Rand Paul: It's time for a pro-life movement in 2012

From the desk of Senator Rand Paul

Like you, I'm excited about the possibilities in front of us for the pro-life movement in 2012.

Together, you and the National Pro-Life Alliance have made unprecedented progress in pushing the Life at Conception Act this Congress alone!

However, your hard work will go to waste if you and NPLA don't hold politicians accountable for their pro-life promises.

There are many different strategies the National Pro-Life Alliance can use in the coming months, but budget limitations mean priorities must be set.

Should your National Pro-Life Alliance set sights on aggressive steps to end all abortion on-demand -- or other steps that may well be achievable in this Congress -- or both?

Should NPLA fight to:
***  Publicize and hold candidates accountable for their campaign promises on the Life at Conception Act right now while they are fresh in the voters' minds?
***  Stop all federal funding for abortion and from channeling federal grants to pro-abortion groups such as Planned Parenthood?
***  Exercise Congress' power to restrict the federal courts' jurisdiction over abortion?
***  Confront and oppose pro-abortion judicial nominees who would continue to strike down pro-life legislation?
As a supporter of NPLA, your opinion is highly valued and weighed in the decision making process.
