American Atheist Leader Calls for the ‘Eradication’ of ‘Fundamentalist Christians’

American Atheists, a non-profit that claims to protect the rights of atheists and to ensure the “absolute separation of government and religion,” always seems to find itself in the middle of controversy.

As if the most recent Ground Zero cross lawsuit the group launched isn’t enough to inspire widespread angst, an explosive new blog post on the organization’s web site advocating for the “eradication” of fundamental Christians (and Islamists) is certain to make waves.

In the post, Al Stefanelli, American Atheists’ Georgia State Director, makes a bizarre connection between radical Muslims and Christians. In speaking about “fundamentalist Christian and radical Islamic doctrines,“ Stefanelli says that both are ”dangerous, damaging and disingenuous.” Throughout the blog post, he continues to create ties between these two groups, but declines to truly define them.

Aside from making this comparison, he goes on to write that “most of these people” (again referring to both fundamentalist Christians and Islamists) “lack the maturity and intelligence” to act in “a socially acceptable manner.” Many of these adherents, he believes, are “sociopaths,” “psychopaths” or simply “delusional.”

Certainly some would agree that Islamic extremists (and perhaps fringe Christian believers) are sociopaths or psychopaths, but Stefanelli’s comments are so vague it’s impossible to discern who the targets of his rage truly are. Without a clear definition of who, exactly, he’s referring to, one’s mind runs wild with wonderment.

After all, the problem of radical Christianity is – in the views of many – a non-factor here in America (“radical” here essentially means “violent” or “dangerous”). So, who are these villains that Stefanelli is so frustrated by? Radical Islam is certainly a fear in many places across the globe, but the way he speaks about it one would assume it’s knocking on his front door. In one of the most bizarre portion of his text, he writes:

The fact is that fundamentalist Christians and radical Muslims are not interested in coexisting or getting along.  They have no desire for peace. They do not want to sit down with us in diplomatic efforts to iron out our differences and come to an agreement on developing an integrated society.

They want us to die.

He then claims that radical interpretations of the Bible and the Koran require that believers “kill the infidel,” but he provides no evidence that Christians here in America are seeking to do anything along those lines.

He encourages “mainstream believers” within both faiths to be “intolerant of fundamental Christianity and radical Islam.” Based on his writings it seems Stefanelli also takes issue with atheists and non-believers who are content accepting the beliefs of those he finds so unintellectual and radical.

It doesn’t take long for Stefanelli to take aim at conservative media and political leaders (including Glenn Beck), either. He writes:

The atheist community gets angry when we read about the antics of idiotic, ignorant and imbicillic [spelling his] politicians and celebrities like Palin, Bachmann, Beck, Limbaugh, Pawlenty and Santorum. We post our thoughts on our social networks and our blogs and try to expose these creeps for exactly what they are.  Most of the GOP, just about all of the Tea Party movement and even some Democrats and Independents should be ashamed of themselves for going out in public wearing the equivalent of an intellectual diaper.  We criticize them for their rejection of science in favor of their fairy tales and write our letters and support our advocate organizations when our legal rights are abrogated.

He quickly turned up the volatility, continuing:

But the underbelly of fundamentalist Christianity and radical Islam does not operate in the legal system. They don’t respond to lawsuits, letters, amicus briefs or other grass-roots campaigns and they must, must, must be eradicated.

Considering his group’s involvement in fighting Christians and conservatives on a variety of issues, one wonders what, exactly, he means by “eradicated.” Also, the fact that he laments believers refusal to cower to lawsuits and the like seems to show that his beliefs are rooted in a stance against a more general, non-radical American Christianity.

American Atheists most recently launched a legal complaint against a steel cross that was found at Ground Zero following the September 11 attacks (here’s a post Stefanelli wrote on the matter). According to the group (the same organization that coordinated July 4 plane banners in cities across the nation), the cross’ inclusion in the 9/11 Memorial and Museum constitutes an “impermissible mingling of church and state.”

Voters reject immorality in NY

Public Advocate Banner

Voters in the 9th Congressional District in New York City have broken free from the pro-homosexual Democrat Plantation!

On Tuesday, they chose a socially conservative, Pro-Family congressman.

Let me tell you, I am just about to burst with excitement.

Momentum has been slowly building among Americans in support of the Family, and the effects are really starting to show.

