What was the very first human tongue?

Did you know that a poster of the new Europe portrays the ancient

Tower of Babel, with the slogan, "Many Tongues, One Voice"?



I was quietly pondering that when my wife Josephine asked, "What

was the very first human tongue?



I looked up. "You mean, what was the very first human language?"



"Yes," she replied. "Or do you have any idea what is our closest

modern language to the original, First Tongue?"



A fascinating question, don't you think?



Would you like to know?



As an archaeologist, I believe the answer has now been discovered.



Out in the remote canyons of the Pergatoire River, just south of

La Junta, Colorado, researcher Gary Vey was examining some very

old petroglyphics.



The amazing thing was that these ancient alphabetic symbols were

virtually identical to others found in the Negev desert of Israel,

in South Australia, in Yemen, in Chile and in the British Isles!



On six continents, the ancient language symbols were virtually the

same.



After numerous deciphering attempts, translations were eventually

made with success through an old Hebrew dialect.



The Colorado alphabet consisted of 22 basic, distinct geometric

shapes and some variations. Vey  has termed it “The First Tongue”.



Translations of similar petroglyphs by another team in Australia

proved that they originated with the same root culture and ascribed

to the same rules of grammar and symbols.



Likewise with the petroglyphs in Israel’s Negev desert, documented

by Dr James Harris, during the Harvard expedition in 1994.



These, along with those on other continents, hinted at an original

common language.



ONLY ONE GLOBAL LANGUAGE AT FIRST



If we were to trace the footsteps of the first migration wave, we

would discover that it has left its traces in just ONE UNIVERSAL

LANGUAGE.



This fact that the whole world once spoke the same language survives

in the racial memory of many peoples.



A fragmentary Sumerian tablet copied by the Oxford cuneiformist

Oliver Gurney speaks of a time when “the whole universe” spoke “in

one tongue.”



The epic myth of Enmerker and the Lord of Araita, published by

Professor S.N. Kramer, of the University of Pennsylvania, records

that all mankind spoke one and the same language until Enki, the

Sumerian god of wisdom, confounded their speech.



The idea that there was a time when all men spoke the same language

is found also in ancient Egyptian and Indian writings.



Likewise, the Popul Vuh, a book of the Central American Maya,

records that “those who gazed at the rising of the sun [the ancestors

who formerly lived eastward of the Americas]… had but one language…

before going west.”



These testimonies support the biblical book of Genesis statement

that “all the earth was of one language, and of one speech.”

(Genesis 11:1)



SUDDEN CONFUSION OF LANGUAGES



Numerous ancient traditions concur that:

(a)     Everyone spoke a single language at first.

(b)     The various languages did not arise capriciously,

independently.

(c)     In a single dramatic event the one original language became

suddenly confused.

(d)    Then from one central point the people were scattered to the

ends of the earth.



Interestingly, all three branches of the human race recall this.



Various peoples, such as the Mexicans, the Chaldeans, the Hindus, the

Greeks, the Chiapa of the Americas, Australian Aboriginal tribes, and

the Fijians, to name a few, were discovered with a tradition concerning

this event in which each tribe received a new language.



So evidently, this is not just some biblical fairytale. This ancient

event has been burnt into the racial memory of mankind as a whole.



LANGUAGE DID NOT JUST "EVOLVE"



Were you aware that no society is known at any point in history which

did not have a fully developed language?  (“Encyclopaedia Brittanica”,

15th ed., Macrop., vol.19, p.1033).



We find NO EVIDENCE for any kind of evolutionary development of

language. The fact is, evolution cannot in any meaningful manner account

for one language, much less hundreds of languages.



In any case, who had time to formulate grammar when we were all supposedly

running around simply trying to survive the next few minutes of life?



I have lived with jungle savages. And did you know that the most primitive

tribes possess the most sophisticated languages?



THE FIRST RELIGION?



Would you like to know what the original religion of planet earth was? Or

what is the closest modern day religion to the original?



Here, again, archaeology comes to the rescue.



