If you haven’t yet contacted your senators and asked them to oppose S. 3369 – the “DISCLOSE” Act of 2012 – on every vote, including today’s cloture vote, I hope you’ll act right away.
The vote is expected to take place within hours.
Since cloture requires 60 votes to pass, you and I have an excellent chance to protect the First Amendment.
But our senators must hear from us right away.