The media is going to put a lot of spin on this, trying to explain the vote as insignificant.

But the truth is, this election was a referendum on morality in politics.

This election and the events leading up to it were an incredible renunciation of the anti-morality Agenda.

For almost 80 years straight, the Democrats have held this seat, without a single interruption.

It was only a few months ago that Rep. Anthony Weiner was forced to resign for sending lewd and disgusting messages to women.

Finally, the moral impoverishment of the anti-family establishment is abundantly clear, which I’ve been trying to expose for years.

And now the voters have rejected a Democrat candidate because of his immorality.

This is just further proof that the majority of Americans do not support the anti-family agenda.

Public Advocate has worked tirelessly to rally support in New York and across the country to stand for traditional values and moral decency.

Americans are waking up to the real nature of the anti-moral agenda and they are saying NO!

Hopefully, it will not be long before New Yorkers are voting to repeal Homosexual Marriage and other assaults on our values.

America is a nation built upon morality and the family, and your Public Advocate is on the frontlines everyday reminding our elected officials that we expect to take that stand.

We have to keep up the pressure.  Your support is absolutely vital to the work Public Advocate is doing.

This is only one victory in a sea of defeats, but this is proof that the radical Homosexual Lobby can be beaten.

We can win if we simply refuse to give up!

It is going to be a long and painful fight and it will take every ounce of support Pro-Family Americans can contribute for us to succeed.

For the Family,

Eugene Delgaudio

Praying in Paris streets outlawed

Praying in the streets of Paris is against the law starting Friday, after the
interior minister warned that police will use force if Muslims, and those of
any other faith, disobey the new rule to keep the French capital's public
spaces secular.

Claude Guéant said that ban could later be extended to the rest of France,
in particular to the Mediterranean cities of Nice and Marseilles, where "the
problem persists".

He promised the new legislation would be followed to the letter as it "hurts
the sensitivities of many of our fellow citizens".

"My vigilance will be unflinching for the law to be applied. Praying in
the street is not dignified for religious practice and violates the
principles of secularism, the minister told Le Figaro newspaper.

"All Muslim leaders are in agreement," he insisted.

In December when Marine Le Pen, then leader-in-waiting of the far-Right
National Front, sparked outrage by likening
the practice to the Nazi occupation of Paris in the Second World War
"without
the tanks or soldiers". She said it was a "political act of
fundamentalists".

More than half of right-wing sympathisers in France agreed with Marine Le Pen,
at least one poll suggested.

Nicolas Sarkozy's party denounced the comments, but the President called for a
debate on Islam and secularism and went on to say that multiculturalism had
failed in France.

Following the debate, Mr Guéant promised a countrywide ban "within
months", saying the "street is for driving in, not praying".

In April, a ban on wearing the full Islamic veil came into force. Holland
today became the third European country to ban the burka, after Belgium,
despite the fact fewer than 100 Dutch women are thought to wear the
face-covering Islamic dress.

Yesterday, Mr Guéant said the prayer problem was limited to two roads in the
Goutte d'Or district of Paris's eastern 19th arrondissement, where "more
than a thousand" people blocked the street every Friday.

However, a stroll through several districts in Paris on a Friday suggests that
Muslims spill into the streets outside many mosques.

Under an agreement signed this week, believers will be able to use the
premises of a vast nearby fire station while awaiting the construction of a
bigger mosque.

"We could go as far as using force if necessary (to impose the ban), but
it's a scenario I don't believe will happen, as dialogue (with local
religious leaders) has born fruit," he said.

Sheikh Mohamed salah Hamza, in charge of one of the Parisian mosques which
regularly overflows, said he would obey the new law, but complained: "We
are not cattle" and that he was "not entirely satisfied" with
the new location. He said he feared many believers would continue to prefer
going to the smaller mosque.

Public funding of places of religious worship is banned under a 1905 law
separating church and state. Mr Guéant said that there were 2,000 mosques in
France with half being built in the past ten years.

France has Europe's largest Muslim population, with an estimated five million
in total.

House probing $528M loan to failed solar company

House probing $528M loan to failed solar company

FILE - In this Aug. 31, 2011, file photo, Solyndra workers leave Solyndra in Fremont, …

WASHINGTON (AP) — House Republicans on Wednesday questioned whether the White House rushed approval of a government loan guarantee for a solar panel manufacturer before a review was complete. The company has since filed for bankruptcy, leaving taxpayers on the hook for the $528 million loan.