IS THE “ONE GOD" IDEA THE RESULT OF EVOLUTION?



Have you ever heard it said that religion just evolved? Or that man's

thinking has evolved gradually from magic, to religion, to science?



That from an initial primitive worship of many gods, religion evolved to

the idea of just one God (monotheism)?



Has anyone ever told you that?



Let's face it, you'll here it today in many places of learning.



Well, we’ve been had! And all so as to get the evolution

theory accepted.



Well, wouldn't you rather know the truth? Then here it is.



There is not a shred of evidence for this supposed progression from

magic, to religion, to science.



On the contrary, archaeology shows us there was science from the very

start of human presence on earth.



That’s the opposite from what the evolution theory predicted.



SAME CULTURE AND SAME RELIGION ORIGINALLY



So what is the truth about religion?



Well, you’ll recall that  researchers on six continents have been

discovering script in mankind’s “First Tongue”.



And that the content of the translations, although not complete,

suggests a single culture and religious belief system, worldwide.



MONOTHEISM AT FIRST



But the evidence goes further than that.



Two common petroglyphs represent the names of deity - “EL” and “YAH”.

“EL” represents the abstract form of deity - that which cannot be

comprehended by man, while “YAH” is the Creator.



Both concepts represent a single deity - One God - but recognise the

aspects of “knowable” and “unknowable” deity.



A successful translation has been made of the entire top row of the

Colorado inscriptions, reading, “YARE HA EL”, or “PRAISE THE LORD”.



This indicates a monotheistic religious belief at that early time when

there was still a global language.



It hints at an original faith inherited from the earliest ancestors.



The evidence shows that MONOtheism lay at the root of all religions.

And this continued until shortly after 2000 BC – when monotheism began

to degenerate into pantheism, polytheism and animism.



Careful archaeologists and historians (Horn, Faber, Rawlinson, Waddell

and Budge, to name a few) insist, from their discoveries, that the

earliest Sumerians, Iranians, Phoenicians, Egyptians and Indians were

monotheists.



Those early civilizations recognised supremely one only God.



They knew also that there was an original prophecy that although man

had messed up himself and the planet, and could not get himself out of

the mess, the Creator would ultimately send a Rescuer to cure all ills.



ALL NATIONS AWAITED HIM



This, the world’s oldest prophecy, which our first parents claimed was

given to them, was handed down to all their descendants - the prophecy

of a coming Deliverer, no less.



Among the ancient Babylonians, Persians, Chinese, Hindus, Germans,

British, Romans, Egyptians and others, there was an expectation that

this Great One was coming to cure all ills.



The Roman historian Tacitus refers to this expectation among the

nations. (Tacitus, Histories, v.13. Suetonius, “Vespasian, iv)



Dupuis, in L’Origine des Cultus, has collected a vast number of

traditions prevalent in all nations concerning a divine person, born

of a virgin  - that is, without an earthly father.



He would come from heaven for the purpose of delivering mankind. He

would lay down his life once for all, but rising to life again would

ultimately bring a new world.



This prophecy appears to be as old as the human race.



Notice how an ancient poet contemplated this prophecy:



*A golden progeny from heaven descends,

O chaste Lucinda! speed the mother’s pains,

And haste the glorious birth!

...virtue shall restore,

And crimes shall threat the guilty world no more...

The warring nations he in peace shall bind,

And with paternal virtues rule mankind.



And here are the words of another poet of old:



* Hail, great Physician of the world! all hail!

Hail, mighty Infant, who, in years to come,

Shall heal the nations and defraud the tomb!...

Thy daring art shall animate the dead,

And draw the thunder on Thy guilty head;

For Thou shalt die, but from the dark abode

Rise up victorious, and be twice a God!



* The Babylonians and Persians expected a king-redeemer and

hero-sage, who would establish a new age of happiness.



* The Chinese also believed that a great wise man would appear.



* The Hindus believed that the supreme God would reveal himself to

humans and that ultimately would come a new world.



* The ancient Germans looked forward to the renewal of the present

world.



* The Druids of Britain expected the coming of the “Curer of all

ills."



