VP Joe Biden's Latest Head-Shake Inducing Gun Advice   
If you prefer to be armed, Vice President Joe Biden really wants you to get a shotgun. Mitchell Marcus is a student and the men’s basketball team manager at Coronado High School in El Paso, Texas. But because he has a mental disability, Mitchell doesn’t officially play for the team.