Solyndra Inc. was a major presence in Washington and spent millions lobbying the federal government, particularly about the Energy Department's loan guarantee program. Its executives raised thousands of dollars for President Barack Obama and Democrats. Obama visited its Fremont, Calif., headquarters to highlight the kind of renewable energy companies worthy of economic stimulus money.

The congressional panel examining the loan disclosed emails that appeared to show senior staff at the Office of Management and Budget chafing about having to conduct "rushed approvals" of federal loan guarantees designed to help jumpstart the nation's renewable energy industry.

GOP lawmakers said a groundbreaking for Solyndra featuring Vice President Joe Biden was scheduled for September 2009, even before the Department of Energy had submitted its final paperwork on the terms of the OMB loan.

"We would prefer to have sufficient time to do our due diligence reviews and have the approval set the date for the announcement rather than the other way around," said one of the emails from unnamed OMB aide to Biden's office.

Obama cited Solyndra as an example of how the economic stimulus bill would create jobs. But the company has since filed for bankruptcy and laid off 1,100 workers, saying it couldn't compete with foreign manufacturers of solar panels.

Shortly after the filing, FBI officials raided the company's headquarters. The company said the FBI was seeking records on the loans.

Documents reviewed by The Associated Press show Solyndra spent nearly $2 million lobbying the federal government during the last four years, including on provisions of the Energy Department's loan program just months before White House officials urged that the funds be approved.

In the first quarter of 2009, Solyndra paid McBee Strategic Consulting $20,000 to lobby on issues "related to (the Energy Department's) loan guarantee program," records show, and it paid $30,000 in early 2008 to Dutko Worldwide to handle Solyndra's loan application.

Republican lawmakers on the House Energy and Commerce Committee's investigations panel are questioning why there was a rush to approve the loan and whether the entire loan guarantee program is warranted. "Our investigation raises several questions about whether the administration did everything it could to protect taxpayer dollars," said the committee's chairman, Rep. Fred Upton of Michigan.

White House spokesman Jay Carney said the emails don't suggest that the White House was pushing for the loan to be made.

"What the emails make clear is there was urgency to make a decision on a scheduling matter. It is a big proposition to move the president or to put on an event and that sort of thing so people were simply looking for answers about whether or not people could move forward," Carney told reporters at the White House.

"It had nothing to — and there is no evidence to the contrary — nothing to do with anything besides the need to get an answer to make a scheduling decision," he said.

The Obama administration and Democratic lawmakers have aggressively sought to invest in renewable energy projects as a way to create jobs and to reduce the nation's reliance on oil. They note that other countries are also investing heavily in solar and that the race for solar manufacturing jobs is worth winning because the global market is going to be worth trillions of dollars.

The Solyndra fallout comes at an embarrassing time for the White House, while Obama is traveling the country promoting his jobs plan, which includes more investments in renewable energy.

The subcommittee has been investigating Solyndra for nearly six months as it began to have financial troubles.

An AP review of Federal Election Commission records shows Solyndra executives have given to both Obama and Democratic-aligned groups. Ben Bierman, Solyndra's executive vice president, and Karen Alter, the firm's marketing vice president, contributed more than $3,500 to Obama's campaign. And one of the company's investors, George Kaiser, was a "bundler" for Obama's 2008 campaign, raising between $50,000 and $100,000 for the president, records show.

Democrats on the Energy and Commerce Committee had questioned the basis of the Solyndra investigation and in July had voted against issuing subpoenas for documents from OMB. But after the bankruptcy and FBI raid, Democratic Rep. Diana DeGette, D-Colo., described the loan Wednesday as a "debacle."

But Democrats also argued that it's not clear whether the company's financial woes were just a result of unforeseen market conditions or sloppy vetting or corporate malfeasance.

Democrats also said that failure to invest in the U.S. solar industry would amount to an economic death sentence that would allow other nations to dominate a growing business.

"If you live in reality, you know the world cannot continue its dependence on fossil fuels and that we are in danger of losing this industry to our competitors, especially China," said Rep. Henry Waxman, D-Calif.