* Likewise, in the earliest Egyptian texts are found prophecies

proclaiming the coming of this Savior of the human race - prophecies

that were already ancient.



In these Egyptian texts we are brought face to face with prophecies

concerning a Messiah who was to come.



It was held that “the teacher awaited since the creation of the world”

had not yet been manifested on earth. His coming was to end in his

sacrifice and bring about the regeneration of mankind.



The ancient Egyptian messianic prophecies refer to the Messiah as “The

Lord of Death and Resurrection”.



In course of time these prophecies of the Messiah became paganised by the

substitution of Osiris (the god of Vegetational Decay and Regeneration)

and other deities.



Osiris then usurped the attributes and functions of the promised Messiah

that had been known in earlier Egyptian prophecy.



Only in the late Egyptian literature (from late in the 18th and early in

the 19th Dynasty) did Osiris and other gods usurp the functions and

attributes of the Promised One.



That was after religious degeneration had set in well and truly.



But originally, the position of Osiris was not messianic. Osiris was at

first no more than an allegorical figurehead, a patron of corn, a

personification of the agricultural seasons. (Stewart The Witness of the

Great Pyramid, 1928, pp. 64,65)



Much, much later he became “a god who had been originally a mortal and

had risen from the dead.”  (E.A. Wallis Budge, The Book of the Dead.

London: British Museum Publications, 1920)



And only then were the added attributes of the Promised One given to him.



Noted archaeologist Professor Budge points out:



"The beliefs which were conceived by the Egyptians in their lowest states

of civilization were mingled with those which reveal the existence of high

spiritual conceptions [at first]." (Budge The Gods of the Egyptians, 1969

Vol. I, p.32)



PURER FAITH AT THE BEGINNING



Although modern Hinduism recognises a multitude of gods (possessing

different influences on human affairs), yet the Indian sacred books

show that originally it had been far otherwise.



Speaking of the Supreme God (known in their language as Brahm):



* Of Him whose glory is so great, there is no image. (Veda)

* [He] illumines all, delights all, whence all proceeded; that by

which they live when born, and that to which all must return.

(Veda)

* He whom the mind alone can perceive; whose essence eludes the

external organs, who has no visible parts, who exists from eternity….

The soul of all beings, whom no being can comprehend. (Institutes of

Menu)



In these passages there is a trace of pantheism beginning to emerge,

but the very language employed bears testimony to the existence among

the Hindus at one period of a far purer faith.



Brahm (the one infinite and eternal God) is just the original Hebrew

Rahm – with the ‘b’ prefixed, which is very frequent in Sanscrit words

derived from Hebrew or Chaldee.



The Hebrew Rahm means “the merciful, or compassionate One”. But Rahm

also means “the Womb”, or “the Bowels” as the seat of compassion.



Now we find such language applied to Brahm, as cannot be accounted for,

except by realising that Brahm had the very same meaning as the Hebrew

Rahm.



Thus we find the god Krishna, in one of the Hindu sacred books (when

asserting his high dignity as a divinity, and his identity with the

Supreme) using these words:



“The great Brahm is my Womb, and in it I place my foetus, and from it

is the procreation of all nature. The great Brahm is the Womb of all

the various forms which are conceived in every natural womb.”



It is very clear that Brahm comes from Rahm which means Womb or

Merciful One. Brahm is just the same as Er-Rahman (“the all-merciful

One”), a title applied by the Turks to the Most High.



Thus the Hindus, despite the deterioration of understanding seen today,

once knew the Creator as “the God of mercy”, that is, “a just God and

a rescuer”.



He was also called in India “the victim-man”. (And among the Buddhists

he was commonly addressed as “Savior of the world”. (Mahawanso, xxxi

“apud”. Pococke’s India in Greece, p. 185)



Furthermore, the meaning of Deva (the generic name for “God” in India)

is similar. Deva originally came from the Chaldean Thav (“Good”).



Thav is also legitimately pronounced Thev and in the emphatic form is

Theva or Thevo (“the Good”). “Th” is frequently pronounced “Dh”. Hence

Deva.



