingly corrupt and dangerous government. Here's another reply to one of my listeners that should answer many questions others have. I X out this name to preserve his anonymity.

Since Antichrist is a man, his days are 3 score and ten (70 years). Satan, a spirit, lives on and inhabits each Pope. Each Pope is the Antichrist in his generation. The final Antichrist is the Pope who will see Christ's return. That Pope is spoken of as "a man." But no one need be confused. This isn't hard to understand. People look for a distinction where there isn't one.

Jesus said, "many will come in my name saying I am Christ and shall deceive many." People ask me two questions about this passage.

1) Does this mean that many will come saying Jesus is the Christ and shall deceive many?

or

2) Does this mean that many will come saying THEY are the Christ and shall deceive many?

The correct answer is yes to both questions! And the Pope is the only one on the planet that says Jesus is the Christ and also that He, the Pope, is Christ! Every Pope claims that Jesus is the Christ, and every Pope claims that HE is the Christ, and every Pope deceives many.

The very way that Jesus made this statement reveals to us EXACTLY about whom He was speaking; the Papacy and ONLY the Papacy! Both questions are legitimate. And the answer to both questions is "YES". Once you realize that Christ formed His statement in such a way as to provoke His people to ask 2 specific and legitimate questions that anyone who listened to Him carefully (His people) would ask, the only correct answer becomes obvious. Why? Because we know that Christ is NOT the author of confusion. So there's no need for us to be confused. Both questions are the natural questions to be asked by all of His people. And the answer to both is YES. Its not "either" or "or;".... its yes to both! And ONLY the Papacy fits BOTH. The Glory of God is seen in the way that Christ formed His statement. He literally erased ANY possibility of confusion because the Papacy is the only entity in world history that answers "yes" to both questions. Yahuah's true people, those who believe what He says and know that He is no author of confusion simply CAN'T get it wrong! Christ could ONLY have been speaking about the Papacy!

Proclaiming a single man to be THE Antichrist only erroneously lends legitimacy to the "Futurist" LIE that there will only be one Antichrist and that he won't come until the end and no one needs to be concerned until he comes. This is the season of the year when Salvation Army volunteers are on the streets and outside stores ringing their bells to encourage donors to fill their red kettles with money for the poor. The longtime Christian organization provides food, shelter, elderly services, disaster relief, prisoner rehabilitation and many other forms of aid.

But it also has adopted a position statement that is a step toward abortion, and pro-life leaders are expressing alarm at what they see developing.

In its statement on abortion, the Salvation Army says: "A number of biblical and theological principles underpin The Salvation Army's position on abortion. …

Get "180," the DVD that shows how when confronted with the facts of abortion, people do a "180" turn to oppose the procedure.

"The Salvation Army believes in the sanctity of human life. Humankind was created in the image of God (Genesis 1:27). All people – without exception – are of value to him, holding a special place in his creation (Psalm 8:5), irrespective of age, gender, race, religion, health or social status, or their potential for achievement."

But it also states, "A serious commitment to the protection and care of the unborn calls us to a commitment to the prevention of unwanted pregnancy through means such as access to reliable birth control, safety in relationships, and societal respect of women."

Specifically, it says the Salvation Army "believes that termination [abortion] can occur only when carrying the pregnancy further seriously threatens the life of the mother; or reliable diagnostic procedures have identified a foetal abnormality considered incompatible with survival for more than a very brief post natal period."

And it continues, "In addition, rape and incest are brutal acts of dominance violating women physically and emotionally. This situation represents a special case for the consideration of termination as the violation may be compounded by the continuation of the pregnancy."

Christian human rights activist Rebecca Kiessling, an attorney, speaker and author who defends rape victims and was conceived during the rape of her mother, was surprised.

"This [abortion] statement is one of the most disheartening things I’ve seen," she told WND.

She donates to Salvation Army and, as a mother of five, frequently shops at Salvation Army Thrift Stores.

"They are clearly trying to set forth a biblical standard. They say that God defends the weak and those who are marginalized and that He is a God of justice, but the Salvation Army has now marginalized children like me who were conceived in rape. In other words, they support the death penalty for innocents like me who were conceived out of violence. Yet the Bible says that a child should not be punished for the crimes of [his or her] father," said Kiessling.

"The Salvation Army is all about rescuing treasures and trading beauty for ashes with the used clothes and household items people donate to them, but they can't seem to do the same for rape victims and their children," Kiessling said.

Salvation Army Commissioner M. Christine MacMillan was contacted by WND and asked to respond to three questions: (1) Does the Salvation Army fund abortions in any way? (2) Does it lead women to abortionists in any way? (3) Why does it cite and link to the Guttmacher Institute, which is affiliated with the abortion chain Planned Parenthood?