Federal officials told lawmakers that Solyndra went through three years of review, beginning with the Bush administration, before any taxpayer money was put at risk. Jonathan Silver, executive director of the Energy Department's loan program's office, said that the company was well positioned to succeed in 2009.

But Chinese companies have flooded the market with inexpensive panels, and Europe's economy weakened demand from customers. The result has been an unprecedented drop in solar cell prices this year.

Silver said the loan guarantee program is about giving U.S. companies the tools they need to succeed in the world marketplace, and one of those tools, as other countries have learned, is low-cost financing.

"This isn't picking winners and losers. It is helping ensure that we have winners here at all," Silver said.

But GOP officials disputed that the Bush administration was willing to go along with a loan guarantee for Solyndra, noting that a Department of Energy committee voted against offering a conditional commitment to Solyndra in January 2009. The committee said the deal was premature and questioned its underlying financial support, said Rep. Cliff Stearns of Florida, chairman of the House energy panel.

Two Solyndra executives were asked to testify Wednesday but are now expected to appear next week.

Under a loan guarantee, the government will cover a loan in the event of a default. Normally, private banks provide the loans, but in this case, Solyndra borrowed the money from the Federal Financing Bank. The government guaranteed up to $535 million in loans, and Solyndra's bankruptcy filings showed that it has received almost $528 million in federal loans.

Clergy Sex Abuse Victims File International Court Case Against Pope (VIDEO)

MIKE CORDER and RACHEL ZOLL

THE HAGUE, Netherlands — Clergy sex abuse victims upset that no high-ranking Roman Catholic leaders have been prosecuted for sheltering guilty priests have turned to the International Criminal Court, seeking an investigation of the pope and top Vatican cardinals for possible crimes against humanity. The Vatican called the move a "ludicrous publicity stunt."

The Center for Constitutional Rights, a New York-based nonprofit legal group, requested the inquiry Tuesday on behalf of the U.S.-based Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests, arguing that the global church has maintained a "long-standing and pervasive system of sexual violence" despite promises to swiftly oust predators.

The Vatican's U.S. lawyer, Jeffrey Lena, called the complaint a "ludicrous publicity stunt and a misuse of international judicial processes" in a statement to The Associated Press.

The complaint names Pope Benedict XVI, partly in his former role as leader of the Vatican's Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, which in 2001 explicitly gained responsibility for overseeing abuse cases; Cardinal William Levada, who now leads that office; Cardinal Angelo Sodano, the Vatican secretary of state under Pope John Paul II; and Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone, who now holds that post.

Attorneys for the victims say rape, sexual violence and torture are considered a crime against humanity as described in the international treaty that spells out the court's mandate. The complaint also accuses Vatican officials of creating policies that perpetuated the damage, constituting an attack against a civilian population.

Barbara Blaine, president of the Survivors Network, said going to the court was a last resort.

"We have tried everything we could think of to get them to stop and they won't," she told The Associated Press. "If the pope wanted to, he could take dramatic action at any time that would help protect children today and in the future, and he refuses to take the action."

The odds against the court opening an investigation are enormous. The prosecutor has received nearly 9,000 independent proposals for inquiries since 2002, when the court was created as the world's only permanent war crimes tribunal, and has never opened a formal investigation based solely on such a request.

Instead, prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo has investigated crimes such as genocide, murder, rape and conscripting child soldiers in conflicts from Darfur to this year's violence in Libya. Such cases have been referred to the court by the countries where the atrocities were perpetrated or by the U.N. Security Council.

Also, the Holy See is not a member state of the court, meaning prosecutors have no automatic jurisdiction there, although the complaint covers alleged abuse in countries around the world, many of which do recognize the court's jurisdiction.

"Politically, people do not want to look at this," said Center for Constitutional Rights attorney Pam Spees before walking to the court with victims to hand prosecutors boxes full of documents.

But Spees conceded she was "not hopeful" the court would launch an investigation.

The prosecutor's office said in a statement the evidence would be studied. "We first have to analyze whether the alleged crimes fall under the Court's jurisdiction," it said.

Attorneys for the Survivors Network argued that no other national entity exists that will prosecute high-level Vatican officials who failed to protect children.

In the U.S., no Roman Catholic bishop has been criminally charged for keeping accused clergy in parish jobs without warning parents or police. Within the church, only the pope can discipline bishops. The few who have been publicly punished by the Vatican have been sanctioned for molesting children, not for negligence in supervising priests.