The “v” is frequently dropped (just as “novus” in Latin is “neos” in

Greek). Dheva, or Theva, or Thevo becomes Deva. It also becomes Deo or

Devs” (“God” in Latin) and Theos (“God” in Greek), or Theo-s or Thevo-s.



This reflects the passage in the Bible that says, “There is none good

but One, that is God [Theos – the Good].” (Matthew 19:17)



GRADUAL INCREASE IN GODS



Ancient textual evidence shows that the trend was to increase the number

of gods as time passed, rather than decrease them. (Siegfried H. Horn,

Records of the Past Illuminate the Bible, 1975, p. 12)



It was only the later nations who were POLYtheists (worshipping many

gods).



As an example of how far this trend has developed over the past 4,000

years, it is calculated that today the Hindu religion has 600,000 gods.



Now, are you ready for this? The story is fascinating.



Something BIG occurred - and so earth-shaking, that highly civilized

people who believed in one great God - the Creator - radically changed

their thinking so as to venerate planets, cats, hawks, snakes and

beetles.



What spectacular event brought this about?



And how could an original, healthy, beneficent religious system

degenerate into practices such as human sacrifice?

Three arrested, accused of illegally feeding homeless

Orlando police say they violated a city ordinance restricting the feedings

Members of Orlando Food Not Bombs were arrested Wednesday when police said they violated a city ordinance by feeding the homeless in Lake Eola Park.

Jessica Cross, 24, Benjamin Markeson, 49, and Jonathan "Keith" McHenry, 54, were arrested at 6:10 p.m. on a charge of violating the ordinance restricting group feedings in public parks. McHenry is a co-founder of the international Food Not Bombs movement, which began in the early 1980s.

The group lost a court battle in April, clearing the way for the city to enforce the ordinance. It requires groups to obtain a permit and limits each group to two permits per year for each park within a 2-mile radius of City Hall.

Arrest papers state that Cross, Markeson and McHenry helped feed 40 people Wednesday night. The ordinance applies to feedings of more than 25 people.

"They intentionally violated the statute," said Lt. Barbara Jones, an Orlando police spokeswoman.

Police waited until everyone was served to make the arrests, said Douglas Coleman, speaking for Orlando Food Not Bombs.

"They basically carted them off to jail for feeding hungry people," said Coleman, who was not present. "For them to regulate a time and place for free speech and to share food, that is unacceptable."

Orlando Food Not Bombs has been feeding the homeless breakfast on Mondays for several years and dinner on Wednesdays for five years.

Police had not enforced the ordinance while the court battle continued. The U.S. District Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit in Atlanta ruled that city rules regulating how often large groups of people can be fed in a park do not violate the Constitution.

The penalty for violating Orlando's ordinance is 60 days in jail, a $500 fine or both.

Arrest documents state that Orlando Food Not Bombs received permits and fed more than 25 homeless people at Lake Eola Park on May 18 and 23. Coleman said the group rejected the permits.

On May 25, Orlando Food Not Bombs illegally fed a large group of homeless people, the police report states. The group on its website called for members to show up that day and defy the city ordinance, according to the report.

Officers said they found a press release on Markeson when they arrested him stating that group members planned to defy the ordinance Wednesday.

Bail was set at $250 for each person arrested. Cross and Markeson were released from jail early

Thursday. McHenry wants to stay in jail and let the legal process take its course, Coleman said.

BERLIN – The number of people hit by a massive European outbreak of foodborne bacterial infections is one third higher than previously known and a stunningly high number of patients suffer from a potentially deadly complication than can shut down their kidneys, officials said Wednesday.

The death toll rose to 17, with German authorities reporting that an 84-year-old woman with the complication had died on Sunday.

Medical authorities appeared no closer to discovering either the source of the infection or the mystery at the heart of the outbreak: why the unusual strain of the E. coli bacteria appears to be causing so many cases of hemolytic uremic syndrome, which attacks the kidneys and can cause seizures, strokes and comas.