She declined to answer, saying instead she might call back. She didn't.

Leticia Velasquez, a mother of three, including one child with Down syndrome, is an author and founder of Keep Infants with Down Syndrome or KIDS. She said, "The Salvation Army should re-consider their position on this critical issue, as it is not consistent with a pro-life stance.

"An abnormal prenatal diagnosis does not lower the God-given dignity of a baby. We believe that all human life is sacred from conception until natural death. If a baby is destined to live only within her mother's womb for a few brief moments or days afterward, then we must give that child the full span of life and not end her life by abortion."

Likewise, Stephen Phelan of Human Life International told WND, "The 'International Position Statement on Abortion' from the Salvation Army is seriously problematic, both for its interior contradictions and for the fact that it explicitly links itself with the Guttmacher Institute, which openly promotes unrestricted access to abortion around the world. Indeed, the organization is named after Alan Guttmacher, the abortionist who was a transformational president of Planned Parenthood and who was a tireless advocate for abortion."

Alveda King, director of African American Outreach at Priests for Life, expressed similar suspicion.

"Good organizations become 'infiltrated' by forces that promote abortion, the breakdown of marriage, sexual immorality, etc. They come as wolves in sheep's clothing and appear to be harmless and even helpful. Then they begin to reveal their true or basically untrue colors. This is sadly maybe what is happening to the Salvation Army. Not for sure, but maybe."

"So much of the Salvation Army statement is commendable, but parts of it read like it was written by the Guttmacher PR department to ease the conscience of those who are not yet in support of unrestricted abortion. These contradictions are irreconcilable," added Phelan, HLI's communications director. "The mere appearance of support from Salvation Army can be used by the huge international abortion cartels to justify their work."

"My first pastor was a Salvation Army officer. The Army has long been an uncompromisingly strong witness of Christian truth, but they have got it terribly wrong here," said Rev. Rob Schenck, a minister on Capitol Hill and chairman of the Committee on Church and Society for the Evangelical Church Alliance.

Schenck and his twin brother, Paul, now a Catholic priest, were targeted by the state of New York and the Clinton administration for defending unborn babies and their mothers outside abortion clinics and other public places, including places where President Clinton appeared. In 1996, the twin brothers and all pro-life demonstrators were vindicated by the U.S. Supreme Court when eight out of nine justices ruled in favor of Schenck v. the Pro-Choice Network of Western New York.

Wendy Wright, interim executive director of the Catholic Family and Human Rights Institute, agreed with Schenck and HLI about the Salvation Army.

She said, "The Salvation Army has an admirable history of reaching the most outcast and shunned in society, the broken and destitute, the hardest of cases. This policy treats the most shunned and broken of unborn babies, the hard cases, and shuts them outside humanity's house. Simply put, it violates God’s commandment that 'thou shalt not murder.'"

"Not only is their position weak and unbiblical, but it's contrary to historic Christian moral instruction and to the good work of the Christian Holiness movement that is their heritage. This is an aberration that must be corrected immediately if the Army is to maintain its Christian integrity," said Schenck.

Wright said the Salvation Army's stance on abortion "denies the humanity of a child to say she can be killed because of the crime of her father. Or that deliberately taking a child's life is somehow better than allowing God room to work, to do a miracle, and to shower that child with love for as long as possible. Following the Salvation Army's counsel would mean that the only touch that some severely disabled babies would ever feel is not the loving arms of her mother, but the sharp blade of an abortionist."

In the United States, the Salvation Army has been airing this Christmas appeal on national TV networks:

Considering the Salvation Army ad and its good works in urban minority neighborhoods, Day Gardner, president of the National Black Pro-Life Union, said, "I'm very disturbed if they support abortion in any way, especially because I always give money to the bell ringers I see outside stores before Christmas. I find the whole thing rather disturbing because they are doing this in the name of Jesus Christ, Who came into the world under very difficult circumstances – as a poor and homeless baby.

"I have been working with a mom, a young black woman in Chicago, who had conjoined twin boys that shared a heart. People told her she should let them die because they wouldn't live long. Their mom is very strong in Christ, the boys lived 18 months and she said she would not have traded her time with them for anything."

The lizard played the game on his 24-year-old owner's phone - and tries to 'eat' 16 ants with his tongue before giving up in disgust.

The lizard was captured by his - unnamed owner - playing the 10-million-selling Ant Smasher game with his tongue.

Touchscreens will work with any moist surface, so a lizard tongue will work just as well as a human finger.

The 57-second-clip shows the lizard staring hungrily at the screen as ants stream past - then it shoots out its tongue to catch them.