"When a church has been left to its own devices it does nothing. It wouldn't even have the reforms it has now if these cases hadn't begun to bubble up and erupt in the public outside the confines of what the church can control," said Spees.

The Survivors Network and victims are pursuing the case as the abuse scandal, once dismissed as an American problem by the Vatican, intensifies around the world. Thousands of people have come forward in Ireland, Germany and elsewhere with reports of abusive priests, bishops who covered up for them and Vatican officials who moved so slowly to respond that molesters often stayed on the job for decades.

Vatican officials and church leaders elsewhere have apologized repeatedly, clarified or toughened church policies on ousting abusers and, in the U.S. alone, paid out nearly $3 billion in settlements to victims and removed hundreds of priests. Bishops insist they fully grasp the devastation that molestation causes to victims and the limits that dioceses must impose on abusive clergy.

However, the scandal is far from resolved.

The Vatican is fighting on multiple legal fronts in the U.S. against lawsuits alleging the Holy See is liable for abusive priests. Just last month, the Vatican was forced to turn over internal personnel files of an abusive priest to lawyers representing a victim in Oregon.

Those prosecutions also could form an impediment to the ICC taking the case. The tribunal is a court of last resort, meaning it will only take cases where legal authorities elsewhere are unwilling or unable to prosecute.

Also, the court doesn't investigate crimes that occurred before its 2002 creation. A study commissioned by the U.S. bishops from the John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York found abuse claims had peaked in the 1970s, then began declining sharply in 1985, as the bishops and society in general gained awareness of the problem.

But Blaine said the abuse continues and she wants church leaders to face justice.

"These priests and church officials live by some other law," she said. "Somehow they're not held accountable like every other citizen of a nation. That would be horrific in and of itself but what must end is shattering the innocence of even one more child."

Cuba: Evangelical Pastor, Braulio Herrera, Holes Up In Church With Worshippers

Cuba Church

HAVANA — An evangelical pastor and 60 worshippers holed up in a Havana church for more than three weeks under the watchful eye of police said Tuesday they are conducting a religious retreat and denied reports they are doomsday watchers or dissident agitators.

Cuba's government said that none of the evangelicals are there against their will and that police surrounded the church to prevent any incidents after family members expressed worries about loved ones on the inside, including four pregnant women and 19 minors.

William Herrera, the son and spokesman of pastor Braulio Herrera, told The Associated Press by phone from inside the temple that the group has been conducting a regular spiritual retreat since Aug. 21 that aims to "liberate Cuba from sins."

"God told us to pray morning, noon and night. ... We want a new Cuba free of sin," he said. "But this should not be misinterpreted – we do not have anything to do with politics."

A medical team entered to verify that the worshippers were in good health and warned the pregnant women a prolonged stay would be dangerous; authorities also expressed concern that the children were missing the beginning of the school year.

A government note published Tuesday in state media said officials were trying to resolve the situation, and that authorities had no involvement in its root cause. It said church officials dismissed Braulio Herrera from his post more than a year ago for internal reasons it did not explain.

William Herrera dismissed media accounts that the church was anticipating the end of the world, predicting a catastrophic tsunami or pressing for political change on the communist-run island.

"Those people have bad intentions and are trying to ruin this moment," he said.

Following the Cuban Revolution in 1959, many clergy were expelled and religious schools closed under an officially atheist state. But church-state tensions eased in the early 1990s when the government removed references to atheism from the constitution and let believers of all faiths join the Communist Party.

E-Verify 'flags' Obama's Social Security Number 'likely fraudulent'

E-Verify 'flags' Obama's Social Security Number

System crunches prez's data, determines 'likely fraudulent'

By Jerome R. Corsi

Over the past few years, the E-Verify system has received national attention because of its ability to determine if prospective employees are illegal immigrants who have entered the United States without the legal authority to work.

By flagging fraudulent documents, including faked Social Security Numbers, the E-Verify system can assist an employer in the effort to make sure all prospective hires have authentic identification papers, including valid Social Security Numbers, issued to them and not to someone else.

Now WND has obtained a copy of an affidavit from Linda Jordan, a private citizen who entered Obama's Social Security Number into the "Self Check" section of the E-Verify website, only to find out that Obama's Social Security Number was flagged by E-Verify as likely being fraudulent.