"This particular strain we're dealing with now seems to be unique," said Dr. Hilde Kruse, program manager for food safety at WHO Europe:

Germany's national health agency said 1,534 people in the country had been infected by EHEC, a particularly deadly strain of the common bacteria found in the digestive systems of cows, humans and other mammals. The Robert Koch Institute had reported 1,169 a day earlier.

The outbreak has hit at least nine European countries but virtually all of the sick people either live in Germany or recently traveled there.

The Robert Koch Institute said 470 people in Germany were suffering from hemolytic uremic syndrome, or HUS, a number that independent experts called unprecedented in modern medical history. HUS normally occurs in 10 percent of EHEC infections, meaning the number seen in Germany could be expected in an outbreak three times the size being currently reported.

That discrepancy could indicate that a vast number of cases haven't been reported because their symptoms are relatively mild, medical experts said.

But they also offered another, more disturbing theory — the strain of EHEC causing the outbreak in Europe could be more dangerous than any previously seen.

"There may well be a great number of asymptomatic cases out there that we're missing. This could be a much bigger outbreak than we realize right now," said Paul Hunter, a professor of health protection at the University of East Anglia in England. "There might also be something genetically different about this particular strain of E. coli that makes it more virulent."

There are hundreds of different E. coli strains in the environment — every person naturally carries the bacteria — but only a very small percentage are dangerous.

German Agriculture Minister Ilse Aigner said scientists were working nonstop to find the source of the germ that is believed to have been spread in Europe on tainted vegetables — and where in the long journey from farm to grocery store the contamination occurred.

"Hundreds of tests have been done and the responsible agencies ... have determined that most of the patients who have been sickened ate cucumbers, tomatoes and leaf lettuce and primarily in northern Germany," Aigner said on ARD television. "The states that have conducted the tests must now follow back the delivery path to see how the cucumbers, or tomatoes or lettuce got here."

German authorities initially pointed to cucumbers from Spain after people in Hamburg fell ill after eating fresh produce. After tests of some 250 samples of vegetables from around the city, only the three cucumbers from Spain and one other of unknown origin tested positive for E. coli.

But further tests showed that those vegetables, while contaminated, did not cause the outbreak. Officials are still warning all Germans to avoid eating raw cucumbers, tomatoes or lettuce.

Some experts said it might be impossible to ever identify what caused the outbreak, as much of the tainted fresh produce may already have disappeared from markets.

"As in many foodborne disease outbreaks, the culprit may never be identified and the epidemic just fades away," said Brendan Wren, professor of pathogen molecular biology at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.

To identify which E. coli strain is responsible, scientists must grow the suspect bacteria in a laboratory, which can take up to two days. Once that's done, tests to characterize the strain may take another day or two and those tests can only be done in specialized labs.

"These are complicated molecular tests and it's not something you can do in one day," Hunter said.

In the Czech city of Brno, lab workers wearing white coats and latex gloves meticulously snipped hundreds of pieces off of cucumbers, peppers and other vegetables from Spain, Germany, the Netherlands and Denmark as well as eastern and central Europe to be tested before allowing them into the Czech market for sale.

"None of the samples has tested for the bacteria so far," said lab chief Pavel Alexa.

"It all takes up to four days to do the basic research to determine if a sample is suspicious," Alexa said. If the sample is suspicious, it takes days more to isolate the strain of E.coli responsible, he said.

Spanish officials said, meantime, that they were considering legal action after Europeans swore off Spanish produce in droves after the initial report. And in Germany, farmers' association president Gerd Sonnleitner said the call for people to avoid raw vegetables had cost local farmers an estimated euro30 million ($43 million) so far.

Germany typically sees a maximum of 50 to 60 annual cases of HUS, which has up to a 5 percent fatality rate according to the World Health Organization.

More than 60 percent of the EHEC cases in Germany have been women — 88 percent over the age of 20 — and nearly 90 percent of the HUS cases have been women over the age of 20.

Experts suspect the outbreak may be mainly striking women because they are the ones most likely to be eating fresh produce.