The document:

Jordan told WND she is a wife, mother and homemaker. She described herself as "an average citizen with reasonable research skills."

She said she became concerned when she realized that Congress was not willing to investigate issues concerning Obama's identity, including whether or not he currently is using a fraudulent Social Security Number, and that federal law enforcement authorities also were doing nothing.

"Between October 2008 and May 2011, I submitted several requests to agencies and people with the legal responsibility and authority to investigate the use of forged documents and election fraud, concerning Obama's birth records and Social Security Number," she stated in her affidavit. "To date no one with the legal responsibility and authority has responded to any of these requests."

Jordan told WND she finally decided to investigate Obama on her own initiative.

"I did my own research and I found allegations that Obama was using a fraudulent Social Security Number and that his birth certificate had been forged were more than credible," she said. "Then I saw many brave people putting their reputations on the line to get the truth concerning Obama, including military officers like Lt. Col. Terry Lakin, and I decided I could no longer just sit back and watch."

Jordan finally decided to take matters in her own hand.

"I considered myself to be one of the employers of the president of the United States," she said, "so I decided to sign up for E-Verify and see if I could determine whether or not I could find out something about his true identity."

In May 2010, WND reported two private investigators working independently were asking why President Obama was using a Social Security Number set aside for applicants in Connecticut while there is no record he ever had a mailing address in that state.

In addition, the records indicate the Social Security Number Barack Obama is using was issued between 1977 and 1979, yet Obama's earliest employment reportedly was in 1975 at an ice cream shop in Hawaii.

E-Verify reports suspected fraud

As seen in Exhibit 1, after Jordan entered Obama's Social Security Number into the E-Verify Self Check, the system indicated Obama's Social Security Number produced a mismatch that warranted a visit to the Social Security Administration to investigate the discrepancy.

Exhibit 1, E-Verify notification of 'mismatch' in Obama Social Security Number self check

More detailed analysis of Exhibit 1 shows the checked reason for the mismatch notice was: "SSA record does not verify. Other reason. SSA found a discrepancy in the record."

Exhibit 2 shows a Social Security Online page that indicates the response "SSA record does not verify, other reason" is to be interpreted as "Special indicator present," with the reference to three E-Verify sections.

Exhibit 2, Social Security Online page explaining response "SSA record does not verify, other reason."

Further research revealed that the SSA adds "Special Indicator codes" to identify Social Security Numbers that individuals obtained fraudulently.

According to an audit report authored by the Office of the Inspector General, Social Security Administration, titled "Effectiveness of Special Indicator Codes on the Social Security Administrations Numident File," dated August 2008, there were 9 special indicator codes as of November 2008:

  1. False Identity

  2. Noncitizen Not in Status

  3. Multiple SSNs with Different Identities

  4. Scrambled Earnings with New SSN Assigned

  5. SSN Obtained Using Fraudulent Documentation

  6. SSN Assignment Based on Harassment/Abuse/Life Endangerment

  7. Fictitious Identity

  8. Fraud – OIG Investigated

  9. Fraud SSN Misuse

"Eight of the Special Indicators have to do with fraud of some kind," Jordan said. "It looks to me like the SSN Obama is using has been flagged with a Special Indicator suggesting fraud."

WND's phone call to the media office of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigrations Services of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security went unanswered.

Whose Social Security Number is Obama using?

Exhibit 3, SSA verification that the Obama's Social Security Number (redacted above) was not issued to Obama

Yet, WND has independently verified that Obama is using the Social Security Number in question.

As seen in Exhibit 4, WND has further confirmed that Obama's Social Security Number links to Obama in the online records maintained by the Selective Service system; inserting Obama's Social Security Number into the online Selective Service search engine produces a valid Selective Service number identified with Obama.

Exhibit 4, Selective Service online search engine links Obama's Social Security Number to his Selective Service number

On Aug. 30, 2011, Judge Royce C. Lamberth, chief judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, granted summary judgment dismissing a federal lawsuit brought by Taitz, asking for FOIA disclosure of Obama's Social Security information.

Taitz had alleged Obama was engaged in Social Security identity fraud, using a Social Security Number that had not been issued to him; Lamberth ruled that privacy restrictions prevented the Social Security Administration from releasing the requested files, despite the fact Obama is a public figure.