It remains unclear why most of those affected are adults and not children or the elderly, who are normally more susceptible to this illness, said Kruse, the food safety expert at the WHO.

"We should be open to whatever the investigation shows, but adult women are more likely to be exposed to vegetables than other populations," she said.

Last week, Reinhard Burger, head of the Robert Koch Institute, said it was also possible more women were affected because they were predominantly the ones handling food in the kitchen.

The World Health Organization said cases of the E. coli illness have been reported in nine European countries: Austria, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the U.K. All but two cases are either people in Germany, or people who had recently traveled to northern Germany, the organization said.

U.S. health officials say two people who had recently traveled to Hamburg and are now back in the United States have the bug. The agency did not say where in the U.S. the two travelers are, but said it is working with state health departments to learn more about the cases and identify others.

An American tourist who traveled to the Czech Republic from Germany was hospitalized in Prague, officials said.

In addition, Sweden has reported 15 cases of HUS, followed by Denmark with seven, the Netherlands with three, the U.K. with two and Spain with one, according to the European Center forc Disease Prevention and Control.

The Dutch Institute for Public Health and the Environment said that the five people in the Netherlands all recently visited Germany and four have serious kidney problems as well as stomach complaints.

It's "extraordinary" to see so many cases of the kidney complication from a foodborne illness, said Dr. Robert Tauxe, a foodborne disease expert at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. "There has not been such an outbreak before that we know of in the history of public health."

He added that the strain of E. coli in the European outbreak has not been seen in the United States, where there have been several high-profile foodborne outbreaks in recent years, but none with such a high death toll.

There's little precedent in Europe, either. In 1996, an E. coli outbreak in the United Kingdom caused 216 cases and 11 deaths.

The World Health Organization said 86 percent of those sickened in the current outbreak were adults, and two-thirds were women. It said it was unusual that more children weren't affected.

Criminal complaint charges Obama birth record 'forged'

22-page brief filed with FBI claims 'irrefutable proof' document a fraud

This is the first of three articles on the criminal complaint that scanner-expert Doug Vogt filed last week with the FBI.

An international expert on scanners and document-imaging software filed a 22-page criminal complaint with the FBI, charging that the long-form birth certificate released by the White House is criminally fraudulent.

"What the Obama administration released is a PDF image that they are trying to pass off as a Certificate of Live Birth Long Form printed on green security paper by the Hawaiian Health Department," Doug Vogt writes, "but this form is a created forgery."

Vogt's criminal complaint asserts: "I have irrefutably proven that the Certificate of Live Birth that President Obama presented to the world on April 27, 2011, is a fraudulently created document put together using the Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator programs, and the creation of this forgery of a public document constitutes a class B felony in Hawaii and multiple violations under U.S. Code section Title 18, Part 1, Chapter 47, Sec.1028, and therefore an impeachable offense."

When the Obama birth certificate "forgery" comes to the public's attention, Vogt continues, "It will surpass all previous scandals including the Watergate scandal of the Nixon administration."

Since 1993, Vogt has owned Archive Index Systems Inc., in Bellevue, Wash., a company that sells a wide variety of document scanners worldwide and develops document imaging software.

Before that, Vogt owned Nova Typesetting for 11 years.

Curved and non-curved lines of type

Vogt says that the curved surface on the left margin of the Obama birth certificate suggests the county employee who did the original scanning of the document did not take the individual page out of the binder.

"The result is that all the pages in that book display a parallax distorted image of the lines and type," he says.

He claims, however, that the information typed into the form does not curve like the printed text on the form itself.

As seen in Figure 1 below, the word "Sex" on the printed form curves into the binder, while the typed word "Male" does not, Vogt argues.

Vogt observes that the word "Sex" printed on the form slants more to the left than the typed-in word "Male" below it. He claims to have found another parallax problem in line 6c, "Name of Hospital or Institution."

The word "Name" printed on the form and the lines above and below drop down two pixels while the typed-in hospital name, "Kapiolani," does not, he says.

"The conclusion you must come to is that the typed-in form was superimposed over an existing original Certificate of Live Birth form," Vogt writes.

Vogt contends that the forger placed the typed-in text over the printed copy, creating a composite from a variety of original birth certificate forms.

"In fact, since I found some of the form headings scanned in as binary and grayscale, the form itself is a composite but the person who created it did not flatten the image of the blank form and save it as one file before they started placing the typewriter text on the composite form," he says. "The individual(s) who perpetrated this forgery could not evidently find a blank form in the clerk's imaging database, so they were forced to clean up existing forms and overlay the typewriter type we see here."

'Halo'

A "white-halo effect" around some of the printed and typed-in letters on the form convinced Vogt that the document was a forgery.

If the birth certificate were a scan, as the White House maintained, it should have been a grayscale image in which no haloing effect would be visible, he reasons

The next image is a color scan in which there is no halo effect, with the green color of the security paper touching the edge of the type:

Vogt's argument is that a grayscale scan or a color image scan, as seen above, can be converted to a black-and-white binary image.

However, the presence of grayscale and binary images on the same scan is a clear indication of document manipulation, he contends.

"The important thing to remember is that you cannot have grayscale and binary on the same scan unless the image is a composite," Vogt argues. "This means that different components of the whole image are made up of smaller parts."

What produced the white-halo effect?

"We know that all the original Certificates of Live Birth were microfilmed because we can see the Nordyke certificate (below) was microfilmed," he explains. "Then, some time after 2004, the paper original copies, in post binder books, were scanned using a commercial document scanner with a flat bed, scanned as grayscale images."

Vogt concludes that the forger was forced to convert the microfilmed images of original birth certificates to grayscale, as seen below,  before the originals could be used to form a composite.

Next, Vogt says, the forger converted the grayscale converted image to a binary image and placed it onto a background form image.

"The problem was that there were still image values for the pixels around the placed type," Vogt observes, "so when he/she placed the type image over the background and instructed the program to bring the type "forward" it blanked out the background image, hence the haloing effect around the type."

'Another smoking gun'

Finally, Vogt contends that the birth certificate released by the White House is loaded with binary and grayscale letters, "which is just another smoking gun that this form is a forgery."

Some of the lines and some of the boxes on the White House birth certificate were scanned using grayscale, but only some of the form headings and some of the letters were grayscale, he said.

Vogt produced the image below to illustrate his point:

Vogt explains:

You will notice the H and al in Hospital, and I in Institution. If and again the h and l in hospital were grayscale images, but the rest of the line is binary. The typewriter line below was scanned in as a binary image. I can also tell you for certainty that the form type was scanned in at a lower resolution (≤200 dpi). This is because of the size of the pixels on the letters were such that the openings on the a and s on the first line are not visible and filled in. This may also further indicate that forger took some of the type images from the microfilmed copies.

As another example of grayscale and binary type on the same line, Vogt selected the name "BARACK" from the form's box "1a," as show below:

"For some reason the 'R' is a grayscale image and the rest is binary," he writes. "That means the 'R' was originally on the form and the rest was not until it was added."

Vogt asks why the forger would leave some grayscale images in the form and not just erase the whole form.

He answer is that the forger needed to leave the grayscale images to re-establish the baseline of the type in order to place the superimposed binary type properly, in line with the other typing on the form.

"This also told me that the forger was an experienced graphic artist," Vogt concludes.

Another example was the birth certificate number itself, as seen below:

"This is just another example of a cut and paste job," Vogt noted. "It also means we do not know what the real birth certificate number is, if there even is one."

Vogt's verdict

Vogt concludes that the Obama birth certificate document released by the White House on April 27 is an "outrageous and obvious" fraud.

"You could truly call this a Frankenstein Certificate of Live Birth," he says in summary.

"It is a logical conclusion," he says, "that since President Barack Obama felt it necessary to have a Certificate of Live Birth forged for himself then we must conclude that there is in fact no birth certificate in Hawaii and therefore he was not born inside the United States, as the Constitution requires, and he knew it and others also knew it but wanted him in office for whatever reason."
